This research is to show the impact of EPS, and PBV on the share price. The samples of this reseach 14 companys from a population of 26 food and beverage company registered with IDX in 2016-2020. The method for determine the sample used is a purposive examination which is optional information contained on the idx.co.id site and to test the speculation used by the multiple linear regression tes, the classic assumption test inspection strategy, in particular autocorrelation test, t test and F test. The result of this examination is: (1) Earning Per Share (EPS) clearly affects the share price. Where the T test can be 7.681 which is greater than T tabel and (2) Price to Book Value (PBV) has a significant positive result on the Share Price. Creative-Innovative Role and Human Capital: An Interrelationship Analysis

Improving performance as an effort to deal with change is a necessity, so the use of digital marketing to improve organizational performance in developing the tourism industry in Indonesia in the industrial era 4.0, applied to the Indonesian Ministry of Tourism, one of which is in the implementation of the Indonesian Enchantment Generation. The purpose of this study is to clarify the impact of human, social and intellectual capital from the use of digital marketing on the creative and improvise role of the Indonesian Enchantment Generation members. This research uses a survey approach. The study population was members of the tourism community, the Ministry of Tourism in Indonesia, selected as a sample in this study. Hypothetically, it is believed that human, social and organizational capital has a linear and positive relationship to the creative and innovative roles of community members, and this study will present the results of data processing of relationships between these variables, which are processed using regression techniques. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that human capital and intellectual capital have a positive and significant influence on the creative and innovative role of the Indonesian Enchantment Generation community members in Indonesia

Secondary School Enrollment Impact on the Economic as An Essential Input of Civilization

The study aims to examine the impact of education on the economy as an essential input of civilization by comparing the two major groups of countries in the world, Islam and the West. These two major groups of countries that are often opposed, including in terms of the economic system implemented in both groups of countries. Since it is argued that Islamic nations apply a specific system of financial in the economy, namely the Islamic financial system, hence this research investigated the effect of both group nations (Islamic or non-Islamic) comparatively to the economy. The research method used in this research is quantitative approach by using statistical analysis, multiple linear regression, as the method of data analysis, in order to obtain results that can be drawn conclusions as a result in this study. Based on the findings, it can be concluded that education has a positive and significant impact to the economy, as an input of civilization, although there are no different economic conditions between the Islamic (OIC member) Countries and non-Islamic one. Dinamika Komposisi Penduduk: Dampak Potensial Pandemi Covid-19 terhadap Demografi di Indonesia

This study aims to observe and analyze the development of trend of COVID 19 and its potential impact on changes in population composition based on age structure in Indonesia. Using Covid-19 cases data obtained from the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Indonesia and forecasting method by comparing several models, the study findings indicate that the trend shows increasing cases and will continue to rise as long as there is no intervention. Experimentally, the mortality cases dominated by the male and elderly population are the possible causes to the change in the composition of the population based on the age structure. Hence, it is necessary to immediately intervene it in the form of policies in health sector that are more appropriate to maintain the sustainability of Indonesia’s human resources since demographic dynamics, particularly in terms of sex, age structure, and health conditions, also have a significant macroeconomic implication

ASEAN Economic Community, that will be launched by the end of year 2015, has some purposes, among others are to encourage economic growth and welfare of the ASEAN member countries populations, through the creation of single market and unity production base that permits the free flow of goods, services, investment and labor. In order to become beneficiaries of the ASEAN Economic Community, it is necessary to optimize all the opportunities that available. South Sumatra has the potential to increase economic growth within the framework of the demographic bonus/dividend concept, as a result of demographic dynamics in the form of changes in the structure of the working age population. These opportunities need to be optimized in the context of the ASEAN Economic Community. Therefore the aim of this study was to determine whether the population growth in the southern Sumatra region can boost economic growth to face the challenges of the ASEAN Economic Community by 2015. In order to achieve the objectives of the research, the data used were GDP, and the population aged 15 years and above for the period of 2001 to 2012. The simple linear regression techniques were used to process the data.
