Practice Problem: The practice problem is anxiety related to hospitalization among adults in an acute care setting. Increased anxiety can lead to other issues while hospitalized including disruptive behaviors. PICOT: The PICOT question that guided this project was: In hospitalized medical-surgical adults (P), how does the implementation of a music intervention as an adjunct to standard distraction techniques (I) compared to standard care (C) affect symptoms of anxiety as observed by the rate of behavior de-escalation team calls (O) within eight weeks (T)? Evidence: There were five systematic reviews, four systematic reviews with meta-analysis with high level of evidence, high quality rating, and high quantity of articles included emerged that led to the project. Evidence supported the use of a music intervention for therapeutic distraction and reduction of anxiety. Intervention: The intervention was a music intervention of a personalized music selection for approximately 30 minutes prior to procedures or when anxiety or disruptive behavior was noted in addition to standard care. Outcome: Music intervention use increased by 68 individual sessions during the intervention period from baseline. Utilization of the de-escalation team decreased 80% from the preceding 10 weeks prior to implementation. Data collection difficulties reduced observation of knowledge change, however, activities related to the intervention increased during the intervention period. Conclusion: The use of music as an intervention to decreasing anxiety and the use of a de-escalation team for disruptive behavior was successful though the process outcomes were not met. Staff engagement will be key in making this a sustainable practice and additional interventions for staff engagement are necessary

Garlic (Allium sativum L.) is increasingly becoming an essential component in human diet due to tremendous health-promoting benefits; its traditional local types are preferred for their taste. Garlic clones have specific adaptations to different agro-climatic regions; some have adapted to specific environments through artificial and natural selection. The study was undertaken to assess the variation in some agro-morphological characters of 17 local garlic germplasm accessions collected from different regions of Jammu and Kashmir including far-flung areas of Karthaie Padder Kishtwar and Balot Bhaderwah Doda. Most of these local garlic germplasm accessions are characterized by more pungent smell and distinctive taste often with pigmented coat layers. Some of these accessions have been cryo-preserved in National Gene Bank at ICAR-NBPGR New Delhi. The results have demonstrated the existence of a good amount of agro-morphological diversity in these local garlic germplasm accessions. Different ecotypes exhibit considerable variation among themselves in agronomic characteristics. Therefore, there is a need for concerted efforts for exploration, collection and maintenance of locally available garlic germplasm possessing quality traits including disease and pest resistance besides good storability characteristics for future garlic crop improvement programmes in the region

This research aims to analyze the mutual funds invesment and SOE profit to SOE share price in Indonesia Stock Exchange. Later in the formulation of the problem can be divided into two, namely the influence of investment funds to the stock price of SOEs in Indonesia Stock Exchange and how the influence of SOE profits on share price of SOEs in Indonesia Stock Exchange. This study uses panel data which combines time series, that is quartal data from 2009 to 2013, and a cross section of 14 state-owned companies that meet the criteria. The analyis and processing of data uses descriptive analysis and panel regression by using Eviews. In the descriptive analysis is descriptive simple. In the panel data regression analysis, the method used is the method of Pooled Least Square (PLS), Fixed Effect Model (FEM), Random Effect Model (REM) and then determined the most appropriate model using the Hausman test and gained Fixed Effect Model (FEM) is a model the most appropriate. The result of reseach shows there is a positive effect of mutual funds investment to SOE share price in Indonesia Stock Exchange and positive effect from SOE profit to SOE share price in Indonesia Stock Exchange
