Simulation of a high voltage gain dc-dc converter integrating with coupled inductor and two voltage multiplier cells
In this paper, a high voltage gain dc-dc converter is presented for renewable energy applications. This paper develops step up converter which consists of two voltage multiplier cells with coupled inductor in order to achieve the multiple voltage requirements with high voltage gain. And also two capacitances are provided for charging when the device is under turned-off condition, by utilizing the stored energy levels in the coupled inductor which can enhances the voltage transfer capability levels of the system The voltage imbalance levels are compensated at main power switch. The implemented model operates with low resistance RDS(ON) at main power switch which can reduce the switching losses. The developed simulink models are tested and verified within the MATLAB/SIMULINK with multiple output functions with high voltage gains
Simulation of High Step-Up Resonant Parallel LC Converter for Grid Connected Renewable Energy Sources
With the rapid improvement of large-scale renewable energy sources and HVDC grid, it is a capable alternative to connect the renewable energy sources to the HVDC grid with a pure dc system, in which high-power high-voltage step-up dc–dc converters are the key equipment to transmit the electrical energy. This paper presents a High step up LC converter it can achieve high voltage gain using an LC parallel resonant tank. Also provided zero voltage switching (ZVS) technology under switch turn-On condition also at turn-Off conditions at main power switches by rectifying diodes to reduce the conduction losses. The operation principle of the converter and its resonant parameter selection is presented in this paper. The operation principle of the converter has been successfully verified with the help of MATLAB/SIMULINK
INSIGHT OF METHANOLIC EXTRACT OF VENTILAGO MADERASPATANA LEAVES ON HEPATOPROTECTIVE ACTIVITY UNDER STREPTOZOTOCIN-INDUCED DIABETIC RATS
Objective: The methanolic leaf extract of Ventilago maderaspatana (MEVML, 200 mg/kg body weight [b.w.]) was investigate to hepatoprotective activity under streptozotocin-induced (45 mg/kg b.w.) diabetic (Di) rats.
Methods: In the present study, we determined the blood glucose levels, b.w., insulin, creatinine, and bilirubin levels in normal, Di, Di treated with MEVML and positive control rats.
Results: The Di rats shown adverse changes in blood glucose levels, b.w., insulin, creatinine, and bilirubin levels when compared to other group rats. Reverse the adverse changes in the above parameters when treated the Di rats with MEVML
Conclusion: The MEVML shown anti-diabetic activity and reverse the adverse changes in the above parameters in liver so that the MEVML supported the traditional claim of the hepatoprotective activity under Di condition
A Systematic Approach to Smart Agriculture Using Iot Initiative
Environment changes and normal precipitation has been extremely powerful over last decade. Because of the present circumstance, environment keen techniques called as shrewd horticulture is received by farming area. Brilliant horticulture is a robotized and coordinated data innovation carried out with the IoT. IOT is growing quickly and broadly applied in every single remote climate. In this paper, sensor innovation and remote organizations mix of IOT innovation has been examined and evaluated dependent on the real circumstance of rural framework. A consolidated methodology with web and remote interchanges, Far off Checking Framework is proposed. Significant goal is to gather constant information of horticulture creation climate that gives simple admittance to farming offices like alarms through Short Kneading Administration and advices on climate design, crops and so on
PHARMACOKINETIC DRUG INTERACTION BETWEEN CLOPIDOGREL AND ESOMEPRAZOLE IN ADULT HEALTHY MALE VOLUNTEERS
Objective: Proton pump inhibitors (PPIs) are known to impair cytochrome P2C19 mediated activation of clopidogrel, the antiplatelet agent used for cardiovascular risk prevention. Esomeprazole is an optical isomer of omeprazole with better efficacy and tolerability than conventional PPIs. Esomeprazole is often co-administered with clopidogrel considering the risk of associated gastrointestinal bleeding. This study was designed to determine the effect of esomeprazole on the mean pharmacokinetic profile clopidogrel. Methods: A total of 14 adult healthy male participants who volunteered participation were enrolled, randomized equally into two cross-over sequences, dosed with clopidogrel and clopidogrel + esomeprazole in respective periods. Blood samples were collected through antecubital or forearm vein indwelling catheter. Concentration of clopidogrel parent prodrug in isolated plasma was determined using validated sensitive liquid chromatography – mass spectrometry. Pharmacokinetic modeling was carried out using PKSOLVER add-in for Microsoft Excel. Results: The pharmacokinetic profile of clopidogrel was non-significantly altered by esomeprazole. Statistically significant difference in peak plasma concentration, apparent volume of distribution, and clearance of clopidogrel was observed only during period II in participants co-dosed with esomeprazole (p=0.0483, 0.0011, and 0.0015, respectively). All other primary and secondary pharmacokinetic parameters displayed minor alterations during either period (p>0.05).Conclusion: The non-significant alteration of clopidogrel pharmacokinetics by esomeprazole can be potentiated by underlying predisposing factors such as the presence of CYP2C19 allelic variants and increasing the risk of cardiovascular events. Hence, co-administration of clopidogrel and esomeprazole should be under clinical monitoring and is not recommended in poor responders of antiplatelet therapy with clopidogrel
