    : Leadership style represent an materialization of behaviour from a leader which concerning the ability in leading. There are four leadership style which have been recognized is autocratic, democratic, partisipative and laizes-faire. Leadership style also very influential with performance nurse of executor to determine quality of health services. Nursing documentation is a note loading entire information required to determine to be diagnosed treatment, compiling treatment plan, executing and evaluating compiled treatment in order by systematically, valid and can be justified morally and law. This research aimed to know correlation between leadership style and nursing treatment documentation in care installation C RSUP Prof. Dr. R. D. Kandou Manado. Population is entire nurses in installation care C RSUP Prof. Dr R. D. Kandou Manado which is 94 nurse and sampel research counted 54 of executor nurse. Research design is used analyzed survey with approach of cross sectional study. Data have been collected by using program computer aid of SPSS 20 using spearman rho correlation at meaning level 95% (α 0,05). Result showed there was correlation leadership style with documentation of treatment upbringing by Partisipative style. And complete documentation 40 (74,1%) and incomplete 14 (25,9%). It concluded there are corellation of leadership style with documentation of treatment upbringing in installation care C of RSUP Prof. Dr R. D. Kandou Manado and at moderate level. Suggestion for head nurse to optimum the execution of leadership style for increase the documentation of treatment upbringing process and to giving prima service to client

    Gambaran Motivasi Kerja Dan Pelayanan Prima Perawat Di Rumah Sakit Umum Bethesda Gmim Tomohon

    :Motivation of nurses is the important thing because motivation is the one of caused, to lead, and human support for someone to do the best and get the best result. Excellent Service is the first element in the hospital and health sector, that the patients need. The aims of the research to see the picture of work motivation and excellent service of nurses at Bethesda GMIM Tomohon Hospital. Desain research The study was descriptive-qualitative, the population was all of nurses and patients in Bethesda GMIM Tomohon Hospital This research sample 60 respondent (nurse and patient), with the purposive sampling. Data analysis used of this study was data processor software SPSS. The result: The result of the study showed that intrinsic motivation of good category (48,3%), less category (51,7%), extrinsic motivation of good category (50%), less category (50%). Excellent service nurse when first meet the patient of good category (71,7%), less category (28,3%), when will start of good category (53,3%), less category (46,7%), and after they do the excellent service in good category (70%), less category (30%). The conclution more nurses are motivated by extrisic than intrinsic, and patiens feel that is provided nurses already do the excellent service. Advice would be able to add more information to researcher and to the hospital to maintain the excellent service provided to patients
