The Influence of Good Corporate Governance Practice on the Stock Price (Study on Company of Lq45 Index in Indonesia Stock Exchange During 2012-2016)

The purpose of this study to analyze partially of Good Corporate Governance (GCG) practice on the stock price. This study used explanatory research with quantitative approach. Data used was data of LQ45 companies through the annual report that listed in IDX with number of data observation were 23 companies as sample of study during 2012 until 2016. The results of this study explained that: 1) The board of commissioner indicator had positive and significant influence on the stock price; 2) Independent commissioner indicator had positive and significant influence on the stock price; 3) Audit committee indicator had positive influence but not significant on stock price; 4) Financial performance indicator had positive influence but not significant on stock price; 5) Managerial ownership indicator had positive and significant influence on the stock price; 6) Independent director had positive influence but not significant on stock price. This study provided recommendation to companies, investors, analysts and investment institutions in making investment decisions on the company stock in LQ45 company. The result of this study for government should try to re-evaluate the indicator that not significant namely audit committee, financial performance, and independent director through consideration that related to the GCG policy

PT Industira is one of the companies engaged in manufacturing Disassembly power panel (Disribution Board) for TL lamp lighting. To improve costumer service, PT Industira provides Quality Assurance & Customer Service Team Leader (QA & CS TL) as a container to accommodate various complaints handling provided by consumers. Based on the current system obtained the results that the system there are still some disadvantages are all still done manually that need a more accurate new system that is a web-based consumer complaint information system that uses PHP programming with Notepad ++ and MySql database creation. From the process is generated a web-based consumer complaints system that can reduce the ineffectiveness and inefficiency in the delivery of complaints, grievance shelter, data processing complaints, decision makers to the preparation of complaints so that the entire process of handling complaints properly monitored. &nbsp

Pengaruh Lama Waktu Fermentasi terhadap Kadar Bioetanol dari Pati Ubi Jalar Kuning (Ipomea Batata L)

The sweet potato is yellow is one that the carbohydrate that is high, so it can be used as one of the alternative raw materials for bioethanol. This study aims to determine the levels of ethanol sweet potato is yellow through fermentation with the use of yeast bread with a variety of time 3, 4, 5, 6, dan 7 days at room temperature. The results of the research showed glucose levels derived from the process of hydrolysis using acid HCl 21% were of 4.54% with high levels ethanol that optimum obtained through fermentation use of yeast Saccharomyces cerevisiae of 9.70% over fermentation 5 days

Analisis Manajemen Risiko pada Proyek Pembangunan Sistem Perpipaan Proyek Waste Water Treatment Plant

Abstract - Updating the Waste Water Treatment Plant facilities at the factory is carried out by adding and building utilities, one of which is a new pipeline. In its implementation, uncertainties will inevitably arise which can lead to risks. Risk is an uncertain event that can positively or negatively impact the project. Therefore it is necessary to carry out research in the form of identifying, assessing, and analyzing the risks that may occur in the project and planning the response to these risks. This study aims to determine how big the risks that occur in the project are and the response to the dominant risks in the project. The research was conducted by distributing questionnaires to 5 respondents. The risk assessment analysis method uses the Severity Index (SI) and the Probability-Impact Matrix. The results showed 41 identified risk variables consisting of 1 commercial risk, 7 external risks, 5 management risks, 6 organizational risks, and 22 technical risks. The risk variables that have been identified are reviewed for their impact on aspects of the project schedule, project targets, safety, and costs. The results were then carried out a risk assessment and obtained 8 high risk and 33 medium risk. Of the 41 risks, there are 25 risks that are responded to by being reduced, 15 by being avoided, and 1 by being accepted
