The regioselective synthesis of 1,4-disubstituted 1,2,3-triazoles derivatives from substituted alkynes and organic halides with sodium azide by using CuI catalyst in polyethylene glycol-400 as a green reaction media. This process is of considerable synthetic advantages in terms of green principles, high atom economy, low environmental impact, mild reaction condition, high purity and good yields. We find out the use of eco-friendly solvent like mixture of PEG-400 and water for the synthesis of 1,2,3-triazole. The main aim of this research is to found the method which required very short time, cost effective, feasible and a green method as compared to known reported for synthesis of 1,2,3-triazole as a medicinally important scaffold by click chemistry

The aim of the topic on click chemistry is used to synthesize various derivatives of 1, 2, 3-triazol-1-yl piperazine, 1, 2, 3-triazol-1-yl quinoxaline, one pot 1,2,3-triazole and bistriazole. These various synthesized compounds were biologically active such as antimicrobial, anti-oxidant, anticancer, antiviral, anti HIV and antitubercular activates. The heterocyclic compounds which are pharmacological active were synthesized by the Cu (I)-catalyzed Huisgen 1, 3-dipolar cycloaddition is a major example based on the click chemistry philosophy. The click chemistry in a broad sense is about using easier reactions to make compounds for certain functions of drugs. The click chemistry used as a green synthesis, because it allows the basic principles of green chemistry given by Anastas and Warner

Machine Learning-Based Algorithms for the Detection of Leaf Disease in Agriculture Crops

Identifying plant leaves early on is key to preventing catastrophic outbreaks. An important studyarea is automatic disease detection in plants. Fungi, bacteria, and viruses are the main culprits in most plantillnesses. The process of choosing a classification method is always challenging because the quality of the results can differ depending on the input data. K-Nearest Neighbor Classifier (KNN), Probabilistic NeuralNetwork (PNN), Genetic Algorithm, Support Vector Machine (SVM) and Principal Component Analysis,Artificial Neural Network (ANN), and Fuzzy Logic are a few examples of diverse classification algorithms.Classifications of plant leaf diseases have many uses in a variety of industries, including agriculture andbiological research. Presymptomatic diagnosis and crop health information can aid in the ability to managepathogens through proper management approaches. Convolutional neural networks (CNNs) are the mostwidely used DL models for computer vision issues since they have proven to be very effective in tasks likepicture categorization, object detection, image segmentation, etc. The experimental findings demonstrate theproposed model's superior performance to pre-trained models such as VGG16 and InceptionV3. The range ofcategorization accuracy is 76% to 100%, based on

SYNTHESIS OF SOME NOVEL (E)-METHYL 2,4-DIMETHYL-5-(3-OXO-3-PHENYLPROP-1-EN-1- YL)-1H-PYRROLE-3-CARBOXYLATE DERIVATIVES AS ANTIMICROBIAL AGENT

Objective: The objective of the present study was to synthesize a series of some novel (E)-methyl 2,4-dimethyl-5-(3-oxo-3-phenylprop-1-en-1-yl)-1H-pyrrole-3-carboxylate derivatives and to evaluate it’s in vitro antimicrobial activities. Methods: A novel series of (E)-methyl 2,4-dimethyl-5-(3-oxo-3-phenylprop-1-en-1-yl)-1H-pyrrole-3-carboxylate derivative (8a-l) has been synthesized by cyclization (Knorr reaction) hydrolysis, decarboxylation, and Vilsmeier–Haack formylation reaction. 5-formyl-2,4-dimethyl-1H-pyrrole-3-carboxylate 6 undergo condensation with acetophenone derivatives 7a-l in methanol and potassium hydroxide. The synthesized compounds were screened for in vitro antimicrobial screening. Results: The structures of the synthesized compounds were characterized by infrared, 1H nuclear magnetic resonance, and mass spectroscopy. The antimicrobial activity data revealed that the synthesized derivatives possess good antibacterial and antifungal activity which is attributed due to the presence of the heterocyclic ring; further, the activity increased with the introduction of a methoxy group in the structure. Conclusions: New pyrrole chalcone derivatives act as significant antimicrobial agents, easy work-up procedure and reaction take place with minimum side product. Antimicrobial activity report provides an interesting template for the syntheses of new antimicrobial agents and may be helpful for the design of new therapeutic tools

A systematic review on hepatocellular carcinoma: diagnosis and therapies for patients

    Get PDF
Hepatocellular carcinoma is the most common primary malignancy of the liver in adults. Hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) represents one of the most challenging potentially curable tumors with high incidence, prevalence and mortality rates.  HCC is the fifth most common cancer and the third cause of cancer-related mortality worldwide. Its incidence is clearly arising comprised by the prevalence of major risk factors mainly hepatitis B and hepatitis C. The population at risk is composed of chronic liver patients at the stage of extensive fibrosis or cirrhosis. The monitoring programs of this population have allowed early detection of disease management to promote a radical therapy. Understanding the carcinogenic process and the mastery of the staging systems remain essential keys in diagnosis and treatment of HCC. Recent advances in diagnosis and new treatments have made important impacts on the disease by increasing survival rates and improving quality of life for HCC patients. Keywords: Hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC), hepatitis B and hepatitis C, radical therapy, new treatments

A simple and convenient route is described for the synthesis of novel hetero 1,3-diaryl-2-propen-1-ones (chalcones) by using recyclable poly PEG-400 as an alternative reaction solvent. The reaction is clean with excellent yield, shorter reaction time and reduces the use of volatile organic compounds (VOCs). All the synthesized compounds were evaluated for their antimicrobial activities against several pathogenic representatives.

Design and Fabrication of Advanced Mechanical Tire Stretcher

    No full text
A handheld advanced mechanical tire stretcher can be held between two sidewalls of the worn out tire and activated with circular feed to the handle wheel. A bevel gear pair is set to sequentially provide the required speed reduction, followed by development of torque needed to move the tire upper surface in vertical direction with clockwise direction rotation of the handle wheel. Also due to increase in pitch of power screw working get smoother than previous.  Thus the tire gets stretched in axial direction and compressed in radial direction. Thus tire can be placed in hot retreading mould. The principles embodied in the tire stretcher can be manually powered, or preferably motorized and possibly highly automated. With counter clockwise motion of handle wheel of tire stretcher; tire comes back to its original position
