    Kontribusi Kemampuan Kalkulus I Dan Kalkulus II Terhadap Hasil Belajar Mata Kuliah Analisis Vektor

    Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk: (1) menguji signifikansi kontribusi kemampuan Kalkulus I terhadap hasil belajar mata kuliah Analisis Vektor, (2) menguji signifikansi kontribusi kemampuan Kalkulus II terhadap hasil belajar mata kuliah Analisis Vektor, (3) menguji signifikansi kontribusi kemampuan Kalkulus I dan Kalkulus II terhadap hasil belajar mata kuliah Analisis Vektor. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif assosiatif dengan populasi seluruh mahasiswa semester tiga Program Studi Pendidikan Matematika, Universitas Muhammadiyah Surakarta Tahun Akademik 2014/2015. Sampel dari penelitian ini adalah 25 mahasiswa yang diperoleh dengan teknik sampling kuota. Metode tes dan dokumentasi digunakan untuk mengumpulkan data penelitian. Data tersebut dianalisis menggunakan uji regresi linier ganda dengan tingkat signifikansi 5% dan dilakukan dengan menggunakan software SPSS. Berdasarkan analisis data tersebut, dapat disimpulkan bahwa: (1) tidak terdapat kontribusi yang signifikan dari kemampuan Kalkulus I terhadap hasil belajar Analisis Vektor, (2) terdapat kontribusi yang signifikan dari kemampuan Kalkulus II terhadap hasil belajar Analisis Vektor, (3) terdapat kontribusi yang signifikan dari kemampuan Kalkulus I dan Kalkulus II terhadap hasil belajar Analisis Vektor

    The Effects of Different Water Flow Rates on the Survival Rate of Blue Crab (Portunus Pelagicus) Zoea IV - Megalopa Stages

    Blue crab (Portunus pelagicus) is a potential marine crustacean's commodity. The increase demand both local and International market of the blue crab result in the culture development of this species. The larval stage of blue crab, especially at zoea IV to megalopa, plays an important rule on the successful of the production of marketable size under culture condition.Low survival rate of zoea IV to megalopa stage mostly due to their photo taxis behavior, thus, they are trapped at the water surface. Management of water flow rate on the zoea IV holding tank may be able to reduce their mortality rate and can reach megalopa stage successfully. The water flow rate management would keep the zoea in the suspension as well as improving the water quality, i.e. increases the dissolved oxygen in the water.This investigation was done to find out the effects of different water flow rates on the survival rate of blue crab (Portunus pelagicus) zoea IV stage. The tested animal was blue crab at zoea IV stage which undergoes an investigation up to megalopa stage. An experimental method with a Completely Randomized Design was applied. The 5 (five) treatments of different water flow rates were used, i.e.: A (0,25 l/minute), B (0,5 l/minute), C (0,75 l/minute), D (1,0 l/minute), E (0,0 l/minute). Each treatment was replicated three times.The results shows that different water flow rates gave a highly significant difference (P<0,01) on the survival rate of blue crab zoea IV - megaloga stage. The highest survival rate at the end of the experiment (at megalopa stage) was at treatment C (0,75 l/minute): 30,44

    Penggunaan Teknik Discovery dengan Media Gambar untuk Membangkitkan Minat Belajar Siswa

    Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendeskripsikan pengaruh penggunaan teknik discovery dengan media gambar untuk membangkitkan minat belajar siswa pada mata pelajaran PPKn kelas VII di SMPN 19 Mataram. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif, dengan pendekatan eksperimen. Metode pengumpulan data adalah metode observasi dokumentasi dan angket dengan metode analisis data korelasi product moment. Hasil penelitian adalah berdasarkan analisis data yaitu: Hasil analisis data yang di peroleh dalam adalah 0,574, dengan taraf signifikan 5%, maka diperoleh nilai 0,300. Jadi nilai r perhitungan lebih besar dibandingkan dengan nilai r tabel (0,574>0,300). Jadi hipotesis (Ha) adalah, β€œAdanya Pengaruh Penggunaan Teknik Discovery Dengan Media Gambar Membangkitkan Minat Belajar Siswa Kelas VII SMPN 19 Mataram Pada Bidang Studi PPKn Tahun Pelajaran 2017-2018”. The type of research used in this study is quantitative research, with an experimental approach. The results of the study are based on data analysis, namely: The results of the analysis of the data obtained in is 0.574, with a significant level of 5%, then the value of 0.300 is obtained. So the r value of the calculation is greater than the r table value (0.574> 0.300).     Strategi Pengembangan Budidaya Tambak Udang Vanname (Litopenaeus Vannamei) Di Kabupaten Kendal, Jawa Tengah

    Udang vanname (Litopenaeus vannamei) merupakan komoditas perikanan yang dikembangkan di Kabupaten Kendal, pengembangan budidaya udang vanname tersebut saat ini menggunakan cara pembudidayaan yang masih sederhana hingga teknologi intensif. Permasalahan dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa pengembangan yang sekarang dilakukan masih perlu penentuan strategi yang sesuai dengan potensi, daya dukung lingkungan dan kondisi wilayah pengembangan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengkaji profil budidaya dan menentukan strategi pengembangan budidaya tambak udang vanname di Kabupaten Kendal, kemudian menentukan prioritas strategi berdasarkan analisis Quantitative Strategies Planning Matrix (QSPM) serta implikasi manajemen. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif, dengan metode studi kasus (case study). Berdasarkan analisis SWOT kekuatan (S) yang paling besar pengaruhnya untuk pengembangan budidaya tambak udang vanname di Kabupaten Kendal adalah tata lingkungan budidaya (0,33), sedangkan kelemahan terbesar adalah sumber daya manusia (SDM) dan produk hasil budidaya (0,23), serta peluang (O) terbesar adalah kegiatan manajemen tambak (0,37), dan ancaman (T) terbesar adalah penyakit viral (0,25). Dalam persaingan keunggulan strategis Kabupaten Kendal berada pada posisi persaingan aman (favorable) dengan jumlah skor pembobotan variabel internal sebesar 3,11. Total skor pembobotan dari peluang yaitu sebesar 1,72 dan dari ancaman adalah 1,07. Berdasarkan matriks SWOT diperoleh rangking strategi alternatif yaitu berturut-turut strategi SO (3,92), ST (3,27), WO (2,64) dan WT (2,01), sedangkan berdasarkan kuadran analisis berada pada kuadran 1 (Growth Oriented Strategy). Berdasarkan analisis QSPM, Total Attractive Score (TAS) diperoleh prioritas strategi utama yaitu Strategi WO1 (TAS = 6,964) yaitu meningkatkan kompetensi dan profesionalisme SDM melalui implikasi manajemen berupa kegiatan penyuluhan rutin dan berkala, sedangkan strategi pilihan terakhir adalah strategi WO3 (TAS = 6,678) yaitu memanfaatkan sumber dana yang ada untuk meningkatkan hasil produksi budidaya melalui kegiatan partisipatif, kerjasama dan kemitraan yang saling menguntungkan. Vanname shrimp (Litopenaeus vannamei) is a commodity that is developed in Kendal, the development of vanname culture currently adapted was simple cultivation to intensive technology method. The problem of this study is that the development is now done still need to determine the appropriate strategy with the potential, carrying capacity of the environment and conditions of development area. The purpose of this study is to assess profile and also development strategy of vanname shrimp brackishwater culture in Kendal, then priorities strategies based on Quantitative Strategies Planning Matrix (QSPM) analysis and implication management. This study used descriptive method that is a case study. Based on SWOT analysis, the result showed that Strength (S) for developing vannamei shrimp brackishwater culture in Kendal Regency is environmental culture management as the most influence(0.33), but the biggest weakness are human resources and culture production (0.23), while the biggest opportunity (O) is pond management (0.37) and the biggest threat (T) is viral diseases (0.25). On the competitive strategic advantage, Kendal Regency is in a safe position (favorable), with the number of weighting internal variables about 3.11. Total score weighting of opportunities and threats are 1.72 and 1.07. Ranking of alternative strategy gained based on the SWOT matrix are SO (3.92), ST (3.27), WO (2.64) and WT (2.01) while quadrant analysis is in 1stquadrant (Growth Oriented Strategy). Based on QSPM analysis, Total Attractive Score (TAS) obtained the key strategic priority is WO1 (TAS= 6,964) which is to improve human resource competence and professionalism through management implications in the form of routine and periodic extension activities, while the last strategy choice is WO3 (TAS=6,678) by utilize the existing funding sources to increase the aquaculture production through participatory, cooperation and partnerships activities

    Hibridisasi Ikan Nila Pandu Dan Kunti Generasi F4 Terhadap Efek Heterosis Pada Ikan Nila Larasati (Oreochromis Niloticus) Generasi F4 Pada Umur 5 Bulan

    The purpose of this research is measure the difference of heterocyst effect between tilapia larasati F4 fish β™‚, tilapia pandu F4 fish β™‚, and tilapia kunti F4 fish β™‚, and between tilapia larasati F4 fish ♀, tilapia pandu F4 fish ♀, and tilapia kunti F4 fish ♀ in their age of five months. This research took place in Janti Freshwater Fish Hatchery and Aquaculture Unit, Klaten, from October-November 2012. The fish samples were β™‚ and ♀ of F4 generation Larasati tilapia, F4 generation Pandu tilapia, and F4 generation Kunti tilapia at the age of 5 month. The rearring treatment lasted in 30 days. This research applied 3 treatment and 3 replications for each sex. The variables measured were weight, total length, thickness, survival rate (SR), relative growth rate (RGR), feed conversion ratio (FCR), and heterosis value of each variable. The Heterosis value of F4 generation Larasati tilapia at the age of 5 months are as follows SR β™‚ and ♀ 1.66% 2.20%; weight β™‚ ♀ 14.11% and 23.99%; total length β™‚ ♀ 11.05% and 21.24%; thick β™‚ ♀ 10.43% and 20.94%; and FCR β™‚ ♀ 0.59% and 0.38%.
