Analisis.faktor – Faktor Yang Mempengaruhi Organizational Citizenship Behavior (Ocb) Pada Karyawan Tetap Dan Karyawan Kontrak (Studi Pada Karyawan Pizza Hut Kota Malang)

This research based on the importance,of Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) for employees in an organization, because the organization will obtained many benefits if they have an employees with the high level of OCB. Therefore, the organization needs to know the things which can cause and or increase the OCB of employees. This.research aims to understand and analysis; 1) the components of the factors that influence the OCB; 2) the dominant factor that influence the OCB; 3) whether there are a differences in factors that influence the OCB between permanent employees and contract employees of Pizza Hut in Malang City. The result of factor.analysis shows that there are twenty two components which construct eight factors with seventy total items can influence the OCB. The dominant factor that influence the OCB is a trust in leadership factor. The result of Independent Samples T Test shows that there are no significant differences in factors that influence the OCB when viewed.from the factors of job satisfaction, organizational commitment, employee\u27s personality, motivation, leadership style, trust in leadership, and organizational culture factors. However, there is a significant.difference in factor that influence the OCB when viewed from the factor of employee\u27s morality

This study aims to (1) Determine and analyzed the effect together of behavior factors variable and kontekstual factors variable toward entrepreneurial intention (2) Determine and analyzed the partial effect of behavior factors variable and contextual factors variable toward entrepreneurial intention (3) to determine the dominant variable which influencing entrepreneurial intention. This type of research is explanatory research with quantitative approach. The variables studied incude behavioral factors and contextual factors. Population in this research is student Student Of Business Administration Department Of Brawijaya University Forces 2014 And 2015 Who Has Taken The Entrepreneurship Course. The sampleused in this study were 90 respondents to the questionnaier research instruments. The sampling technique used is random sampling. Analysis of the data used is descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression analysis. Utilization of Power Setting in Monopolar Electrosurgery Unit with Additional Blend Modes

Electrosurgery unit has the purpose of damaging certain body tissues by heating the tissue.  In this study there are several modes and also power selection. The contribution of this research is to design the power management and also the addition of several modes for the surgical process. Electrosurgery Unit involves the use of IC CMOS 4069 as a frequency generator. The frequency output is set at 250 KHz and then passed on to the pulse regulator circuit and controlled by using Arduino and then forwarded to the inverter circuit which functions to increase the voltage and output in the form of power. Modules are calibrated using ESU Analyzer. This module is equipped with a selection of LOW, MEDIUM, and HIGH power. And also there are some additional modes including Blend 1 and Blend 2. After the measurement is carried out, the voltage values ​​obtained at the setting of low, medium high, on the inverter input with a value on Blend 1 mode low 80 V with an error of 0.84%, Medium 90 V with error 0.84%, High 104 V with an error of 0.81%, in Blend 2 mode low 84 V with an error of 0.83%, Medium 86 V with a error of 0.85%, High 105 V with an error of 0.81%, the Cutting mode is low 162 V with an error of 2.88%, medium 172 V with an error of 3.03%, High 192 V with an error of 2.86%. The measurement shows an error of less than 1% for Blend 1 and Blend 2 modes while cutting is less than 3%. Effectiveness of Online Learning During the Covid-19 Pandemic on Economic Subjects in High Schools

The Covid-19 pandemic has an impact on changing learning methods from face-to-face earning to online learning. Learning ctivities that were originally carried out in schools because of the pandemic must be carried out at home. This learning method then made many teachers use various online learning media as an alternative learning method which turned out to cause many complaints from students. The application of online learning due to changes in learning methods is a phenomenon that is studied more deeply by researchers using a descriptive qualitative approach. There are three kinds of data collection techniques used in this research, namely observation, documentation, and the interview. All data obtained by the researcher were analyzed in detail, then the validity of the data was carried out using triangulation technique. The findings of this study indicate that Google Classroom learning platform is preferred by teachers over other learning platforms such as Edmodo, WhatsApp Group, Zoom.us, and Google Meet. Google Classroom learning platform is considered effective by teachers and easily accessed by students so that students can learn independently. Many learning features make it easier for teachers to create, modify, and monitor learning so that learning is more interesting, flexible, and a collection of student assignments can be known in more detail

Pengembangan Media Pembelajaran Interaktif Berbasis Video dengan Model POE (Predict Observe Explain) untuk Melatihkan Keterampilan Proses IPA Siswa Sekolah Dasar

Tujuan dari penelitian ini mengetahui pengembangan media pembelajaran sebagai Fasilitas untuk membantu penyampaian pesan konten untuk belajar diperlukan sebagai upaya untuk melatihkan, membantu, dan inovasi cara belajar kepada siswa. Jenis metode penelitian ini Research and Development digunakan untuk menghasilkan produk tertentu, dan menguji serta mengetahui keefektifan dari produk yang dikembangkan tersebut. Desain penelitian ini menggunakan model pengembangan 4D (Four-D) yang terdiri dari empat tahap yaitu define, design, develop, dan disseminate atau disebut pendefinisian, perancangan, pengembangan, dan penyebaran. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan media pembelajaran diintegrasikan dengan model pembelajaran Predict-Observe-Explain untuk melatihkan keterampilan proses IPA siswa kelas IV Sekolah Dasar. Keterampilan proses IPA merupakan sikap atau cara berpikir ilmiah. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode 4 D (Four-D) yaitu Define, Design, Develop, Dessiminite. Media pembelajaran berkategori sangat valid, praktis dan efektif sehingga media ini layak digunakan untuk melatihkan keterampilan proses IPA siswa menggunakan model POE
