    Efektivitas Metode Praktikum Terhadap Hasil Belajar Psikomotorik Fisika Siswa SMA Negeri 3 Rambah Hilir

    This research aims to determine the psychomotor abilities of student in learning physics based on practical method in SMA Negeri 3 Rambah Hilir. The design used in this research is the design of One-Shot Case Study. While the sample of thisresearch is the class XA SMA Negeri 3 Rambah Hilir by the number of students is 27 students.Determination of the sample was conducted using purposive sampling technique. The instrument used in this study is in the form of a guide sheet practicum and performance assessment. Data analysis performed in this study is effectiveness ratio to determine how big the percentage of target achieved on the targets set in thepractical implementation. The results of the analysis showed that the average classical completeness is equivalent to 85% with complete categories and the average ratio of effectiveness in classical amounted to 93.1% with the effective category. Thismeans that the use of practical method is effective in the psychomotor abilities of student in learning physics at SMA Negeri 3 Rambah Hilir

    Kajian Pengamen Anak Usia Sekolah Dan Tingkat Kesejahteraan Orang Tua Di Alun-alun Purwokerto

    Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi anak-anak usia sekolah menjadi pengamen serta untuk mengetahui tingkat kesejahteraan orang tua pengamen anak usia sekolah di alun-alun Purwokerto. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah survei dengan teknik wawancara. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pengamen anak usia sekolah yang ada di alun-alun Purwokerto sejumlah lima orang sebagai sampel, yang diperoleh menggunakan teknik snowball sampling. Usia pengamen 7 sampai 18 tahun, lama ngamen minimal 2 bulan, asal pengamen dari Purwokerto, tidak memakai anting dan bukan anak punk. Analisis data dilakukan dengan analisis deskriptif kualitatif menggunakan tabel frekuensi dan presentase. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi anak-anak usia sekolah menjadi pengamen adalah untuk mencari tambahan biaya sekolah, mudah mendapatkan uang, dan untuk menambah pendapatan orang tua. Tingkat kesejahteraan orang tua pengamen anak usia sekolah di alun-alun Purwokerto termasuk dalam pra sejahtera sebanyak 60%, merupakan kedua pengamen anak yang masih sekolah di bangku SMP, satu anak sudah tidak sekolah tamat SD. Dua orang tua pengamen termasuk dalam sejahtera I yakni 40%, merupakan pengamen yang sudah tidak sekolah lagi, keduanya tamat SD. Kata Kunci : Usia Sekolah, Pengamen, Tingkat Kesejahteraan

    This study aims to determine the ability and cognitive criteria for students in physics learning using model Advance Organizer base on Mind Map. This research method is a quasi-experimental research conducted at SMA Negeri 3 Rambah hilir class X MIA . The sampling technique that is done is saturated sampling. After learning model Advance base on Organizer Mind Map is applied, the cognitive abilities of students has increased. It is shown from the results of student learning is the lowest gain value is 0.667 (medium criterion) and the highest gain value of 0.8 (high criteria) .     Development and validation of wear models by using innovative three-dimensional laser scanners:

    One of the main problems in railway and tramway systems, both dynamically (safety, comfort etc.) and economically (planning of maintenance interventions, reduction of wheel and rail lifetime etc.), is represented by the wear of wheel and rail profiles, due to the wheel–rail interaction. The profile's shape variation caused by wear influences the dynamic behaviour of the vehicle and, in particular, the wheel–rail contact conditions. Hence, nowadays, one of the most important topics in the railway field is the development of reliable wear models to predict profiles evolution, together with the use of more efficient and accurate measuring instruments for the model validation and the rolling components inspection. In this context, the aim of this research work is the development and the validation of wear models, using experimental data acquired through an innovative measuring instrument based on noncontact three-dimensional laser scanning technology. The tramway line of the city of Florence, characterized by very narrow curves and critical in terms of wear, has been chosen as a reference test case. Moreover, the inspection procedures currently adopted on this line for the maintenance plan are based only on classical two-dimensional contact measurement systems, not so accurate for a complete wear assessment.
