    Dichloroethyne ClCECCl reacts with Pt(PPh3)2(C2H4) or Pt(PPh& to give the a-complex Pt(PPh3)2(+21C=CC1) (l),w hich can be isomerized by prolonged refluxing in toluene to trans- (Ph3P)zC1Pt-C==CC1 (2). 2 easily undergoes exchange reactions with alkylphosphines and with halide anions to yield trans-(R3P)2ClPt-C=CCl (R = Et (3)) Bu (4)) and trans-(Ph3P)z- (X)Pt-C=CCl (X = F (5a), Br (5b), I (5c)), respectively. The alkylphosphine complexes 3 and 4 can also be obtained by reaction of Pt(PR3)4 (R = Et, “Bu) with ClCECCl or from 1 and the corresponding phosphine. When Pt(PPh&(CzH4) is added to a solution of 3, a dinuclear complex 6 is formed, in which the C=C-Cl group acts as a a,a-bridging ligand. Upon standing, oxidative addition of the remaining C-C1 bond occurs and the p-ethynediyl complex trans- C1(R3P)2Pt-C=C-Pt(PPh3)2C1-Cis (R = Et (7a)) can be obtained. The corresponding p-ethynediyl complex 7b (R = Ph) is formed directly from 2 and Pt(PPh&(CzH4). 7b isomerizes upon heating in toluene to the symmetrical all-trans isomer 8. The molecular structures of 1 and 8 were determined by X-ray diffraction (1: C ~ ~ H ~ ~ C ~ Z P ~ Pa ~=C 10H.3Z11C(3~) AZ,, b = 10.392(4) A, c = 33.675(16) A, P = 90.17(3)’, monoclinic, P21/n, 2 = 4. 8: C74H&1zP4Ptz9 a = 12.938(2) A, b = 19.964(3) A, c = 24.844(3) A, P = 96.14(1)’, monoclinic, C2/c, 2 = 4)

    International audienceColourless single crystals of Cd2[μ8-MTB]*3H2O*DMF (1) were prepared in DMF/H2O solution. 1: Space group C2/c (no. 15) with a = 1821.30(6), b = 2175.08(6), c = 1269.87(4) pm, β = 129.684(1)°. The connection between the methane-p-benzoate tetraanions (MTB4−) and the Cd2+ cations leads to a three-dimensional framework with channels extending along [ 10] and [110] with openings of 670 pm × 360 pm. The channel-like voids accommodate water molecules and N,N-dimethylformamide (DMF) molecules not bound to Cd2+. Colourless single crystals of [Cd4(2,2′-bipy)4(μ7-MTB)2]*7DMF (2) were prepared in DMF in the presence of 2,2'-bipyridine. 2: Space group P (no. 2) with a = 1224.84(4), b = 1418.85(5), c = 2033.49(4) pm, α = 85.831(2)°, β = 88.351(2)°, γ = 68.261(1)°. The coordination of MTB4− to Cd2+ results in infinite layers parallel to (001). The layers, not connected by any hydrogen bonds, contain small openings of about 320 pm × 340 pm

    The relativistic KMS condition for the thermal n-point functions of the P(φ)_2 model

    Thermal quantum field theories are expected to obey a relativistic KMS condition, which replaces both the relativistic spectrum condition of Wightman quantum field theory and the KMS condition, which characterises equilibrium states in quantum statistical mechanics. In a previous work it has been shown that the two-point function of the thermal P(ϕ)2P(\phi)_2 model satisfies the relativistic KMS condition. Here we extend this result to general nn-point functions

    Abstract In this work, three different tochilinite‐like materials have been obtained by sophisticated synthetic methods that allow to control the distribution of iron ions. The purity of the samples was confirmed by powder X‐ray diffraction. From elemental analysis and Mössbauer spectroscopy data, detailed compositions could be determined: T1) Fe 0.76 S*0.86 [Fe 2+ 0.01 Fe 3+ 0.56 Mg 2+ 0.43 (OH) 2.01 ]; T2) Fe 0.89 S*0.85 [Fe 2+ 0.55 Fe 3+ 0.11 Al 3+ 0.33 (OH) 1.84 (O) 0.16 ]; T3) Fe 0.71 S*0.79 [Fe 2+ 0.25 Fe 3+ 0.73 Mg 2+ 0.01 Al 3+ 0.01 (OH) 1.98 (O) 0.02 ]. These compositions fit to typical compositions of tochilinite in regard of the amount of iron vacancies and the volume ratio of the hydroxide layers to the sulfide layers. Besides hydroxide ions, oxide ions are also present in the hydroxide layers as a result of surface oxidation after the synthesis due to the high reactivity of the particles. TEM and SEM investigations show that the obtained powders consist mainly of thin sheets accompanied by nanotubes with BET surface areas ranging between 20 m 2 /g and 40 m 2 /g. The thermal stability was investigated by TGA and DSC analysis and it depends significantly on the composition.imag

    We prove a H\"older inequality for KMS States, which generalises a well-known trace-inequality. Our results are based on the theory of non-commutative LpL_p-spaces.Comment: 10 page

    Qualitätsentwicklung an Ganztagsschulen

    Durch die Verlagerung bzw. Stärkung von Entscheidungskompetenzen auf die bzw. der Ebene der Einzelschule wird es ermöglicht, Lösungs-/Gestaltungsansätze zu entwickeln, die auf die jeweiligen Bedürfnisse und Gegebenheiten vor Ort zugeschnitten werden können. Die kritische Auseinandersetzung mit den Erfahrungen anderer, die auf entsprechenden Fortbildungsveranstaltungen kommuniziert werden können, lässt Good-practice-Beispiele entstehen, aus denen sich Anregungen zur Realisierung eigener Vorhaben im Zuge der Ganztagsschulentwicklung ableiten lassen. Der dritte bayerische Ganztagsschulkongress "Qualitätsentwicklung an Ganztagsschulen" am 1. und 2. März 2012 in Forchheim bot den Teilnehmerinnen und Teilnehmern anhand diverser Vorträge, Workshops und Schulbesuchen die Möglichkeit zu Diskussion und Austausch. Der vorliegende Band dokumentiert die Veranstaltung
