Background: The present work investigated the profile and biodiversity of the pathogenic streptococci species isolated from local and imported mozzarella soft cheese in Baghdad City from October 2022 to January 2023. The study aimed to examine the molecular characterization of 16Sr RNA gene in some streptococcus species isolates from mozzarella soft cheese in Baghdad cityMethods: From 50 samples, 8 isolates in all were found and identified based on the VITEK, molecular, and sequencing of the 16SrRNA gene. The eight isolates represented Lactococcus cremoris. Streptococcus alactolyticus, Streptococcus sanguinis, and Streptococcus thoraltensis. The isolates were subjected to conventional PCR and electrophoresis to detect the 16SrRNA gene using specific primers , Streptococcal genes were used in the neighbor-joining phylogenetic analysis that determined these sequences were derived from Streptococcal genes. Results: DNA sequencing evaluation Significant alignments (96-99% identities) to the Streptococci isolates found in BLAST-NCBI Gene-bank were discovered after sequencing the bacterial DNA products generated by PCR. The results revealed that 8/50 amplified the 16SrRNA gene, which has a molecular weight of about 1250 bp. the gene distribution was statistically significant (p ≤ 0.05).Conclusion: Streptococcus isolates from mozzarella soft cheese by using molecular tools to first stop the spread of the epidemic of harmful microorganisms in food, it is represented a health risk for the consumers

    Electron-phonon interaction in C70

The matrix elements of the deformation potential of C70_{70} are calculated by means of a simple, yet accurate solution of the electron-phonon coupling problem in fullerenes, based on a parametrization of the ground state electronic density of the system in terms of sp2+xsp^{2+x} hybridized orbitals. The value of the calculated dimensionless total electron-phonon coupling constant is λ0.1\lambda\approx0.1, an order of magnitude smaller than in C60_{60}, consistent with the lack of a superconducting phase transition in C70_{70}A3_3 fullerite, and in overall agreement with measurements of the broadening of Raman peaks in C70_{70}K4_4. We also calculate the photoemission cross section of C70_{70}^-, which is found to display less structure than that associated with C60_{60}^-, in overall agreement with the experimental findings.Comment: To be published in Phys. Mating calls description of five species of frogs from the genus Hylarana Tschudi 1838 ( Amphibia, Anura, Ranidae) from Sarawak, Malaysia.

Recordings of frog calls from the genus Hylarana were conducted at seven study sites in Sarawak, Malaysia. The results showed that each species differs in terms of call characteristics, in which a high number of pulsed note belongs to H. baramica, while high repetition note belongs to the sibling species, H. glandulosa. Higher pitched and number of amplitude spectrum, however, belong to H. signata. Pulsed note and note repetition differed significantly among species, except for spectrum amplitude. Advertisement calls for each species were described in detail. This study provide a baseline data on advertisement call characteristics of frogs from the genus Hylarana for future studies of these frogs particularly and the Oriental frogs generally
