Kepemimpinan Kepala Sekolah dalam Meningkatkan Mutu Pendidikan di MIS Baja Kuning
This research uses qualitative methods with the aim of looking at the phenomena that exist in the school related to the leadership of the principal in improving the quality of education at MIS Baja Kuning. The results of the research show that quality education basically produces quality human resources as well. The quality of education is determined by various elements, namely school, community, and family involvement. In making quality schools, it is necessary to have a quality policy in schools. The quality policy in schools is an official and written policy from a school where the school community is committed to realizing this policy. In making decisions and policies on the quality of education at MIS Baja Kuning, the Principal together with the teachers develops and improves the quality of the school by carrying out deliberations to formulate the vision, mission and goals of the school to be achieved. Then a better policy is carried out that serves as a guideline for long-term school policy directions in terms of continuous quality improvement. That way in making decisions and policies at MIS Baja Kuning has a process in improving the quality of education in order to achieve the goals of school education as expected

Implementation of Character Education In Integrated Islamic Elementary School
Institutions considering a wide range of non-educational behavior has now been penetrated in our educational institutions. Such behavior, among others: the phenomenon of violence, sexual abuse, mania business through schools, corruption and arbitrariness that occur among school. After conducting a reliminary study in Integrated Islamic Elementary School Anak Sholeh Hinai, Langkat it can be concluded while, that the Integrated Islamic Elementary School Anak Sholeh Hinai, Langkat is an educational institution that began to notice the importance of character education. This study used a qualitative descriptive approach. In collecting the data, the authors using observation, interviews, and documentation. This study produced three findings: first from the aspect of planning is done in several ways, including: a) Designing school conditions conducive, b) Designing curriculum of character education explicitly, c) Creating a curriculum characters integrative, d) Management of classrooms, e) environmental management outside the classroom. Both at the level of implementation is done, among others: a) Cooperation between the school community, b) Applying the model, c) Habituation pray, d) Guidance Qur’an intensive, e) Appreciating the creativity of learners, f) Establish a harmonious relationship between teachers and learners. Third at the level evalusinya do several things, among others: a) Cooperation with parents of learners (co parenting), b) strict supervision of the character, c) Home visit (Home Visits), d) Issue a communication book
Bayesian Optimization Hackathon for Chemistry and Materials
The Acceleration Consortium and Merck KGaA hosted a 2-day virtual hackathon on March 27- 28, 2024, bringing together scientists to explore, collaborate, and innovate in the field of Bayesian optimization for the physical sciences. Participants were encouraged to select or develop Bayesian optimization algorithms, apply them to benchmarking tasks, design new benchmarks, create instructional tutorials, and describe real-world applications. With over 100 participants across 69 academic, industry, and government organizations located in 59 cities, 19 countries, and 4 continents, this was a global event. The outputs from this event, including developed algorithms, benchmarks, and tutorials, will serve as valuable resources for the research community, in addition to the new skills learned and connections formed. Released projects and general information are available at https://ac-bo-hackathon.github.io/ and other locations linked from individual project pages. This event demonstrates the potential of community-driven research efforts to accelerate advances in Bayesian optimization in chemistry and materials science.LIACLCM
