The Availability and Properness of the Health Care Facilities for Waste Handling Based on Indonesian Topography and Geo
Background: medical facilities research (Rifakes) 2011 was performed to know a comprehensive image about thegovernment health care facilities as a plan in medical service development that fi ts with the society needs. Although healthcenter was already available, but the availability and the properness of the health care facilities were not spread evenly,such as waste handling facilities. The aim of this research is analyzing the availability and the properness of waste handlingin health center based on demography and geography in Indonesia. Methods: This research is a secondary data analysisof Rifakes 2011 about the availability and the properness of waste handling in health center. The data analysis was donein univariat and bivariat. The correlation between the properness of waste handling and the isolation of an area was testedwith spearmann correlation. The correlation between the properness of waste handling of health care in archipelago and ofthat in frontier area was tested with mann whitney test. Results: More than a half ( 66,8%) of the waste handling of healthcenter is already available, yet with improper category ( 72,7% ). There is a signifi cant correlation between the propernessof waste handling with a location topography ( isolation area, archipelago, and frontier area ). The improper waste handlingis especially in rural area with 80, 6%, whereas in city with 5,7%. Conclusion: There is a signifi cant correlation between theproperness of waste handling in health center with topographical and geographical condition. Recommendation: Wastemanagement in health centers should be more serious attention and handling, availability WWTP, feasibility of handlingthe waste, and if possible waste minimalisali clinic

Research on administrative management of case handling and cadre forming on legal aid organization is related to access to justice in Yogyakarta Special Region aimed to know the system of cadre forming, management and inhibiting factor of free legal aid funding for the poor. This type of research is empirical juridical with qualitative descriptive analysis method The result of this research is pattern of cadre forming in legal aid organization in using system designed independently by each legal aid organization. The management of case handling in the legal aid organization uses internal rules that are prepared independently in each OBH. The inhibiting factor in the provision and legal aid services of legal aid organization is the inability of justice seekers in completing the administrative requirements that is required by the Ministry of Justice and Human Rights and the lack of socialization to the community regarding free legal aid services. The formulated suggestion is the formation of cadre pattern standardization on legal aid organization. Case handling management of legal aid organization should be developed using standard operational procedure. In overcoming the inhibiting factors in the provision and legal assistance services of legal aid organization. The Ministry of Justice and Human Rights Regional Office should undertake more massive efforts in the socialization of legal aid and simplify the rules on administrative files of free legal aid services for the poor
Peramalan Netflow Uang Kartal dengan Metode ARIMAX dan Radial Basis Function Network (Studi Kasus di Bank Indonesia)
BI memiliki satu tujuan tunggal yakni mencapai dan menjaga kestabilan nilai rupiah. Salah satu hal yang dilakukan untuk memenuhi tujuan ini adalah dengan pemantauan netflow uang kartal dengan meramalkan netflow uang kartal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meramalkan netflow uang kartal dengan metode ARIMAX dan Artificial Neural Network (ANN) dilanjutkan dengan membandingkan hasil ketepatan peramalan kedua metode tersebut. Pada penelitian ini netflow uang kartal akan diramalkan dengan ARIMAX dengan efek variasi kalender dan variabel prediktor IHK serta kurs. Metode yang digunakan untuk ANNadalah metode Radial Basis Function Network (RBFN). Diperoleh hasil bahwa model ARIMAX dengan efek variasi kalender dan variabel prediktor IHK merupakan model dengan peramalan netflow uang kartal terbaik

Pelaksanaan Program Jaminan Kesehatan Nasional Di Kabupaten Temanggung
Already from the first, the government is already taking action and efforts in thehealth sector is to provide health insurance for all citizens of Indonesia. Based on article 5 ofLaw No. 36 of 2009 on Health, explained that everyone has an equal right to have access toresources in the health sector. Therefore, dated January 1, 2014 the government in the SocialSecurity Agency (BPJS) Health implement policies to ensure the health of every citizen in theform of National Health Insurance (JKN).In this study focused on the implementation of the National Health Insurance inTemanggung District. This study was conducted to determine how far the implementation ofJKN in Temangggung and what are the obstacles and complaints in the implementation ofthis JKN. The method used is descriptive qualitative. Sources of primary data obtainedthrough interviews with a purposive sample system (taking intentionally) to obtain keyinformants (people who know the correct and reliable), while secondary data sourcesobtained from documents, archives, and other sources related to the research. Analysistechniques using triangulation techniques, performed with test information with fieldobservations, as well as to confirm to infroman and other sources.From the results it can be seen that in the course of one year policy, it can cover 45%of residents in the Temanggung District. In addition, there are many complaints that arise inthe community as not know where FKTP where registered participants, participants were notgiven the maximum service due to the number of patients who exploded, drugs givenstandard, the existence of an early return from a claim that has been discharged, etc. From thegiver services complained continuous regulatory changes occur, and a lack of coordination ofthe executive (BPJS) and service providers (FKTP). On the other hand, there are still manypoor people who are not covered by JKN as PBI participants. As well as the mostfundamental thing is the lack of awareness of the importance of community health insuranceand also many who still objected to the specified monthly fee.Should the enforcement of strict regulations so that the passage of health care can be amaximum again and also so that people can be aware that health insurance is important.Hopefully, the realization of the expectations of the public in 2019 all Indonesian citizenswithout exception has been a member of membership BPJS Health
Pengaruh Karakteristik Corporate Governance Terhadap Effective Tax Rate (Etr) (Studi Empiris Pada Perusahaan Perbankan Yang Terdaftar Di Bei Tahun 2011-2013)
This study aims to examine the influence of Corporate Governance Characteristic consisting of Independent Commissioner, Audit Committee, Institutional ownership, and management ownership on the Effective Tax Rate (ETR). This study is an empirical research with the purpose of sampling techniques in data collection. Secondary data obtained from financial statement bank enterprises listing on the Stock Exchange during the year 2011 to the year 2013. Multiple regression analysis was conducted using SPSS version 17.00 for windows. The result of this study that the variables that affect the effective tax rate is independent commissioner, audit committee, and ownership of manajerial. Employee Performance Measurement Development Based on Green HRM Indicators
The purpose of this study is to develop employee performance indicators based on Green HRM, quantitatively test the influence of Green HRM implementation on employee performance and answer black box that explain how the implementation of Green HRM can improve employee performance through the effect of mediation role (Organizational Identification) and moderation (Perceived Organizational Support). The sample of this research is 90 respondents from six state universities in Central Java Province with simple random sampling technique. Implementation of Green HRM is not only needed in the business world only, but also in education that has committed to implement environmental management system in its business process. The result of this study indicates that employee performance indicators based on Green HRM are formed from policies that support green behavior and green health in the office and also waste management policies. This research also supports the result that the implementation of Green HRM can increase the sense of ownership of employees in the organization that ultimately can improve its performance. However, the role of moderation was not significantly supported. This means that organizational support for successful implementation of Green HRM is not very necessary as long as employees understand the organization’s identity well. Suggestions for this study are, although the organizational support is not proven to moderate the successful implementation of Green HRM on the high organizational identification perceived by employees, but organizational support is still needed to support employee performance.
