    Peran dan Kontribusi Perempuan Penjual Jamu Gendong Pada Perekonomian Keluarga Di Kabupaten Boyolali

      Kabupaten Boyolali memiliki reputasi yang terkenal dalam usaha jamu gendong secara turun-temurun, salah satunya di Desa Kadipaten. Penjual jamu gendong di Kabupaten Boyolali identik dengan profesi yang ditekuni oleh perempuan, namun tidak banyak yang meneliti terkait mengapa mereka banyak menekuni profesi jamu gendong hingga saat ini. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan peran dan kontribusi perempuan penjual jamu gendong pada perekonomian keluarga, mendeskripsikan faktor pendorong perempuan di Dusun Kadirejo, Desa Kadipaten, Kabupaten Boyolali dalam menekuni profesi penjual jamu gendong. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan desain fenomenologi. Data diperoleh menggunakan wawancara mendalam dari 12 informan. Keabsahan data penelitian menggunakan triangulasi sumber. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kontibusi perempuan berperan penting pada perekonomian keluarga dan rata-rata mampu manajemen waktu yang baik. Faktor yang mendorong perempuan berprofesi sebagai penjual jamu gendong dipengaruhi oleh faktor internal meliputi rendahnya penghasilan suami, modal relatif kecil, rendahnya tingkat pendidikan dan keinginan produktif dalam ekonomi keluarga. Faktor eksternal meliputi meneruskan bisnis keluarga dan faktor lingkungan sosial. [Boyolali Regency has a long history of jamu gendong producers, one of which is located in the Kadipaten Village. Jamu gendong sellers are likewise identical to woman professions, but   little studies why so  many  women  are  involved in  jamu gendong profession. The purpose of this study is to examine the function and contribution of women selling jamu gendong to the family economy, as well as to identify the reasons that motivate women in Kadirejo Village, Kadipaten Village, Boyolali Regency to start businesses as jamu gendong sellers. This study employs a qualitative approach with a phenomenological design. The data were gathered through in-depth interviews among 12 informants. Source triangulation was done to determine the legitimacy of the research data. The findings indicate that women contribute significantly to the family economics and are generally capable of effective time management. Women are encouraged to work as sellers of  jamu gendong because of  internal reasons such as their husbands' low income, limited capital, low educational attainment, and a desire to contribute to the family economy. The external influences include family business continuation and social contextual issues.

    Marketing strategy in a business group, especially MSMEs, is needed to be able to market products made by one of the production houses, both goods and services. The purpose of this study is to describe the marketing strategy and the impact of marketing on the sustainability of Rico, Srimulyo and Daniar tempeh chips SMEs. The research method in this study is a type of qualitative research with a case study research design. Data collection techniques in this study are observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis through data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The data validation technique uses source triangulation and method triangulation. The results of this study indicate: 1) Out of the three tempe chip businesses, namely Rico, Srimulyo and Daniar tempe chips, the marketing strategy is using social media, namely Facebook and communication media, namely WhatsApp and marketing from community to community. , a souvenir center in Ngawi and also get cash on delivery; 2) The positive impact of marketing tempe chips using media technology can make it easier for buyers outside the area to buy and can expand customers from outside the Ngawi Region. The negative impact is that when marketing through conversations from one community to another it is difficult to be recognized by people who live outside the Ngawi Region

    The purpose of this study was to analyze the role of CV. The Gombal 44 in encouraging the emergence of bed cover and bed linen business groups in the Juwiring sub-district, Klaten district and the sustainability of business groups in running the bed cover and bed linen business after the COVID-19 pandemic. The research method used is descriptive qualitative analysis research with ethnographic research design. The object of this research is the role of CV. The Gombal 44 in encouraging the emergence of business groups and the sustainability of business groups after the COVID-19 pandemic. The subjects of this study were MSME actors in Juwiring sub-district, Klaten district. Data collection techniques used by means of direct interviews. The data analysis technique uses data collection, data condensation, data presentation, and drawing conclusions or verification. The data validity technique uses source poles. The results of this study indicate that: 1). The role played by CV The Gombal 44 by providing motivation and education, providing capital loans in the form of raw materials, forming a partnership system, and providing references to the community. 2). The sustainability of the bed cover and bed linen business group that has science and technology provisions has not experienced a decrease in consumer demand and even has increased, while for MSME actors who do not have science and technology provisions, consumer demand has decreased. However, MSME actors maintain their business by diversifying their product

This study aims to know about the management strategy of Indonesian Atsiri House educational tourism during pandemic, then about the inhibiting factor and solution who conducted by Indonesian Atsiri House manager. The research method was used qualitative with ethnographic design. All of collected data in this study with some observation, interview and documentation. The validity of data were used technical triangulation and source triangulation. The stage of data analysis technique has included such as data condensation, data presentation, and the conclusion. The result has showed, the pandemic had gotten Rumah Atsiri Indonesia some decreasing number of visitors and the volume of sales of essential oil products, beside the solution during pandemic included establishing with virtual tour service, utilized with online shopping platform, and formed a rescue team for emergency situation.     This study aims to determine the economic potential and management of the Kemis Wage Benowo Park Market and Penggarit Orchids as one of the tourist villages in Pemalang Regency. The method used is qualitative research with an ethnographic design. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the study (1) Kemis Wage Benowo Park Market and Penggarit Orchids are one of the tourist destinations in the Penggarit tourist village, Pemalang Regency, which have very promising potential in the economic sector. This is proven by the high income at the Wage Kemis Market once held with an income range of Rp. 10,000,000 and on Penggarit Orchids for each month with an income range of Rp. 100,000,000. In addition to income, uniqueness is also something that stands out in the two tours so that many visitors come to these tours resulting in an increase in the economy. The manager also collaborates with various parties to continue to innovate in order to increase the interest of visitors to always come to these tours.     This study aims to determine the dimensions of the business strategy of teak wood craftsmen in the industrial area and teak wood crafts in Jepon Blora. This research method uses a qualitative approach with a case study design. This research was conducted in the teak wood industry and craft area in Jepon, Blora, at Cepu–Blora street, Ngawen, Karangpace, Jepon, Blora Regency, Central Java. The object of research is teak wood craftsmen in the industrial area and teak wood crafts in Jepon Blora, while the subjects or informant persons are teak wood craftsmen in the industrial area and teak wood crafts in Jepon Blora. This study using primary data. The data collection technique carried out by the researcher was an in-depth interview technique, namely by digging in-depth information about the strategy for improving the business performance of finished wood craftsmen in the industrial area and teak wood crafts in Jepon Blora. The data analysis used in this study is the Analysis Interactive Model from Miles and Huberman (2007), namely data collection, data reduction, data display and drawing conclusions or verification. The results in this study can be concluded that the business strategy of teak wood craftsmen in the industrial area and teak wood crafts in Jepon Blora is carried out by applying a combination of marketing through online media, business partners, and resellers. Meanwhile, the dimensions of the business strategy of teak wood craftsmen in the Industrial area and teak wood crafts in Jepon Blora included: Innovation Strategy, Marketing Differentiation, Breadth Strategy, and Cost Control Strategy

    The purpose of this study is to provide an overview of the online marketing strategy carried out by sellers of tie-dye clothes at Beteng Trade Center (BTC) Surakarta. The method in this research is a qualitative type with a case study type. The data collection technique used is the interview. Informants in this study were selected based on categories that sell online and offline such as Instagram and WhatsApp. The results of this study found that the marketing strategy carried out by the seller was analyzed using the marketing mix method with 7P which includes product, price, promotion, place, people, process and physical evidence.     The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Market Orientation, Product Innovation and Marketing Strategy Creativity on Marketing Performance in Small and Medium Enterprises (UKM) Batik Laweyan Surakarta. The research method uses quantitative research. The population is Small and Medium Enterprises (UKM) Batik Laweyan Surakarta as many as 32 respondents and used as the sample and the sampling technique used the census. Multiple regression analysis tools, t test (partial test), F test (simultaneous test) and the coefficient of determination test (R2). The results showed that market orientation, product innovation and marketing strategy creativity had an effect on marketing performance in Small and Medium Enterprises (UKM) Batik Laweyan Surakarta. Implications of the research presented by Market Orientation on marketing performance related to the business being managed is always committed to satisfying and fulfilling the wishes of customers and the business I manage is able to understand customer complaints. Product innovation on marketing performance is related to business that is managed to always create products with different batik designs and can make products with different batik raw materials than usual. Marketing Strategy Creativity on marketing performance relates to managed businesses to be able to assess and analyze existing products to be developed and combine them with existing ideas so as to produce new products that attract buyers and are able to find new ideas as solutions in dealing with problems. Suggestions: it is expected to directly supervise the filling of answers or by reading them out, so that the answers from respondents can reflect the actual situation. Future researchers are expected to serve as a reference for future researchers, so that they will improve the shortcomings or weaknesses in research results that affect marketing performance by adding variables to complete it, such as price, promotion and others. For the next researcher, it is expected to add research objects and add research samples to re-proven the object of research in this study
