The main aim of this system is for Maintenance, Safety & Security of Base Transceiver Station (BTS) site and the tower . The major problems faced include the theft of Wires & Diesel , the fluctuation of Temperatures, unauthorized person entry, unnoticedfuel amount ,Current taken by load and the technician’s time management. The instant message about the each activity happening in the site given byGSM modem. The temperature sensors will sense the temperature of the room and if it rises above the threshold value the GSM module will send the message to the mobile. Thetemperature values are displayed on LCD, the controller gives command to cooling Fan to ON & Real time Images recording on PC by using MATLAB software with GUI .The cell site Base Transceiver Station (BTS) which are operated by Diesel generator .When the fuel level goes below the set value a message is sent to the technician requesting for refilling & with Real time Images recording with on PC by using MATLAB software. Door open/close sensor is used for indication of door opening and closing. Wire Theft Status indicated by IR Sensor .The site door can be accessed only through the RFID system. The situation in the site is updated to the technician through messages. PIR sensor used to detects the presence of humans inside the room. The system includes a Current sensor to measure Load Current & Humidity Sensor to sense humidity of BTS room with Real time Images recording on PC. Camera record BTS room. The value of Temperature & Humidity of BTS room, Diesel Level of Generator& Load Current are Logged in PC with respective time & date. Our project improves the performance ability of BTS. This technique is remote controlling and monitoring can be implemented at each and every BTS tower to look after the safety and management of its network

Objective: A simple, accurate, precise and robust reverse phase high performance liquid chromatography (RP-HPLC) method was developed for simultaneous estimation of ferulic acid, quercetin, piperine and thymol in marketed ayurvedic formulation. Methods: The selected markers were resolved using shim pack GIST C-18 column, with mobile phase acetonitrile: 0.04 M potassium dihydrogen ortho phosphate buffer (pH 3.0 adjusted with ortho phosphoric acid) in a ratio of 60:40 v/v at a flow rate of 1.0 ml/min. The detection was carried out at 264 nm.Results: The retention time of ferulic acid, quercetin, piperine and thymol were found to be 2.98, 3.35, 7.83 and 9.72 min respectively. The developed method was validated according to the guidelines provided in ICH Q2 (R1) in term of linearity, precision, limit of detection, limit of quantification, accuracy and robustness. Linear response for all selected markers was obtained in the concentration range of 12-28 µg/ml with a correlation coefficient (r2) greater than 0.999. The mean % recovery was found to be 99.30 for ferulic acid, 98.77 for quercetin, 100.93 for piperine and 100.25 for thymol. Conclusion: The developed method was applied for quantification of these marker in marketed ayurvedic formulation. This method can be used to evaluate other formulations containing these selected phytoconstituent, thus conforming the quality and safety of ayurvedic or polyherbal formulations

Optimization of Process Parameters for CNC Turning using Taguchi Methods for EN24 Alloy Steel with Coated/Uncoated Tool Inserts

Coated and uncoated tool inserts offers certain degrees of control on the desired rate of tool wear and surface roughness to an extent. This work pursues the quest for realizing the optimal values for the significant process parameters that bears an influence on the response parameters. Experiments were conducted on the samples of EN 24 alloy steel material with the help of PVD coated TiAlN insert and uncoated carbide insert. The experimental runs carried out with proper variation in the levels. Levels are selected with the help of manufacturing catalogue and by pilot experimentation and results are recorded for further analysis. For this study, 9 runs designed using L9 orthogonal array of Taguchi Design of Experiment. Surface roughness was measured using a Mitutoyo surface tester at test lab and material removal rate is calculated by mathematical equation. The data was compiled into Minitab 17 software for analysis. The relationship between the machining parameters and the response variables were analyzed using the Taguchi Method. Optimization of process parameters is carried out by Grey Relational Analysis method (GRA). GRA method is a powerful and most versatile tool which can manipulate the input data as per requirement and comes with results that can be used to have best multi-objective in respective concerns

A Review on Numerical Simulation and Comparison of Carbide and HSS Tool Wear Rate while Drilling with Difficult To Cut Super Alloy Titanium Based on Archard Model

A Carbide and HSS tool wear rate simulation using ArchardËŠs wear model is proposed, finite element modelling is done using commercial finite element software ABAQUS/explicit. ABAQUS interface was used to simulate the contact pressure. For measuring wear depth of tool's drilling operation is performed experimentally then wear depth is measured on profilprojecter. Comparing the wear rate, based on Archad model

Grounded Theory of Consumer Loyalty: A Perspective through Video Game Addiction

Game addiction has become an extremely important topic in psychology researchers, particularly in understanding and explaining why individuals become addicted (to video games). In previous studies, effect of online game addiction on social responsibilities, health problems, government action, and the behaviors of individuals to purchase and the causes of making individuals addicted on the video games has been discussed. Extending these concepts in marketing, it could be argued than the phenomenon could enlighten and extending our understanding on consumer loyalty. This study took the Grounded Theory approach, and found that motivation, satisfaction, fulfillments, exploration and achievements to be part of the important elements that builds consumer loyalty

Background: Iron deficiency being a potentially modifiable and treatable cause of febrile seizures.  Objectives of Study was to identify Iron Deficient States or Anemia in children with febrile seizures as evidenced by low hemoglobin, altered RBC indices and altered Iron profile, and to determine the association of Iron deficiency states or anemia with febrile seizures. Methods: This was a Case control study done between July 2013 to June 2014, on 50 indoor cases of febrile seizures in the age group of 6-60 months and 50 age and sex matched controls (fever without seizure) in department of Paediatrics, Hindu Hriday Samrat Balasaheb Thackrey Medical College (HBTMC) and Dr R.N. Cooper Hospital, Mumbai. Detailed clinical history and examination findings were noted.  Cases and control were investigated with complete blood count, RBC indices, peripheral smear, S. Ferritin, S. Iron and TIBC. SPSS software package was used for statistical analysis. P<0.05 was considered as significant. Results: 74% of cases and 66% of controls had low hemoglobin. MCV was low in 54% of cases and 34% of controls. RDW was raised in 46% of cases and 26% of controls. Iron deficiency anemia was prevalent among both cases and controls. Latent iron deficiency state suggested by low S. Iron and high TIBC in cases and control group was not significant in our study. However statistically significant lower Median S. Ferritin was noted in the febrile seizure group versus the controls (Cases-153.5, Control-173.0, p=0.0195) suggesting significant prevalence of prelatent iron deficiency state among cases. Conclusions: Prelatent iron deficient state in children are more prone for febrile seizures
