The Book of Allah is the source of legislation and the source of the provisions, and the Qur'an has approached several methods and means to correct the behavior and guide man to the way of the right, with the statement of halal and haram, the Qur'an has taken the style of stories to show the purpose and the guidance of the people to the right, and from this story the story of Our Master Luqman (peace be upon him) and his commandments to his son, and to show the extent to which the advocacy education is linked to The Wall of Luqman, and refers to the reason The researcher's choice of these verses from this surah questions in the researcher's mind: 1. How are the education and advocacy features followed through Sura Luqman (as) in southern Libya? 2- How are the methods of education and advocacy used through Sura Luqman (as) in southern Libya? 3- How do we show the impact of education and advocacy through Sura Luqman (peace be upon him) in southern Libya? The researcher relied on the method of writing this research on the descriptive desktop approach, because of the importance of the library for each method of scientific research, and also because the descriptive method of advantages that help the researcher to describe the realistic phenomenon that he wants to study and describe accurately, in order to reach the level of total care on which the research methodology is based, because any failure or error in the methodology fully reflects on the content of the research to be studied and analyzed/ In his research, the researcher also relied on the sources of preliminary data formed in the Qur'an and the Prophet's Sunnah, because they contain original reports and sources, as well as transportation from secondary sources, where he collected books, research, sources and ancient and modern Islamic studies so that the researcher was able to form a database of his subject/ The researcher drew a definition of the features of advocacy education: the way in which the companions were raised, god willing, which is the creation of man little by little, and attention to its laudable behavioral aspects, in order for man to reach the stage of moral perfection, and the role of landmarks in this research lies in correcting the course of education in southern Libya. The researcher concluded that there are advocacy methods followed in Sura Luqman and its aim is to reach the foundations of correct education, advice and guidance, so that these curricula are the basis and the Lord's Constitution for the education of the Islamic nation in general and in southern Libya in particular. The researcher also concluded to know the impact of advocacy education and to show the impact of the lawsuit derived through Sura Luqman (peace be upon him), in order to help parents raise their children in all parts of the world in general and in southern Libya in particular, as well as the extent to which the educational curriculum relates to the lawsuit old and new, as well as striking proverbs quoted from the Book and sunnah

Liver disease and disorders are serious public health burdens because of the high prevalence among populations worldwide and poor long-term clinical outcome. The outcomes of the disease include deaths from liver decompensation, cirrhosis and HCC. Many liver diseases, including chronic HBV and HCV infection, ALD, NAFLD, autoimmune liver disease and drug-induced liver disease (DILI), potentially threaten a large proportion of the global population. The fuzzy soft set principle theory has been used for the developing of a diagnostic system in medicine and devise a prediction system named as fuzzy soft expert system which is a rule-based system uses fuzzy set and fuzzy soft set. There are five main components included in the basic structure, they are: (1) A fuzzication that translates the inputs (real-values) into fuzzy values, (2) obtaining fuzzy sets, (3) changing in to fuzzy soft sets, (4) reduction of normal parameter of fuzzy soft sets, (5) output data by algorithm. Fifty two individuals suspected and managed as HBV patients were involved in this study. All of them were attending liver diseases unit at Azadi teaching hospital in Duhok, Kurdistan Region-Iraq. They were being managed by the herpetology specialist as HBV infected patients. Their parameters (Alanine Aminotransferase (ALT), Aspartate aminotransferase (AST), Total Serum Albumin (Alb.), and Total Serum Bilirubin (T.S.Bil.)), were used as input data and the score of each patient was calculated. The developed fuzzy soft expert system was used to obtain the score for each as prognostic model for liver disorders. The score of 10 of those patients are selected and compared with the clinical status of each base on signs and symptoms of the HBV infection. Score more than 101.844 was considered to be highly linked with HBV infection. Scores less than 101.844 was considered to be not related to HBV infection

Introduction: This study aims to investigate in-hоsрitаl mоrtаlity in severe асute resрirаtоry syndrоme соrоnаvirus 2 раtients strаtified by serum ferritin levels. Methods: Patients were stratified based on ferritin levels (ferritin levels ≤ 1000 or >1000). Results: Approximately 89% (118) of the patients with ferritin levels > 1000 had pneumonia, and 51% (67) had hypertension. Fever (97, 73.5%) and shortness of breath (80, 61%) were two major symptoms among the patients in this group. Logistic regression analysis indicated that ferritin level (odds ratio [OR] = 0.36, 95% confidence interval [CI] = 0.21–0.62; p 1000. Conclusion: In this study, higher levels of serum ferritin were found to be an independent predictor of in-hоsрitаl mоrtаlity

The Effectiveness of Non-pyrethroid Insecticide-treated Durable Wall Lining to Control Malaria in Rural Tanzania: Study Protocol for a Two-armed Cluster Randomized Trial.

Despite considerable reductions in malaria achieved by scaling-up long-lasting insecticidal nets (LLINs) and indoor residual spraying (IRS), maintaining sustained community protection remains operationally challenging. Increasing insecticide resistance also threatens to jeopardize the future of both strategies. Non-pyrethroid insecticide-treated wall lining (ITWL) may represent an alternate or complementary control method and a potential tool to manage insecticide resistance. To date no study has demonstrated whether ITWL can reduce malaria transmission nor provide additional protection beyond the current best practice of universal coverage (UC) of LLINs and prompt case management. A two-arm cluster randomized controlled trial will be conducted in rural Tanzania to assess whether non-pyrethroid ITWL and UC of LLINs provide added protection against malaria infection in children, compared to UC of LLINs alone. Stratified randomization based on malaria prevalence will be used to select 22 village clusters per arm. All 44 clusters will receive LLINs and half will also have ITWL installed on interior house walls. Study children, aged 6 months to 11 years old, will be enrolled from each cluster and followed monthly to estimate cumulative incidence of malaria parasitaemia (primary endpoint), time to first malaria episode and prevalence of anaemia before and after intervention. Entomological inoculation rate will be estimated using indoor CDC light traps and outdoor tent traps followed by detection of Anopheles gambiae species, sporozoite infection, insecticide resistance and blood meal source. ITWL bioefficacy and durability will be monitored using WHO cone bioassays and household surveys, respectively. Social and cultural factors influencing community and household ITWL acceptability will be explored through focus-group discussions and in-depth interviews. Cost-effectiveness, compared between study arms, will be estimated per malaria case averted. This protocol describes the large-scale evaluation of a novel vector control product, designed to overcome some of the known limitations of existing methods. If ITWL is proven to be effective and durable under field conditions, it may warrant consideration for programmatic implementation, particularly in areas with long transmission seasons and where pyrethroid-resistant vectors predominate. Trial findings will provide crucial information for policy makers in Tanzania and other malaria-endemic countries to guide resource allocations for future control efforts

N-Hypersoft Sets: An Innovative Extension of Hypersoft Sets and Their Applications

    No full text
This paper introduces N-hypersoft (N-HS) sets—an enriched and versatile extension of hypersoft (HS) sets—designed to handle evaluations involving both binary and non-binary data while embodying an inherent sense of structural symmetry. The paper presents several algebraic definitions, including incomplete N-HS sets, efficient N-HS sets, normalized N-HS sets, equivalence under normalization, N-HS complements, and HS sets derived from a threshold. These definitions are accompanied by illustrative examples. Additionally, the paper delves into various set-theoretic operations within the framework of N-HS sets, such as relative null/whole N-HS sets, N-HS subsets, and N-HS extended/restricted union and intersection, presented in two different ways. Finally, the paper presents and compares decision-making methodologies regarding N-HS sets

Novel fuzzy topologies from old through fuzzy primals

In this paper, we introduce a novel fuzzy structure named "fuzzy primal". We study the essential properties and discuss basic operations on it. A fuzzy operator (.)^\diamond on the family of all fuzzy sets is introduced here by applying the q-neighborhood structure to a primal fuzzy topological space along with the Lukasiewicz disjunction. We explore the main characterizations of (.)^\diamond. Then, we define another fuzzy operator, symbolized by Cl^\diamond, with the utilization of (.)^\diamond. These fuzzy operators are studied in order to deduce a new fuzzy topology from the original one. Such a new fuzzy topology is called primal fuzzy topology. The fundamental structure, particularly a fuzzy base that generates primal fuzzy topologies, as well as many relationships between different fuzzy primals and fuzzy topologies, are also analyzed. Lastly, the concept of compatibility between fuzzy primals and fuzzy topologies is introduced, and some equivalent conditions related to this are examined. It is shown that if a fuzzy primal is compatible with a fuzzy topology, then the fuzzy base that generates the primal fuzzy topology is itself a fuzzy topology

Objectives: A limited number of publications from the Middle East have focused on neuroblastoma, a common childhood malignancy. This study describes the clinical characteristics and survival outcome of Omani children with neuroblastoma treated at the National Oncology Centre, Oman, between 2010 and 2017. Methods: From January 2010 to December 2017, data on Omani children aged less than 13 years with neuroblastoma were retrospectively collected. Survival data were statistically correlated with known prognostic factors, including age, stage of disease, MYCN profile and presence of metastasis. Results: A total of 56 Omani children were included. in this study. The male to female ratio was 1:1. The mean age at presentation was one year and 10 months. The two most common presenting complaints were body masses (48.2%) and constitutional symptoms (33.9%). Approximately, 54.5% were high risk, 35.7% were intermediate risk and 9.8% were low risk. High-risk neuroblastoma was mainly found in children older than one year (76.6%), with low risk mainly observed in children less than one year of age (80%). The overall survival of all groups combined was 74% (P <0.05); the event-free survival (EFS) was 67% (P <0.05). The overall survival rates over five years for the high-risk, intermediate-risk and low risk groups were 60%, 88% and 100%, respectively, and the EFS was 51%, 79% and 100%, respectively. Conclusion: Omani children with neuroblastoma mainly presented with masses or constitutional symptoms and had an advanced disease at presentation which was associated with inferior survival. The survival outcomes were reasonably similar to published international data. Keywords: Neuroblastoma; Survival; Event-Free Survival; Oman

Clarithromycin versus Levofloxacin-Based Regimens for Helicobacter Pylori Eradication in the Kurdistan Region of Iraq: A Randomized Clinical Trial

    No full text
Helicobacter pylori infection is a predisposing factor for gastric cancer. This prospective, randomized clinical trial aimed to compare H. pylori eradication rates associated with a clarithromycin-based regimen and levofloxacin-based regimen. H. pylori infection was confirmed by a rapid urease test during endoscopy and its eradication by a urea breath test. In this study, 192 patients were recruited; 93 patients received a clarithromycin- based regimen and 99 a levofloxacin- based regimen. Sixty-four patients completed the clarithromycinbased regimen and 60 the levofloxacinbased regimen. The eradication success rate of the clarithromycin-based regimen was 52/64 (81.25%), while that of the levofloxacin- based regimen was 49/60 (81.6%) (P=0.9524; odds ratio [OR]=1.0280; confidence interval [CI]=0.4153-2.5447). Investigation of the risk factors associated with treatment failure showed that the overall efficacy of the regimens was influenced by body mass index (BMI), with a high failure rate observed in patients with a high BMI (P=0.0174; OR=1.1116; CI=1.0187- 1.2129). Age, sex, endoscopic diagnosis and smoking did not influence treatment outcomes. Further studies are needed to monitor H. pylori antibiotic resistance rates
