    Identification of melamine in import milk by HPLC (High Performance Liquid) method had been done. The system of HPLC is reversed phase which stationary phase colomn shimpack oktadesilsilina and the mobile phase is acetonitrile:water (50:50), as flow rate 1.0 mL/menit, detection wavelength was 240 nm. Indicated a linear correlation between the peak area versus concentration from 2-10 Āµg/mL with correlation coefficient (r) = 0.9988 and got the equation of regretion Y = 0.3771 X + 0.0151, with LOD = 0.5194 Āµg/mL and LOQ = 1.7356 Āµg/mL. Precision test concentration 6 Āµg/mL give variation coefficient (CV) = 4.263% and the precision of instrument 99.957%. The recovery test standart 4, 6, 8 Āµg/mL indicated the average 98.23 %. The result presents that sample I, II, III dan IV distributed in Brebes does not contain the melamine. Keywords : HPLC, Melamine, import milk

    Inovasi Pembelajaran Berbasis Masalah Berbantuan Media Transvisi untuk Meningkatkan Keterampilan Proses Sains

    This study aims to design problem based learning with transvisi media. The learning was applied to improve science process skills at electrolyte-nonelectrolyte material and concepts redox. Quasi experiment design with pretest-posttest control group was used. The differences between pre and post test of Science Process Skill was assumed as effect of treatment. Research subjects were two classgroup of X class in SMA N 1 Randublatung. One class was as control group and the other was as experiment group. They were determined through cluster random sampling. Science process skill was measured by multiple choice test-with reason. Data were analyzed by t-test. Results showed that the implementation of problem based learning at electrolyte-nonelectrolyte and redox can improve students\u27 science process skills, as well as students gave positive responce to learning implementation

    Efektivitas Pembelajaran STEM dengan Model PjBL terhadap Kreativitas dan Pemahaman Konsep IPA Siswa Sekolah Dasar

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji efektivitas pembelajaran STEM dengan model PjBL terhadap kreativitas dan pemahaman konsep siswa sekolah dasar. Rancangan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah quasy experimental design. Subjek penlitian 60 siswa sekolah dasar yang terbagi dalam 2 kelas homogen yaitu 30 siswa di kelas eksperimen dan 30 siswa di kelas eksperimen.Siswa di kelas kontrol dilakukan pembelajaran konvensional dan di kelas eksperimen dilakukan pembelajaran STEM dengan model PjBL.Data kreativitas diambil dengan instrument tes kreativitas dengan reliabilitas 0,84. Anlisis data dilakukan menggunakan ANCOVA dilanjutkan uji effect size. Hasil penelitian menujukkan bahwa ada perbedaan kreativitas dan pemahaman konsep siswa yang dilakukan pembelajarn STEM dengan model PjBL dan konvensional.
