Generally the purpose of this study is to describe the effectiveness of Model Pembelajaran Instruction, Doing, and Evaluating (MPIDE) completed by resume and video of natural phenomena which can be devided into three question (1) How is the students\u27 activities during the learning process? (2) How is the improvement of students\u27 achievement? (3) How is the students\u27 responses to implementing the model? The study was included in the research development the implementation using action research .The study was conducted to students class X MIPA-6, amd the subjection of this study are 40 students. The analisis of all data use percentage. The result show (1) The average of students\u27s activities in active category, (2) The improvement of students\u27s physics\u27s achievementshow that almost 95% students in the medium category, (3) students\u27s responses show that 80% students give positive responses. The study can be concluded that the Model Pembelajaran Instruction, Doing, and Evaluating (MPIDE) completed by resume and video of natural phenomena effective for physics achievement in senior high school

This research examines the “Model Pembelajaran Instruction, Doing, dan Evaluating (MPIDE)” with Physics Phenomenon Video in Physics Instruction at SMA. The research's purpose are to determine the students activities, the effectiveness of model, and the students learning achievement retention. This research is a research action that implicated by one group pretest and posttest design for testing. This research conducted on SMA of Class XI with the techniques of data collection is the observation, interviews, and tests. Data analysis techniques are percentage, continuesly its described. The results of the students activities , the effectiveness of model, and the students learning achievement retention can improve each cycle. The average of the students activities from cycle one to cycle two is 69,17% to 73,33% with active activity category. The average of the effectiveness of model from cycle one to cycle two is 0.68 with anough effective category to 0.75 with effective category. The average of students learning achievement retention from cycle one to cycle two is 92.56% to 93.19% with high category. The research can be concluded that the model can improve the students activities, the effectiveness of model, and the students learning achievement retention when the model completed by dubbing on video

Resonant X-Ray Scattering Measurements of a Spatial Modulation of the Cu 3d and O 2p Energies in Stripe-Ordered Cuprate Superconductors

A prevailing description of the stripe phase in underdoped cuprate superconductors is that the charge carriers (holes) phase segregate on a microscopic scale into hole rich and hole poor regions. We report resonant elastic x-ray scattering measurements of stripe-ordered La1.475_{1.475}Nd0.4_{0.4}Sr0.125_{0.125}CuO4_4 at the Cu LL and O KK absorption edges that identify an additional feature of stripe order. Analysis of the energy dependence of the scattering intensity reveals that the dominant signature of the stripe order is a spatial modulation in the energies of Cu 3d and O 2p states rather than the large modulation of the charge density (valence) envisioned in the common stripe paradigm. These energy shifts are interpreted as a spatial modulation of the electronic structure and may point to a valence-bond-solid interpretation of the stripe phase.Comment: 5 pages, 2 figure
