Analisis Strategi Pemasaran UMKM Menggunakan Pendekatan Kualitatif Fenomenologi dalam Era MEA
The purpose of this research was to find out and describe how the application of the mar-keting strategy is, in developing the micro small medium enterprise, in the face of ASEAN Economic Community (AEC) 2015. The study was focusing on the micro SMEs of handicraft industries e.g. leather, bags, and suitcases in Tanggulangin-Sidoarjo. The method employed in this study was the phenomenology of qualitative ap-proach. The data were collected from the owners of micro and small management, con-sumers, with the total number of 5 people and 1 from the government. It used observa-tion, documentation, and structured interview with the open questions for getting com-plete information. The results showed that the marketing strategy of the micro SME's consisting of product, price, promotion, and distribution was not yet going well for fac-ing the ASEAN economic community 2015. In terms of products and the price, they were good but in terms of distribution and promotion, they were very weak. Other re-sults of the local government related to the condition of being still in half-measures in the development of the micro SMEs, especially in terms of the promotion and the awarding business credit
Simulasi Sistem Ds-cdma dengan Berbagai Kode Penebar
In DS-CDMA, a number of users are able to use the same frequency bandwidth in the same time. Each user's canal is differentiated by a unique code (spread code) used to spread the power of information signal into bandwidth wider the information signal bandwidth. But, the thing commonly happen is that there is correlation between spreader codes used, so users will interference each other. This is very much obtained by the orthogonal levels of spreader code used.In this final paper, a study on comparison of the system performance will be done by using different spreader code. Codes that are used in this study are PN-sequence, Walsh code, Zadoff-Chu code and Golay code. And then, the system performance will also compared when some variables are changed, e.g. on how the system performance correction (BER) when variety and length of code are changed. From the simulation of system performance in the canal condition of AWGN and Rayleigh, the target of BER in voice service of 10-3 is reached in the SNR range of 5-10 dB for Walsh and Golay; PN and Zadoff can not reach BER target. In the worst condition when the canal is in selective condition, Golay code still better than the other codes. System capacity is so much determined by length of spreader code. When the amount of active user approaches length of used spreader code, the system performance will be in saturation point
Perception, Gap and Reflection of Service-Oriented Organizational Citizenship Behaviors From the Perspective of Banking Employees and Customers in Indonesia
The purpose of this study is to explore perceptions, gaps and relationships between the dimensions of Service-Oriented Organizational Citizenship Behaviors (S-OOCBs) and Service Quality (servqual) in terms of banking employees and customers. This study used a quantitative approach, involving 399 respondents consisting of 74 employees and 325 customers of Bank Perkreditan Rakyat (BPR) and Bank Pembangunan Daerah (BPD). This study proves that the average perception of BPR customers and employees on S-OOCBs and servqual is higher than that of BPD customers and employees. Based on the average gap of perceptions of the dimensions of S-OOCBs and servqual, the customers perceive that the employees have the dimensions of S-OOCBs in the same category as the employees' self-evaluation. According to BPR/BPD employees and customers, all dimensions examined are the reflection of S-OOCBs. The S-OOCBs of both employees and customers of BPR and BPD have a significant positive effect on servqual. The results of this study have managerial implications because they are viewed from two sides, banking employees and customers, and are useful for banking management
