    The high cost of consultations and eye examinations has made people reluctant to have their eyes checked by a doctor who specializes in eye diseases, especially blepharitis. The community needs a system that can diagnose blepharitis that they are currently suffering from so that they can have their eyes checked without having to go to a specialist in eye diseases, especially blepharitis first. The number of people suffering from blepharitis in humans is increasing from year to year. Therefore, it is necessary to take action to anticipate the increasing number of people with blepharitis. This is due to the delay in diagnosing the disease. Patients with this disease usually experience blindness due to a lack of proper maintenance. Expert systems are computer-based systems that use knowledge, facts, and techniques, and reasoning to solve problems that normally only an expert in the field can solve. The Fuzzy Mamdani method is quite efficient to use in diagnosing blepharitis disease. This system can provide an early diagnosis of blepharitis in the human eye based on the symptoms and intensity of symptoms that are visible from the outside or experienced by humans. Patients (Users) only need to go to the Web to take the first steps in solving blepharitis and choose the symptoms of the disease they are experiencing without having to ask the expert directly. Because the system used is still manual or not computerized, and the number of consumers who want to credit goods in Metro, it takes a few days or a long time to make a decision so that a system is needed, namely a Decision Support System using the Weighted Product method. The Weighted Product method is a method that uses multiplication to relate the attribute rating, where the rating of each attribute must first be ranked with the attribute's weight. The Weighted Product method uses multiplication as a liaison for attribute ratings, where the rating of each attribute must be ranked first with the weight in question. This research will produce an application or a furniture and electronic credit decision support system that can help make the credit granting process in the metro easier and more precise. The criteria used in this study are income, BPKB guarantee, KTP, family card (KK), home status, tutoring concerned and child dependents. Of the 5 examples of consumers who have been given in this study from A1, A2, A3, A4, to A5 then the highest ranking result of these 5 consumers is given to alternative A1 because the value obtained by A1 is higher than other alternatives. This system is designed using UML with the programming language PHP, CSS, Java script and HTML with the MySQL database

    The Regional Head is a government in the region that is related to the authority they have in managing and regulating regional autonomy. Regional Heads are community protectors who head an area for the advancement of the region. The progress of an area depends on a regional leader. One of the requirements to become a regional head is that he must be registered with a party. A party is a political organization that follows a certain ideology that is formed with a general-purpose. In the NasDem party, Deli Serdang Regency, there was a problem where the process of selecting regional head candidates was still carried out manually without any system assistance. The ELECTRE method is a multi-criteria decision-making method based on the ranking concept using paired comparisons of alternatives based on each appropriate criterion. The ELECTRE method is used in conditions where alternatives that do not meet the criteria are eliminated, and suitable alternatives can be generated. Selection of candidates for the regional head is carried out using various criteria, but some criteria are very effective in selecting candidates for the regional head, namely KTP, Education, Organizational History, Work Experience, Vision & Mission. The percentage of accuracy is obtained from 10 times the electre calculation experiments and 1x error is found because the alternatives for each candidate are similar or the same as the other candidates causing the results do not to appear. Because from 10 experiments and 1 failure or 9 out of 10 from the Electre calculation experiments, a result is obtained, it can be concluded that the level of accuracy is (9/10) * 100% = 90%Application of Electre Method in Election of Regional Head Candidates

    Saat ini penggunaan teknologi informasi sudah banyak diterapkan di perguruan tinggi. Adapun yang menjadi kendala dalam pelaksanaan akademis yaitu pada proses pemberkasan pada Perguruan Tinggi. STMIK pelita Nusantara merupakan salah satu perguruan tinggi swasta dan banyak hal yang harus diperhatikan. Yaitu seperti proses pelaksanaan akademik, Pelaporan BKD (Beban Kerja Dosen), pengajuan kepangkatan dan golongan. Cara yang sering digunakan pada pelaksanaan akademis yaitu dengan memfilekan berkas mahasiswa termasuk dosen dalam bentuk hardcopy. Sama hal nya dengan pelaksanaan akreditasi berkas berkas harus dibuat yang baru. Adapun yang menjadi permasalahan yang sering muncul yaitu dengan menyimpan berkas dalam suatu tempat yang sama dan menggabungkan antara berkas yang satu dengan berkas yang lain. Pada proses pencarian berkas yang dilakukan tentu memakan waktu yang lama sehingga prosedur ini tidak efektif dan efisien. Sehingga banyak pihak yang dirugikan ketika melakukan pencarian berkas penting. Tujuan dilakukan penelitian ini adalah dengan adanya aplikasi E-Direktori nantinya tentu sangat membantu pihak terkait seperti tim manajemen dan dosen dalam pemberkasan sehingga mudah diterapkan nantinya seperti pada proses akreditasi
