    Effectiveness of Loving Pregnancy Massage To Quality Sleep,Pain and Anxiety on Mother Pregnant Trimester III

     Background: During the period of pregnancy the mother suffered various complaints which cause discomfort due to changes in the physical as well as changes in psychological . As for the changes in the physical that is often experienced when pregnant include pain back , cramping legs, shortness of breath , frequent urination and responses psychic who experienced mother Pregnant form of depression , stress, anxiety and disturbance to sleep such as insomnia or difficulty in start sleepingMethods: The study is a pre- experiment with the design of the study is One group pretest-posttest design with the use of questionnaires in in Region Work Puskesmas Purbaratu on month in January and February 2019. Taking the sample in the study is using purposive sampling which totaled 31 people. Analysis of the data is done by univariate and bivariate by using Kruskal Wallis test.Results: The sleep quality of pregnant women before doing massage was in the category of moderate sleep disorders as many as 20 people (64.5%) while after massage in the category of good sleep quality , there were 17 people (54.8%). The pain of a mother pregnant before do massage on the category of light that as many as 21 people (67.7%). After doing massage in the light category , there were 19 people (61.3% ). Anxiety in the mother pregnant before do massage on the category of light that as many as 21 people (71.0%). When do massage all respondents in a category does not exist anxiety that as many as 31 people (100%). Signfikansi more substantial than 0.05 (0.172 0.05) means that not there is a difference significant effectiveness loving pregnancy massage to the quality of sleep , pain and anxiety mother pregnant third trimester in Region Work Puskesmas Purbaratu City of Tasikmalaya in 2019.Conclusion: The results of testing the value of Chi Square table df = 2 5991 Chi-square count 3523 and the value Asymp.Sig ( asymtopic significance) sebesae 0.172, because signfikansi more substantial than 0.05 (0.172 0.05) then the hypothesis Ho accepted means no There is a significant difference in the effectiveness of loving pregnancy massage on the quality of sleep , pain and anxiety of third trimester pregnant women in the Tasikmalaya City Purbaratu Health Center Work Area in 2019

    Influence of Foot Massage and Soak Warm Water Feet Against The Edema of Trimester III Pregnant’s Woman Leg In Tamansari Public Health Center Tasikmalaya Town

    Background : Leg Edema or swelling of the legs found approximately (80%) In the trimester III of pregnant women. Leg Edema or swelling of the legs is one of the many discomfort found in the trimester III  pregnant women, resulting from the blood circulation in the leg. Complementary therapies that can be done to reduce foot edema with foot massage and soak warm water feet. This research aims to determine the influence of foot massage and soak feet with warm water against the edema of trimester III pregnant’s woman leg.Methods : This research uses pre-experimental methods with the design of one group pre-test and post-test. Population of this research is the trimester III of pregnant women with physiological foot edema in Tamansari Public Health Centre area of 620 people, while the samples used as many as 31 people using purposive sampling technique. Test statistics using Wilcoxon test.Results : The results showed from 31 respondents before the intervention of most edema levels in the 1st degree as much as 21 people (67.7%) and after the intervention of most levels of edema in degrees 0 as much as 20 people (64.5%). Results of data analysis using Wilcoxon test obtained p value = 0.000, because the value of P value 0.000 0.05 which means there is influence of foot massage and soak the feet with warm water against the edema of trimester III pregnant's woman leg.Conclusion : Midwives need to intervene foot massage and soak warm water feet to the trimester III pregnant women

    THE EFFECT OF BREASTMILK TOPICAL ON PERINEAL WOUND HEALING ON 1-7 DAYS POSTPARTUM MOTHE

    Background: One of the causes of puerperal infection can start from the perineal wound which is not treated properly. The management of perineal wounds can be done pharmacologically and non-pharmacologically. One of non-pharmacological management is by using breastmilk as a topical agent because it contains anti-inflammatory molecules, bioactive substances and growth factors which are very useful for wound healing and prevent infection. Purpose: This study aims to determine the effect of breastmilk topical of perineal wound healing on 1-7 days of postpartum mother in Mangkubumi Health Center of Tasikmalaya. Methods: This research was a Static Group Comparison design with the pre-experimental approach. The population in this study was 70 mothers who gave birth in December 2018 - February 2019 in Mangkubumi Health Center. The sampling technique in this study used purposive sampling and obtained as many as 60 people. Results: The results showed a good wound healing process can be seen in the intervention group at the end of the assessment as many as 66.7% and 33.3% showed insufficient wound healing. Different from the control group that showed 36.7% of good wound healing and 63.3% showed insufficient wound healing. Chi-square test showed a significant difference with ρ-value (0.039) α (0.05). Conclusion: The Effect of breastmilk topical of perineal wound healing on 1-7 days of postpartum mothers was evidenced. This study can be a reference for knowledge improvement in subsequent research

    Compatibility of Measurement Results using a Rotating Device for Estimating Fetal Weight And The Johnson Toshack Method Newborn Weight

    The early detection of fetal size during pregnancy could be Estimated by fetal weight especially in the 3rd semester and became appropriate management guidance in pregnancy and labor. This study aims to compare the estimated fetal weight and the newborn weight between the Rotating device for estimating fetal weight (RDEFW)  media and Johnson Toshack method in 2019 at Tasikmalaya primary health care neonatal essential and obstetric services.This research is comparative analytic with a crossectional method in Tasikmalaya primary health care neonatal essential and obstetric services from January until February 2019. The sample of this research was 34 labor women, with a purposive sampling technique. The data are univariate and bivariate which are analyzed by paired t-test, independent t-test, and diagnostics test.The results found that no significant differences between RDEFW media and the Johnson Toshack method in estimated fetal weight and the newborn weight, with p-value, alpha (0.380), its explain that two methods could be used for estimated newborn weight. The diagnostic result showed that RDEFW has curation about 82.4℅, 0.88% lower than the Johnson Toshack method (91.4%. Meanwhile, the Johnson Toshack is more accurate than RDEFW, but it still counting that RDEFW could be another alternative way for estimated newborn weight.
