Advertisement presents or describes a product interestingly which could make people very desirable to purchase or consume. The researcher is interested in analyzing A Mild TV advertisement; because this advertisement is the pioneer of cigarette advertisement which is usually presented with trendy and attractive way for introducing the product. This research entitled “An Analysis of Locutionary and Illocutionary Acts in Sampoerna A Mild's TV Advertisement” is aimed at analyzing the speech act of A Mild TV advertisements in 2012. The researcher uses pragmatics theory. Yule (1996, p. 3) “Pragmatics is the study of speaker meaning”. It can be said that a word or phrase in every utterance coming out of speaker or writer has a meaning. Actually, context influences several aspects of circumstances such as places, time, and with whom they are talking to. In this case, it is speech act. Speech act is about how the speaker performed in saying something, how the locutor (speaker/writer) offers an apology, greeting, request, complaint, invitation, compliment, or refusal to the interlocutor (listener/reader). In speech act there are three kinds of acts: Locutionary act, Illocutionary act, and Perlocutionary act. Locutionary act is speech act of saying something of the utterance, the act of saying something in the full sense of say. Peran Baitul Maal Wa Tamwil (BMT) Usaha Gabungan Terpadu (UGT) Sidogiri dalam Pemberdayaan Pedagang Mikro

Capital is one of the problems faced by micro traders. The presence of BMT is a solution for those who need capital assistance to develop a business, so it needs a direct role from BMT. This study aims to determine the financing mechanism in BMT UGT Sidogiri Cabang Jombang and to know the role of BMT UGT Sidogiri Cabang Jombang in empowering micro traders. The research method used is descriptive analysis method. Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of this study indicate that 1) the financing mechanism in BMT UGT Sidogiri Cabang Jombang is very easy and Fast by going through several stages, namely the applicant proposes financing by meeting the requirements, then analysis and survey will be carried out. After submission in acc, the next stage is he contract process and the disbursement process. 2) The role of BMT UGT Sidogiri Cabang Jombang in empowering micro traders is by providing capital assistance through financing. In addition to financing, BMT UGT Sidogiri Cabang Jombang also provides financing but has not been maximized, namely only as an initiative in the form of providing motivations to traders

Analisis Kelayakan Pembiayaan Mudharabah di BMT Bina Ummat Sejahtera Cabang Cukir

This research is motivated by the large number of prospective members applying for financing at the Cukir Branch of BMT BUS, one of which is mudharabah financing. Of course, of the many who proposed this financing, there are some obstacles, there are financing that is not easy, doubtful and stuck or said to be with financing problems. The purpose of this research is to identify the procedure for providing mudharabah financing as well as the feasibility of mudharabah financing along with the implementation of the 5C principle which is carried out at the Cukir Branch Branch Bus BMT. This research uses qualitative research using primary information taken using observations and interviews which are used to obtain information on mudharabah financing at the BMT Bus Cukir Branch and for secondary information research documentation: library research, Internet library books and overwriting the profile of BMT Bis. The research results show that in carrying out the mudharabah financing procedure at the BMT Bus Cukir Branch, it is very correct to carry out the 5C principle carefully to prospective members and likewise the feasibility of mudharabah financing to practice the 5C principle but for prospective members who have long and honestly met the needs of the BMT Bus Branch Cukir only analyzes using Capacity, Capital and Collateral

Micro waqf banks are predicted to be a solution in improving the welfare of the poor and micro business actors around Islamic boarding schools, where this micro waqf bank is presented in accordance with Islamic values. The purpose of this study was to determine the management of the BWM Tebuireng Mitra Sejahtera fund and its role in improving the welfare of the pesantren environment. This research approach is to use a qualitative descriptive approach based on observations, interviews, or document review. This research also shows that BWM Tebuireng Mitra Sejahtera has a role in improving people's welfare. This has been proven through the ability of the community to implement Maqoshid Sharia in the form of religious protection (Hifdzu Ad-Din), protection of the soul (Hifdzu An-Nafs), protection of reason (Hifdzu Akl), protection of descendants (Hifdzu An-Nashl) protection of property (Hifdzu Maal)

Islam dan Multikulturalisme: Urgensi, Transformasi, dan Implementasi dalam Pendidikan Formal

The current development of society demonstrates openness in evaluating various aspects of life, including understanding towards religious matter. In another side, this fact turns into a challenge because some people, especially some Muslims, are still exclusive. Responding to the challenge, Islam as a set of universal principle should operate in providing solutions through its views upon the essence of multiculturalism. This paper examines theoretically the factual reality of multiculturalism in Indonesia, how Islam positions multiculturalism, and views for educational institutions in developing multiculturalism perspectives to grow inclusive attitudes in society. The results of the study show that the multiculturalism facts in Indonesia cannot be neglegted and must be maintained  and developed by promoting tolerance and justice. In Islamic perspectives, multiculturalism is a fact that is often found in the al-Qur'an and Hadith as well as in the historical records of the Prophet's life. Through educational channels, the perspective of multiculturalism can be disseminated to develop a society that respects the value and practice of the multiculturalism itself
