Pengaruh Rekrutmen dan Penempatan Karyawan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada Pt.bank Riaukepri Pekanbaru

Man power source is one of the important factors for companies that developed and developing human resources obtained through good recruitment and placement in the position/ right position in order to create maximum employee performance and able to support the achievement of corporate goals. PT.Bank Riaukepri Pekanbaru have noticed the recruitment, placement, and employee performance . But when PT.Bank Riaukepri pekanbaru recruitment company achievements decreased and increased when not doing recruitment and placement of employees there is a discrepancy. Of this phenomenon researchers interested to know the effect of recruitment and placement of employees on the performance of employees at PT Bank Riaukepri pekanbaruThe method used in this research is descriptive quantitative, data collection using the questionnaire, this study aims to determine the effect of recruitment and placement of employees on the performance of employees at PT Bank Riaukepri Pekanbaru, researchers using multiple linear regrensi analysis. X1 variable in this study is a Recruitment, X2 is the placement, and Y is Performance. the number of samples in this study were 48 people, the sampling technique is simple random sampling, sampling by means of the draw.The results showed the effect of variable recruitment and placement of employees on the performance of employees at PT Bank Riaukepri Pekanbaru, from analysis of multiple regrensi Y = 2284 + 0709 + 0258 X1 X2 + e. T test with t table at a significance level of 5 % ( 2 - tailed ) = 2.014, t = 4,821 X1, X2 = 2,416. Then there is positive and significant relationship between X1 to Y. And a positive and significant influence between X2 toward Y. Test f with f value count = 34 701 > f table = 3.204. Then simultaneously X1 and X2 influence on Y. And note X1 is a dominant factor of influence on Y. And the unknown value of r = 0.607 percent, so donations influence of X1 and X2 on Y by 60.7 %. And 39.3 % are influenced variables are not included in this equation.Keywords: Recruitment, Placement, and Performance

Document Clustering based on Topic Maps

Importance of document clustering is now widely acknowledged by researchers for better management, smart navigation, efficient filtering, and concise summarization of large collection of documents like World Wide Web (WWW). The next challenge lies in semantically performing clustering based on the semantic contents of the document. The problem of document clustering has two main components: (1) to represent the document in such a form that inherently captures semantics of the text. This may also help to reduce dimensionality of the document, and (2) to define a similarity measure based on the semantic representation such that it assigns higher numerical values to document pairs which have higher semantic relationship. Feature space of the documents can be very challenging for document clustering. A document may contain multiple topics, it may contain a large set of class-independent general-words, and a handful class-specific core-words. With these features in mind, traditional agglomerative clustering algorithms, which are based on either Document Vector model (DVM) or Suffix Tree model (STC), are less efficient in producing results with high cluster quality. This paper introduces a new approach for document clustering based on the Topic Map representation of the documents. The document is being transformed into a compact form. A similarity measure is proposed based upon the inferred information through topic maps data and structures. The suggested method is implemented using agglomerative hierarchal clustering and tested on standard Information retrieval (IR) datasets. The comparative experiment reveals that the proposed approach is effective in improving the cluster quality

Identifikasi Tipologi Destinasi Wisata dan Strategi Pengembangannya sebagai Upaya Mewujudkan Pariwisata Kabupaten Karangasem Berbasis Wisata Konservasi

Karangasem regency is one of nine districts in Bali, which has tourism potential and can be developed into an attractive destination. But now the development of tourism destinations in the district is still not optimal so that requires a strategy in its development efforts. The purpose of this research is to identify the potential of tourism in Karangasem Regency by making the analysis of class / level and identify the cluster of tourist destinations based on the type of tourism, the availability of facilities and facilities and tourist visits, and make the development through SWOT cluster analysis which in the future can be a reference In developing conservation based tourism area in Karangasem regency. The method used is a mix method that combines qualitative and quantitative research analysis. The results of this research is the class / order of tourism destinations in karangasem district shows that the level of development of the destination is still in the middle to lower level, the number of indicators that have not been met make the pattern of development is still in the order of 3-6. Based on the survey results there are clusters of tourist destinations in Karangasem regency consisting of: nature tourism (nature) & beach (coastal), heritage tourism, and agro. Based on the above, it is necessary to make efforts and strategies to develop tourism destinations in Karangasem Regency such as tourism product development strategy based on tourism and conservation tourism, technology utilization in promotion strategy, tourism product strengthening and human resources quality improvement strategy for tourism management in Karangasem regency. Gambaran Rinitis Alergi pada Mahasiswa Fakultas Kedokteran Universitas Riau Angkatan 2013-2014

Allergic Rhinitis is an inflammation reaction at nasal mucous that is caused by allergic reaction mediated by IgE, its identified by symptoms like rinore, sneeze, nasal itch, nasal congestion, itchy and watery red eyes. This research was done to visualizing and evaluating allergic rhinitis among stundents of Riau University's Medical Faculty Generation 2013/2014. The design of the research was desciptive research wih cross sectional approach using total sampling sample recovery technique. From 293 respondents, 74 was suspected to having allergic rhinitis based from their questioner, physical examination, and skin prick test. From the result of the research, prevalention of allergic rhinitis is 74 students (25.25%). Further description of the research revealed that gender with the most allergic rhinitis suspect is female (19,79%), the most complained symptom is sneeze (03,24%), followed by nasal congestion (85,13%), the most common classification of allergic rhinitis to be the intermitten type (64,86%), the most common degree of allergic rhinitis is moderate-severe (50%). On physical inspection, allergic shiner (86,48%) is the most common physical findings, findings from anterior rhinoscope examination is livid mucous (100%). Tyoe of aeroallergen most commonly found is Dermatophagoides farinae (63,51%) followed by Dermatophagoides pteronyssinus (60,81%) and Blomia Tropicalis (58,10%

ANALISIS SINERGITAS AKTOR GOOD GOVERNANCE DALAM PENGELOLAAN SAMPAH KOTA PEKANBARU

Among the environmental issues that are of concern in sustainable development is waste management. This can be done through synergy in the form of good coordination between the government, the private sector and the community so that later it will generate public awareness in the process of reducing, recycling and using environmentally friendly waste processing technologies. The phenomenon of decreasing public awareness in Pekanbaru City regarding waste management that has an impact on health and reducing environmental impacts is an urgency in this research. So this study aims to analyze the synergy of good governance actors in waste management efforts in Pekanbaru City. This study used a qualitative method involving the people of Pekanbaru City as informants in this study. Collecting data in this study using a purposive sampling technique. The use of this technique can help researchers to determine the suitability of informants with the theme of this research. The results of this study are that the synergy between good governance actors has been going well by carrying out their respective functions, especially in waste management. Consistency and awareness of each actor is expected so that there is synergy in cleaning management, especially in waste management in order to create a civilized city of Pekanbaru.Diantara isu lingkungan yang menjadi perhatian dalam pembangunan berkelanjutan ialah pengelolaan sampah. Hal tersebut dapat dilakukan melalui sinergitas berbentuk koordinasi yang baik antara pemerintah, swasta dengan masyarakat sehingga nantinya akan menghasilkan kesadaran masyarakat dalam proses pengurangan, daur ulang, dan penggunaan teknologi pengolahan sampah yang ramah lingkungan. Fenomena menurunnya kesadaran masyarakat Kota Pekanbaru dalam pengelolaan sampah yang berdampak terhadap kesehatan dan pengurangan dampak lingkungan hidup menjadi urgensi dalam penelitian ini. Sehingga penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis sinergitas aktor good governance dalam upaya pengelolaan sampah di Kota Pekanbaru. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan melibatkan masyarakat Kota Pekanbaru sebagai informan dalam penelitian ini. Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Penggunaan teknik ini dapat membantu peneliti untuk menentukan kesesuaian informan dengan tema penelitian ini. Hasil penelitian ini adalah sinergitas antar aktor good governance sudah berjalan dengan baik dengan menjalankan fungsi masing-masing terutama dalam pengelolaan sampah. Konsistensi serta kesadaran masing-masing aktor diharapkan agar sinergitas dalam pengelolaan kebersihan terkhusus pada pengelolaan sampah agar terwujudnya Kota Pekanbaru yang Madan
