    Masalah dalam penelitian ini yaitu penjelasan guru dalam mengajar yang bersifat monoton, gaya mengajarnya yang bersifat membosankan, mengakibatkan siswa kurang aktif disaat proses belajar, sehingga hasil yang diperoleh kurang efektif. Salah satu untuk mengatasi masalah belajar dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran Creative Problem Solving (CPS), sehingga dapat mengatasi masalah dalam belajar.Rumusan masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah Apakah AdaPengaruhModel Pembelajaran Creative Problem Solving (CPS) Terhadap Kreativitas Belajar Siswa Pada Mata Pelajaran PKn kelas VIII di SMPN 3 Gerung Kabupaten Lombok Barat Tahun Pelajaran 2016/2017?Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Model Pembelajaran Creative Problem Solving (CPS) Terhadap Kreativitas Belajar Siswa Pada Mata Pelajaran PKn kelas VIII di SMPN 3 Gerung Kabupaten Lombok Barat Tahun Pelajaran 2016/2017.Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode angket sebagai metode pokok sedangkan dokumentasi sebagai metode pelengkap. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis statistik dengan rumus Chi kuadrat (. Hasil analisis diperoleh nilai sebesar12,320 dan nilai pada taraf Signifikan 5% dengan dk(k-1)=5-1=4 (R-1)=2-1=1+4= 5,lebih besar dari pada nilai pada tabel (12,320 >11,070), berarti bahwa ditolak dan Ha diterima yang berbunyi: ada pengaruh model pembelajaran Creative Problem Solving (CPS) Terhadap Kreativitas Belajar Siswa Pada Mata Pelajaran PKn kelas VIII di SMPN 3 Gerung Kabupaten Lombok Barat Tahun Pelajaran 2016/2017, sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa hasil penelitian ini“signifikan”.Kata Kunci: Model Pembelajaran Creative Problem Solving (Cps), Kreativitas Belajar

    The objective of research was to know the growth and production of onion after giving of ameliorant and nitrogene fertilizer. The research was done in experimentation area Faculty of Agroteknologi Universitas Riau, Rimbo Panjang village, subdistric Tambang, Kampar from March to May 2015. The research was using the Randomized Block Design Factorial with two factors. The first factor amelioran with five levels namely control (A0), dolomite 1,5 ton/ha (A1), calcite 2 ton/ha, oil palm bunch ash 5 ton/ha (A3) and rice husk ash 15 ton/ha (A4). The second factor of nitrogene fertilizer with three levels namely control (N0), urea fertilizer 500 kg/ha (N1) and ZA fertilizer 1095 kg/ha (N2). Parameter observed were plant height, total of leaves, total tuber, rim tuber, fresh weight tuber per plot and dry weight tuber per plot. The result of the research showed that the ameliorant application was significant of rim tuber, fresh weight tuber/plot, and reasonable save tuber weight/plot, but not significant wet the plant height, total of leaves, total tuber. Nitrogene fertilizer showed significant on fresh weight tuber per plot, and dry weight per plot, but not significant the plant height, total of leaves, rim tuber, total tuber.     This research aims to obtain the best sludge dose for growth of oil palm seeds in main nursery. Research was conducted in the field of Technical Implementation Unit (UPT) experimental garden Faculty of Agriculture, University of Riau, from April to August 2014. The research was carried out experimentsaly using Completely Randomized Design (CRD), consists of 5 treatments and 4 replications, then obtain 20 experimental units. Each experimental unit consist of 3 seeds so that there are 60 seeds. Two seeds each experimental unit were sampled. Each treatment without sludge, sludge at a dose of 40 g/polybag equivalent to 10 tonnes/ha, sludge at a dose of 80 g/polybag equivalent to 20 tonnes/ha, sludge at a dose of 120 g/polybag equivalent to 30 tonnes/ha and sludge with a dose of 160 g/polybag equivalent to 40 tonnes/ha. Parameters measured were the increase of seed height, increase of stump diameter, number of leaf sheaths, roots and seed crown ratio dry stools. Data were analyzed statistically using analysis of variance (ANOVA). Analysis of variance result followed by Duncan test at 5% level. The results shows giving some doses of sludge in the oil palm seedlings significant effect on increase of seed height, increase of stump diameter, roots crown ratio and seeds dry weight, but not significant effected on increase of leaf midrib. Giving sludge 120 g/polybag and 160 g/polybag gave the best results for all parameters compared with other treatments

    The Export Performance of Indonesia’s Palm Oil in International Market

    This study aims to analyze the performance of Indonesian exports to export destination countries in the international market. The subjects of this study are two Indonesian palm oil commodities: crude palm oil or CPO and processed palm oil or OPO (Other Palm Oil). There are four Indonesian palm oil markets in the international market, namely the Asian market, the European market, the African market, the American market, and the Australian market. The data used in this study is a time series from 1991 to 2016 and analyzed using the CMS (Constant Market Share) method. The CMS method explains the export growth performance in several components, which are the standard growth effect, the effect of product composition, the effect of market distribution, and the effect of competitiveness. The results showed that the performance of Indonesian CPO exports in the period 1991-2016 tended to decline compared to the growth of exports of all world products. Indonesian CPO is more competitive in the Asian market than the European market. The dynamics of Indonesian CPO exports in the African, American and Australian markets are quite good, but these three markets have not become the main destinations for Indonesian CPO exports. Indonesia's OPO export performance in the 1991-2016 period tended to increase compared to the growth in exports of all world products. Indonesian OPO in the Asian and African markets is more competitive than the European market. The dynamics of Indonesia's OPO exports on the American market and the Australian market are quite good, but these two markets have not become the main destinations for Indonesia's OPO market.     : Principal is a pearson who is responsible in improving teachers\u27 performance. This study aimed to find out the principal\u27s leadership behavior in improving teachers\u27 performance in State Elementary School (SD Negeri) 2 Lambheu of Aceh Besar Regency. This study used qualitative approach. The techniques of data collection were documentation, observation, and interview. The Subjects of this study were principal and teachers. This study showed that: (1) the policy formulated by the principal by improving the teachers in improving the teacher\u27 performance in SD Negeri 2 Lambheu of Aceh Besar Regency led to written or unwritten rules that based on the vision and mission of school and school\u27s objectives. The principal also formulated performance improvement plant. The results of implementing this policy were the better teaching that made the students could easier to understand the subjects and felt convenience in school, and the better education quality. (2) The principal\u27s programs in improving the discipline of the teacher by performing good commutication (not rude, arrogant, or authoritarian), conducting seminars and workshop have showed happy results. The program made the teachers became more disipline that they were able to finish their tasks well. (3) The principal\u27s strategies in improving the responsibility of the teachers were by involving all teacher and acting as a model. (4) The factor that influenced the principal\u27s leadership in improving the teacher\u27s performance was the commitment of the principal in improving school achievement both in local and national level.     Pengaruh Sarcotesta dan Kadar Air Benih terhadap Kandungan Total Fenol dan Daya Simpan Benih Pepaya (Carica Papaya L.)

    There are phenolic compounds in sarcotesta of papaya seed which can act either as inhibitor or as antioxidant. The objective of this experiment was to study the effect of sarcotesta and seed moisture content on total phenolic content and seed longevity of papaya seed. The experiment was conducted in November 2004 - May 2005, at Bogor Agicultural University, by using papaya seed (IPB-1) harvested from Center for Tropical Fruit Studies orchard in Bogor. In this study, seeds were dried in the absence and presence of sarcotesta until 11-12% and 6-7% moisture content (mc). After drying, seeds were packed in sealed plastic bag and stored in ambient room until 0, 3, 6, 9, 12 and 15 weeks. Seed viability and total phenolic compound were evaluated every 3 weeks. Total phenolic content of seed with sarcotesta was higher (> 327mg/100g dry weight) than the seed without sarcotesta
