Obsahem práce je projektová dokumentace k novostavbě samostatně stojícího polyfunkčního domu. Objekt má 4 nadzemní podlaží a je nepodsklepený. Svislé nosné konstrukce tvoří keramické zdivo Porotherm. Stropy jsou železobetonové, monolitické. Zastřešení objektu je řešeno jednoplášťovou plochou střechou.The subject of thesis is a project documentation of a single-standing multifunctional building.
