Evaluación del cumplimiento de la minuta patrón y los ciclos de menús en los hogares comunitarios de bienestar del Instituto Colombiano de Bienestar Familiar -ICBF- centro zonal Usme Bogotá D.C.

Éste estudio recoge los resultados sobre el cumplimiento de la Minuta patrón y los ciclos de menús establecido por el Instituto Colombiano de Bienestar Familiar (ICBF) en once Hogares Comunitarios de Bienestar (HCB) del centro zonal de Usme en la ciudad de Bogotá, así mismo, refleja el empleo de Buenas Prácticas de Manufactura en el procesamiento y suministro de la alimentación. El respaldo de las ideas presentadas se centra en los Lineamientos para los Hogares infantiles, Lactantes y Prescolares del ICBF, donde se establece la normatividad para el funcionamiento administrativo para los HCB. Estos hogares son una modalidad de atención a la primera Infancia de niveles de SISBEN 1 y 2 cuya finalidad es, atender necesidades básicas, entre las cuales, para el componente nutricional, es el suministro de una alimentación inocua, con un aporte del 60 al 75% de las recomendaciones diarias de energía y nutrientes de los niños.This study gathers the results on the compliance of the Model Minute and the menu cycles proposed by the Colombian Family Welfare Institute (ICBF), at the welfare community homes (WCH) of the Usme Zonal Center, in the city of Bogota. In the same sense, this research also gathers the results on compliance of the Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) at the WCH for the menu preparation. The reasoning for the presented ideas is based on the guidelines for infant, nursing and pre-school homes of the ICBF, established by law, for the administrative operation of the WCH. These homes are a modality of attention to the childhood with the objective to assist on basic needs, within which, for the nutritional component is established an input of 60 to 75% of the daily recommendations of energy and nutrients for the kids.
