    Barat memiliki agenda dalam ekspansionisme dan dominasi dunia. Mereka memiliki apa yang disebut kehidupan modern, sains modern, dan dunia modern. Menjadi modern berarti mengikuti mereka dan menyalin semuanya dari mereka, meninggalkan budaya dan hidup berdasarkan apa yang disebut hak asasi manusia. Tantawi Jauhari  adalah salah satu ulama yang sadar tentang bahaya ekspansi dan peradaban Barat, sehingga dengan tulisannya, tanpa ragu dia berpandangan bahwa penyebab rendahnya moral Muslim merupakan  agenda  yang tersembunyi Barat. Dan artikel ini akan menganalisis pemikiran Tantawi Jauhari  tentang pandangannya  dalam menghadapi bahaya ekspansionisme dan dominasi Barat dengan mempelajari bukunyaAl-Jawahir Fi Tafsir Al-Qur’an Al-Karim.Dalam tafsirnya, ia menyimpulkan bahwa ilmu pengetahuan, pernikahan, poligami, manajemen keuangan dan fashion wanita beberapa persoalan umat Islam yang mampu diekspansi dan dominasi oleh peradaban Barat modern dan hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa Syeikh T{ant{a>wi> telah merespon dengan sangat baik melalui pandangannya dan mencoba untuk memperingatkan setiap Muslim untuk kembali ke jalan, berpegang pada syariat dan menghindari mengikuti budaya Barat secara membabi buta

    The moral decadency and its degradation specifically in teenagers considered as worldwide problem nowadays. Many other cases occurred as the result of ignorance from parents, community and all those who are responsible in their upbringing and building their character such as harassment, bullying cases between teenagers and low ethic association between them. Being captivated by gender stereotypes leads to inequality and inbalance which resulted low and poor character. The duty of Prophet Muhammad saw for being sent down to people in beautifying their morals is in harmony with character building concepts mentioned in al-Qur’an. This paper analyses interactions between Musa As and the daughters of Prophet Syu’aib from surah al-Qasas which told about how to interact between genders and the balance personalities and character they owned. This research results that the perfections of Akhlāq and morals which is a symbolic of the beauty of akhlāqalso the most important point in obtaining a high quality of life.

    Hijab, jilbab or khimar known as a piece of garment which usually worn by Muslim women in order to obey their God. It becomes a symbol that shows their identity. Besides, Hijab has a particular meaning according to multiple perspectives which resulted variant styles and types of hijab in one community, with or without syari’ah compliance. Fashion trends also plays the role in modifying women attire and the issue about this seems more complicated since the guidelines were avoided. This paper will goes through the commentaries of Qur’an to examine the requirements of proper women attire as mentioned specifically on ayat al-hijab. It results that Qur’an already put some guidelines on proper attire for Muslim women such as: the garments used to cover body parts is must be long, wide and thick enough.     Hadith Innallāha khalaqa Adam ‘alā ṣūratih, is one of hadith that has isykāl (difficulties) or problems involving debates among scholars. Firstly, There are some scholars who argued that the problems in this hadith is because the pronunciation of ‘alā ṣūratih in this hadith is contrary to the Islamic faith. Secondly, Others argued that this hadith has a similarity with isrā’iliyāt because in the Torah and the Gospel also found similar things in the creation of Adam. Thirdly, some scholars accept this hadith textually but interpreted it to another meaning in order fit with holiness of Allah. The fourth,opinion argue that damiror pronoun of words on ‘alā ṣūratih refer to Allah, either as interpretation the word of rahman or as an iḍāfah taṣrīfiyah and ikhtiṣāṣiyah to Allah. The fifth, opinion argue that this damir refer to Adam.     Of significant purposes of marriage in Islam are building self-serenity, developing a harmonious family with positive values, being a perfect platform to show love, affection, and gratitude among each member. Ironically, these purposes are immaterialized in some marriages as divorce cases are still high in Malaysia. Introducing compulsory pre-marriage course is among other actions taken by the government to protect its continuity. This article aims to study the module of the compulsory pre-marriage course and highlights elements of Maqasid Shariah in family and marriage. By Using the descriptive analysis method, this article argues that the modules have covered the whole elements of Maqasid Shariah. For instance, the faith and worship chapter is one factor in maintaining one's marriage and creating an individual's excellent character, which served them a better and happy life while preserving the religion itself. Highlighting Maqasid Shariah elements helps us understand the importance of building a fine family and preserving harmony within. Hence, a candidate who attends this prenuptial course build a good understanding among family members better than those who did not attend the pre-marriage course and, therefore, can maintain their relationship in marriage.     This study aims to reveal various kinds of human behavior towards their properties and the ideal management of this property from the perspective of the Quran. This research also attempts to link the knowledge of the Quranic maqasid with the financial management carried out by humans to improve their contradictive behavior. By using qualitative methods with inductive descriptive approaches and various sources such as the Quran and its interpretations, journals, magazines, and classical literature, this research found that owning wealth does not contradict the concepts of zuhud and piety. The al-Quran displays human behaviors who manage their wealth well and make their wealth as a ware towards God. Multiple discourses about wealth in the Quran showed that the behavior of adoring wealth is natural and matches the Quranic nature, which adapted to human nature. The treasure and wealth itself belong to God, which humans naturally revere. Humans have different behavior when dealing with wealth. First, worldly behavior is not fair. Second, the behavior of miserly and miserly. Third, moderate behavior that has intelligent management in managing assets. Differences in human behavior in managing these assets are usually determined by their social environment
