Аналіз рукопашного бою, сучасний стан, перспективи розвитку

The research objective is to study the current state of hand-to-hand combat and determine the prospects for its development. Materials and methods. The researchers studied the documents on organizing and holding the competitions that took place in 2014-2016, the number and quality of their participants, coaches, hand-to-hand combat referees. The researchers analyzed training programs and competition rules of the most popular combat sports, constituent documents of public associations engaged in hand-to-hand combat development, normative documents on physical training of law enforcement agencies, the Armed Forces of Ukraine and armies of the world’s leading countries. Results. Hand-to-hand combat is closely related to solving military tasks. Due to its ability to adapt to modern military requirements, it is included in military training programs of various law enforcement agencies, the Armed Forces of Ukraine and armies of many countries of the world. The sports type of hand-to-hand combat is the basis for shaping and improving professional and applied skills and has its peculiarities, namely combat (applied) sections included in its training program and competition rules. The analysis of regulatory documents of hand-to-hand combat competitions of different levels among adults held in Ukraine in 2014-2016 proved that the overwhelming majority of them, 65% (of the total number of competitions held among adults) are competitions among employees of various law enforcement agencies and servicepersons. The analysis of competition rules revealed the peculiarities of organizing and holding competitions in this sport, in particular the possibility to hold competitions demonstrating the techniques used in standard situations of a real combat with an enemy, with and without weapons. This provides an opportunity to control servicepersons’ and law enforcement officers’ proficiency level of the applied section. Conclusions. The modern hand-to-hand combat is a unique sport that combines sports and applied types. Due to its peculiarities, it is currently a significant part of combat and professional training of servicepersons and law enforcement officers.Цель: исследовать современное состояние и определить перспективы развития рукопашного боя. Материалы и методы. Исследованы документы организации и проведения соревнований, качественный и количественный состав участников соревнований, тренеров, судей по рукопашному бою, которые были проведены а протяжении 2014-2016 гг. Проведено анализ содержания программы подготовки и правил соревнований наиболее популярных единоборств, уставных документов общественных объединений, которые занимаются развитием рукопашного боя, нормативных документов по вопросам физической подготовки правоохранительных органов, Вооруженных сил Украины и армий ведущих стран мира. Результаты. Рукопашный бой тесно связан с решением военных задач, вследствие свойств адаптации к современным военным требованиям, входит в программы военной подготовки разных правоохранительных органов, Вооруженных сил Украины и армий многих стран мира. Спортивная направленность рукопашного боя является фундаментом формирования и усовершенствования профессионально-прикладных навыков и имеет свои отличия, а именно, наличия в программе обучения и правилах соревнования разделов боевого (прикладного) направления. Анализ регламентных документов соревнований разного уровня, которые были проведены в Украине по рукопашному бою среди взрослых в течение 2014-2016 годов, показал, что подавляющее большинство, 65% (от общего количества проведенных соревнований среди взрослых) это соревнования среди работников различных правоохранительных органов и военнослужащих. Анализ правил соревнований позволил нам выявить особенности организации и проведения соревнований по этому виду спорта, а именно возможность проведения соревнований по демонстрации владения техникой, применяемой в стандартных ситуациях реального боя с противником с оружием и без оружия, позволяет контролировать уровень владения прикладным разделом подготовки военнослужащих и сотрудников правоохранительных органов. Выводы. Современный рукопашный бой является уникальным видом спорта, который объединяет в себе спортивное и прикладное направление на современном этапе развития, благодаря своим особенностям является важной частью боевой и профессиональной подготовки военнослужащих и работников правоохранительных органов.Мета дослідження: дослідити сучасний стан та визначити перспективи розвитку рукопашного бою. Матеріали і методи. Досліджені документи організації та проведення змагань, якісний та кількісний склад учасників змагань, тренерів, суддів з рукопашного бою, що були проведені протягом 2014-2016 рр. Проведено аналіз змісту програм підготовки та правил змагань найбільш популярних єдиноборств, установчих документів громадських об’єднань, що займаються розвитком рукопашного бою, нормативних документів з питань фізичної підготовки правоохоронних органів, Збройних сил України та армій провідних країн світу. Результати. Рукопашній бій тісно пов’язаний з вирішенням військових завдань, завдяки властивості адаптації до сучасних військових вимог, входить до програм військової підготовки різних правоохоронних органів, Збройних сил України та армій багатьох країн світу. Спортивний напрямок рукопашного бою є фундаментом формування та удосконалення професійно-прикладних навичок і має свої відмінності, а саме, наявність у програмі навчання та правилах змагань розділів бойового (прикладного) напрямку. Аналіз регламентних документів змагань різного рівня, які були проведені в Україні з рукопашного бою серед дорослих протягом 2014-2016 років, довів, що переважна більшість, 65% (від загальної кількості проведених змагань серед дорослих) це змагання серед працівників різних правоохоронних органів та військовослужбовців. Аналіз правил змагань дозволив нам виявити особливості організації та проведення змагань з цього виду спорту, а саме можливість проведення змагань з демонстрації володіння технікою, що застосовується в стандартних ситуаціях реального бою з противником зі зброєю та без зброї, що дає змогу контролювати рівень володіння прикладним розділом підготовки військовослужбовців та працівників правоохоронних органів. Висновки. Сучасний рукопашний бій є унікальним видом спорту, який поєднує в собі спортивний та прикладний напрямки на сучасному етапі розвитку, дякуючи своїм особливостям є вагомою частиною бойової та професійної підготовки військовослужбовців та працівників правоохоронних органів

ALLELIC DIVERSITY OF THE <i> Ppd </i> AND <i> VRN </i> GENES INVOLVED IN CONTROL OF THE DURATION OF SHOOTING-EARING STAGE IN DAGESTANIAN BARLEY ACCESSIONS

The period between shooting and earing stages was investigated in a group of 265 barley accessions from Dagestan. The accessions k-15008 and k-15013 were characterized by the highest development rate in South Dagestan. In Northwest Russia the early accession k-15027 was revealed. In 207 barley accessions the dominant and recessive alleles of the Ppd and VRN genes involved in control of the period between shooting and earing stages were identified with the use of allele-specific molecular markers. Twenty two groups with different allelic combinations of the loci were revealed. The most numerous groups possessed the Ppd-H1Ppd-H2vrn-H1 Vrn-H2vrnH3 and ppd-H1Ppd-H2vrn-H1Vrn-H2vrnH3 allelic combinations and included 59 and 91 accessions correspondingly

POLYMORPHIC VARIANTS OF SUNFLOWER <i> RFL-PPR </i> GENES AS MOLECULAR GENETIC MARKERS

A sample of 131 sunflower lines from VIR genetic collection which differed for the ability to suppression of the CMS phenotype was studied using molecular markers specific for the CMS PET1 associated mitochondrial locus orfH522 and Rf1 nuclear gene, and also for CAPS-markers developed on the bases of single nucleotide polymorphism of RFL-PPR genes homologs. With the use of hybridological analysis a tight linkage of HRG01 and HRG02 marker fragments with the Rf1 gene controlling pollen fertility restoration trait was confirmed. The allelic variants of the RFL-PPR genes sequences were associated with the allelic state of the Rf1 locus. However, the CAPS marker elaborated for the QHL12D20 fragment showed independent inheritance from pollen fertility restoration trait in the F2 of the hybrid VIR116xVIR740

Retrospective analysis and current state of the improving qualification of pharmacists on quality questions of medicines in Shupyk NMAPE

To date, one of the advanced educational and research centers of Kiev and Ukraine, which is the improving qualification of pharmacists on quality questions of medicines, is the Department of Quality Control and Standardization of Medicines of Shupyk National Medical Academy of Post-Graduate Education (NMAPE). The aim of the work is to analyze the historical stages of formation and development of the Department of Quality Control and Standardization of Medicines of Shupyk NMAPE. The materials of the research are: archival and current documentation of the department, scientific publications, encyclopedic reference materials. Studies were conducted using methods: content analysis, historical documentary, generalization and systematization of historical data. In this work a retrospective analysis was performed and current state of activity of the Department of Quality Control and Standardization of Medicines of Shupyk NMAPE was considered. The basic stages of formation and historical development of the department during 1938 to 2018 are determined. The contribution to the development of pharmaceutical education and science of professors (prof. Ya.A. Fialkov, N.P. Maksyutina, O.M Gritsenko, N.O. Vetiutneva, etc.) was noted. The educational cycles, taught at the department, are shown, namely: specialization cycles, internships, pre-certification training in the specialties «Analytical Control Pharmacy», «General Pharmacy»; thematic improvement cycles on topical issues of pharmacy, quality assurance and prevention of falsification of medicines, functioning of quality systems of pharmacies (for pharmacists); cycles of improvement of assistant pharmacists; thematic improvement cycles on the scientific basis of phytotherapy and the use of modern medicines based on active ingredients of natural origin (for physicians). The basis of educational-methodical and scientific production of the department is described. The main areas of the scientific activity of the department are described, covering the following areas: development of methods for the investigation of complex synthetic compounds, methods for express analysis of extemporal multicomponent medicines, methods for quality control the of phytotherapeutic and homeopathic medicines; study of the composition and intermolecular interaction of biologically active compounds in plants and phytopreparations; synthesis and creation of new medicines and dietary supplements; study of the properties of crown compounds; study of the interaction of auxiliary substances with active ingredients; research on increasing the solubility of difficult soluble substances; substantiation of methodological and organizational-methodical principles of quality assurance of medicines at stages of wholesale, retail sale and medical use, etc. Analysis of the activities of the Department of Quality Control and Standardization of Medicines of Shupyk NMAPE during 1938 to 2018 testifies to its significant contribution and great potential for the development of pharmaceutical science and practice, in particular in the direction of the creation, standardization, assurance and control of quality of medicines and dietary supplements
