Implementing a Search Engine for Bangladeshi E-Commerce Product
This project is concern with the practical implementation of Information Retrieval, where the main focus is on the algorithmic challenges in efficiently representing large data sets while supporting fast searches in the Web. The application was developed by using a system approach where analysis, design and development were carried out by the incremental model. The main aim of this work to introduce an efficient Information Retrieval System for Bangladeshi Ecommerce Product Search Engine. This search engine base on the technology of public search engine and is built specific for the structure of Bangladesh E-commerce Search Engine. The system provides the relevant searching results from Bangladeshi web domains. The proposed system has been designed and developed using Python programing language tools and methods
Effects of different levels of oxalic acid administration on feed intake and nutrient digestibility in goats
An experiment was carried out to investigate the effects of oxalic acid administration on feed intake and nutrient digestibility in goats. Four female cross bred (Boer × local) goats (average body weight of 46.3 kg) were randomly assigned to four experimental diets including oxalic acid administration at levels of 0, 2.25, 4.50 and 6.75 g/animal/d in a 4×4 Latin Square design. Oxalic acid diluted with water was administered orally via syringe to experimental goats once daily for four experimental periods. Each experimental period was lasted 21 d in length, comprising 14 d of adaptation to the experimental diet followed by 7 d of data collection. All the animals were individually fed with Napier grass ad libitum supplemented with 300 g (fresh basis) pelleted compound feed per goat per day throughout the study. Feed composition, feed intake, nutrient intake and nutrient digestibility were determined. Intakes of dry matter (DM), organic matter (OM), crude protein (CP), neutral detergent fibre (NDF) and metabolisable energy tended to linearly decrease with the increasing rate of oxalic acid administration, with the value in the 6.75 g oxalic acid/animal/d treatment being significantly (p<0.05) lower than the control (0 g oxalic acid/animal/d) treatment. The oxalic acid administration had no effect on apparent digestibilities of DM, OM, CP and NDF. The experiment demonstrated that oxalic acid administration may influence in the DM and nutrient intakes, but not influence on DM and nutrient digestibilities in goats
Minimize Web Applications vulnerabilities through the early Detection of CRLF Injection
Carriage return (CR) and line feed (LF), also known as CRLF injection is a
type of vulnerability that allows a hacker to enter special characters into a
web application, altering its operation or confusing the administrator. Log
poisoning and HTTP response splitting are two prominent harmful uses of this
technique. Additionally, CRLF injection can be used by an attacker to exploit
other vulnerabilities, such as cross-site scripting (XSS). According to Open
Web Application Security Project (OWASP), CRLF vulnerabilities are among the
top 10 vulnerabilities and are a type of injection attack. Automated testing
can help to quickly identify CRLF vulnerabilities, and is particularly useful
for companies to test their applications before releasing them. However, CRLF
vulnerabilities foster a better approach to mitigate CRLF vulnerabilities in
the early stage and help secure applications against high-risk known
vulnerabilities. There has been less research on CRLF vulnerabilities and how
to detect them with automated testing. There is room for further research to be
done on this subject matter in order to develop creative solutions to problems.
It will also help to reduce false positive alerts by checking the header
response of each request. Security automation is an important issue for
companies trying to protect themselves against security threats. Automated
alerts from security systems can provide a quicker and more accurate
understanding of potential vulnerabilities and can help to reduce false
positive alerts. Despite the extensive research on various types of
vulnerabilities in web applications, CRLF vulnerabilities have only recently
been included in the research. Utilizing automated testing as a recurring task
can assist companies in receiving consistent updates about their systems and
enhance their security.Comment: under peer revie

HORTICULTUREThe experiment was conducted at Sher-e-Bangla Agricultural University, Dhaka
during October 2019 to February 2020 to find out the effects of plant growth
regulators on tomato growth, yield and quality when subjected to drought stress.
Two varieties of tomato namely BARI Tomato 2 and BARI Tomato14 were used
in this experiment. The treatments i.e. T
= Control (No water stress),
T

=Drought stress, T

=Drought + 100 ppm Indole Acetic Acid (IAA), T
=Drought + 100 ppm Abscisic Acid (ABA), T
= Drought + 100 ppm Salicylic
Acid (SA) were used in this experiment. Twenty five days old, healthy and
uniform seedlings were transplanted in plastic pot. Ten days after transplanting
drought was imposed for three weeks. Ten days after transplanting treatments
were also applied by hand sprayer. Three weeks after drought stress the plants
were rewatered again. The results indicated that drought stress significantly
reduced morphological, yield and quality parameters of tomato. The plant growth
regulators effectively reduced the effects of drought stress. Among the plant
growth regulators, IAA is the most suitable for mitigating drought stress and
maintaining tomato growth, yield and fruit quality

HORTICULTUREBrinjal (Solanum melongena L.) is one of the most important vegetable crops
in terms of both acreage and production in Bangladesh and widely cultivated
throughout the country. The experiment was carried out during the period from
March to October 2006 at Sher-c-Bangla Agricultural University, Dhaka Lo
find out the effect of organic manures and different levels of nitrogen on the
growth and yield of brinjal. There were three nitrogen levels, No (control): No
nitrogen, N1: 100 kg nitrogen/ha and N2: 150 kg nitrogen/ha and three different
treatments of manures; Mo (Control): No manure, M
I 0 ton cowdung /ha and
M2: 3 ton poultry litter/ha. The experiment was laid out in a randomized
complete block design (RCBD) with three replications. Increasing the dose or
nitrogen increased the plant height, number of leaves, days Lo first flowering,

Fully Fuzzy Linear System in Circuit Analysis with the Study of Weak Solution
In this paper, a simpler method to solve a fully fuzzy linear system (FFLS) with unrestricted coefficient matrix is discussed. FFLS is applied in circuit analysis instead of crisp linear system to reflect the real life situation much better. Arithmetic operations of triangular fuzzy number (TFN) are justified by forming FFLS in an electrical circuit with fuzzy sources and fuzzy resistors and then the system was solved by the simpler method. Finally, the case of weak solution is overcome by proposing a new definition of TFN. Keywords: Fuzzy number, Triangular fuzzy number, Fully fuzzy linear system, Circuit analysis, Weak solutio
Perspective and Challenge of Tidal Power in Bangladesh
Tidal power can play a vital role in integrating as new source of renewable energy to the off-grid power connection in isolated areas, namely Sandwip, in Bangladesh. It can reduce the present energy crisis and improve the social, environmental and economical perspective of Bangladesh. Tidal energy is becoming popular around the world due to its own facilities. The development of any country largely depends on energy sector improvement. Lack of energy sector is because hampering of progress of any country development and energy sector will be stable by only depend on sustainable energy sources. Renewable energy is the only sustainable solution of secure energy which is environmental friendly. Bangladesh has a huge potential of tidal power at different locations but effective measure on this issue have not been considered sincerely. This paper summarizes the current energy scenario and Bangladesh can produce power approximately 53.19MW across the country to reduce the growing energy demand utilizing tidal energy as well as it is shown that Sandwip has high potential of producing tidal power which is approximately 16.49MW by investing only US $10.37 millions. Besides this, cost management for tidal power plant also has been discussed
