Computer, Kommunikation und Wissenschaft: Telekommunikative Medien und Strukturen der Kommunikation im Wissenschaftssystem

Der Aufsatz versucht eine Übersicht möglicher Wirkungen computervermittelter Kommunikation (CVK) auf die Formen und Strukturen wissenschaftlicher Kommunikation. Fünf Gesichtspunkte stehen im Vordergrund: 1. eine methodische und theoretische Diskussion der strukturerhaltenden vs. strukturtransformierenden Wirkungen technischer Innovationen in Kommunikationszusammenhängen; 2. die Relation der Kommunikation von Sachgehalten zu der kommunikativen Pflege sozialer Beziehungen in CVKs; 3. Scientific Communities als eine Form der Systembildung im Wissenschaftssystem, deren strukturelle Parameter (Initiierung des Kontakts in Interaktion unter Anwesenden/Fortsetzen von Austausch und Zusammenarbeit trotz entstehender räumlicher und zeitlicher Distanzen) eine Affinität zu den Möglichkeiten der CVK aufweisen; 4. die Wirkungen des Computers in makrosystemisch relevanten Kontexten des Wissenschaftssystems (Textstabilität/Datenaustausch-/ Strukturbildung durch Information/Publikation als Kommunikation mit universellen Publika); 5. Numerical Weather Prediction (NWP) and hybrid ARMA/ANN model to predict global radiation

We propose in this paper an original technique to predict global radiation using a hybrid ARMA/ANN model and data issued from a numerical weather prediction model (ALADIN). We particularly look at the Multi-Layer Perceptron. After optimizing our architecture with ALADIN and endogenous data previously made stationary and using an innovative pre-input layer selection method, we combined it to an ARMA model from a rule based on the analysis of hourly data series. This model has been used to forecast the hourly global radiation for five places in Mediterranean area. Our technique outperforms classical models for all the places. The nRMSE for our hybrid model ANN/ARMA is 14.9% compared to 26.2% for the na\"ive persistence predictor. Note that in the stand alone ANN case the nRMSE is 18.4%. Hochschulisches Lernen – eine analytische Perspektive

Dieser Beitrag betrachtet hochschulisches Lernen unter einer analytischen Perspektive: Danach artikuliert sich hochschulisches Lernen im institutionellen Kontext der Hochschule mit ihren studiengangstrukturellen Rahmenbedingungen in einer je spezifischen, dabei stets kontingenten und polymorphen Koppelung zwischen Wissenschaft als Ort der Wissensproduktion einerseits und Studium als Ort der Erschliesung von Sinn- und Handlungsressourcen andererseits. Hochschulisches Lernen lasst sich als Moglichkeitsraum von Figurationen dieser Bezugnahmen rekonstruieren. Die Analyse des Lernens an Hochschulen erschliest auserdem Forschungsperspektiven einer bildungswissenschaftlichen Hochschulforschung und einer theoretischen Hochschuldidaktik, zu denen die Erwachsenenbildungswissenschaft substanzielle Beitrage liefern kann
