Rearing Of Green Catfish (Mystus Nemurus C.v) Eco-friendly With Bioflocs Techniques

This research was conducted from June until July 2014 at LaboratoryAquaculture of Technology University of Riau. The purpose of this research wasto investigate growth of the green catfish with high stocking density in bioflocstechniques. This research using experimental method and completely randomdesign (RAL) with three treatment and three replications, three are P1 : stockingdensity of green catfish 300 fish/m3, P2 : stocking density of green catfish 400fish/m3, P3 : stocking density of green catfish 500 fish/m3. The result showed thatgreen catfish with high density in bioflocs techniques was not effectedsignificantly on absolute growth weight, absolute growth length, daily growthrate, survival rate and feed efficiency. But the best treatments in this research wasstocking density of fish 500 fish/m3, with high growth weight rate 5,06 g, lengthgrowth rate 3,65 cm, daily growth rate 4,40 %, survival rate 100 %, and feedefficiency lowers 17,48 %

The Application of Resirculation System on Domestication of Catfish (Pangasius Polyuranodon Blkr)

Pangasius polyuranodon Blkr is Indonesia's endemic spesies which need to bedomesticated for species preservation. The aim of this research is to find out thetechnique to domesticate P. polyuranodon Blkr from nature habitat and keep it incontrol aquaculture system, as well as also to apply resirculation system inkeeping it so that water quality is maintained well in order to support P.polyuranodon Blkr life. The method used in this research is experiment by usingComplete Random Design (CRD), where the treatments were P0 = unfilteredresirculation, P1 = sponge filter resirculation, P2 = active charcoal filterresirculation and P3 = zeolite filter resirculation. The result of this research is P.polyuranodon Blkr enable to domesticated in control aquaculture system. Thebest treatment from this research is P3 with amonia range from 0,08 – 0,11 mg/L,nitrat range is between 0,07 – 0,11 mg/L and nitrite range between 0,07 – 0,09mg/L. The P3's treatment produce absolute growth of 9,24 g, the increase ofspecific growth 1,76%, the growth of biomass of 62,63 gr, the feeding efficiency28,06% and survival rate of 86,66%

Hubungan Pemberian Informed Consent Dengan Tingkat Kecemasan Pasien Preoperasi Kategori Status Fisik I-ii Emergency American Society of Anesthesiologists (Asa) Di Instalasi Gawat Darurat Rsup Prof. Dr. R. D. Kandou Manado

: Surgery will give an emotional reaction to the patient, such as preoperative anxiety. Anxiety can be caused by ignorance of the surgical procedure. Giving Informed Consent as a preoperative measurement aims to give an understanding to the patient about the surgery. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between giving of informed consent and patients' preoperative anxiety levels, physical category I-II of the American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA). The Samples of the study were 30 respondents obtained by using purposive sampling technique. The design of this study was analytic survey through Cross Sectional Approach and the data collected from respondents using the level of anxiety STAI questionnaire and observation sheet. The Results of this study was obtained Chi Square test a significant value of p = 0.003 <0.05. It shows that there is a relationship giving of Informed Consent and patients' preoperative anxiety levels, physical category I-II of the American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA). The Recommendations for further research are expected to further investigate the other factors related to the patient's preoperative anxiety levels, such as therapeutic communication

Pengaruh Tindakan Penghisapan Lendir Endotrakeal Tube (Ett) Terhadap Kadar Saturasi Oksigen Pada Pasien Yang Dirawat Di Ruang Icu Rsup Prof. Dr. R. D. Kandou Manado

: Success of the treatment in patients with respiratory failure isn\u27t only depends of early detection, but also understanding the cause of the mechanism. One of the conditions that can lead to respiratory failure is obstruction of the airway, including obstruction of the endotracheal tube (ETT). An easy way to know of hypoxemia by monitoring of the oxygen saturation levels (SpO2). This study aims to determine the effect of Endotracheal Tube (ETT ) slime suction action against Oxygen Saturation Levels In Patients treated at ICU department of Prof. Dr. R. D. Kandou Hospital Manado. This research uses a method of pre experiments using research design One - Group Pretest - Posttest Design. The samples done by purposive sampling, with a total sample of 16 people. Data analysis was performed using t - test with 95% confidence interval and the value of α = 0.05. The results obtained from this study showed a difference in oxygen saturation levels before and after the slime suction action where there is a difference in value of the oxygen saturation level of 5.174 % and p-value = 0.000 (α < 0.05). The conclusion, there is the influence of the ETT slime suction action of the oxygen saturation levels. Suggestions, for health personnel in order to ETT slime suction action done with the standard, For Health Institutions need for supervision of nursing personnel in doing the implementation with the standards and need an inhouse and exhouse training for the nurses to hone skills and update the new health sciences

Hubungan Antara Imbalan Jasa Dan Motivasi Kerja Perawat Di Puskesmas Manganitu Kabupaten Sangihe

Imbalan jasa merupakan tambahan atau tunjangan yang diterima secara tidak rutin atau semua pengeluaran yang di keluarkan oleh Perusahaan atau pekerja dan diterima serta dinikmati oleh pekerja baik secara langsung atau tidak langsung. Motivasi penting karena dengan motivasi suatu organisasi dapat mencapai tujuannya dan semua anggotanya dapat menampilkan kinerja optimal, dan imbalan jasa adalah salah satu hal yang dapat memotivasi kinerja kerja perawat. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui Hubungan Antara Imbalan Jasa Dengan Motivasi Kerja Perawat Di Puskesmas Manganitu Kabupaten Sangihe. Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif analitik dengan metode cross sectional. Teknik pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan total sampling dengan jumlah sampel 30 orang. Hasil penelitian menggunakan Uji Korelasi Chi Square didapatkan nilai p = 0,003 < α = 0,05 OR = 7,500. Kesimpulan hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya hubungan antara imbalan jasa dengan motivasi kerja perawat di puskesmas manganitu kabupaten sangihe. Saran memperhatikan kesejahteraan perawat dengan pemberian imbalan yang sesuai sehingga dapat memberikan pelayanan yang lebih berkualitas

Pemantauan Ekologi Sarang Elang Jawa (Spizaets Bartelsi) di Wilayah Hutan Cikaniki Taman Nasional Gunung Halimun Salak

Javanese eagle (Spizaetus bartelsi) is one type of bird of prey endemic to Java. The existence of birds of prey in an ecosystem is very important, because of its position as the top predators in the food chain or pyramid. The purpose of this study was to determine the characteristics and ecological nests, as well as the proliferation of Java Eagle Cikaniki especially in forest areas. Observation method used is cooperative mehod five observation points around forest areas Cikaniki. Through monthly observation, ranges Javanese eagle depicted on the map, and mapped point is the assumption of Javanese eagle nesting sites. Observations are also done through direct observation at the location around the nest. The results explain that Java Eagle identified seven individuals that belong to three families: Pengkeh family, relatives and family Andam I Andam II. During the observation, observed breeding success of one family, it is characterized by the presence of individual chicks that fly around the nest site. During the monitoring also the sound of Javanese eagle chicks in the vicinity of the nest. Cikaniki in forest areas, family observed using the Java Eagle Castanopsis argentea tree to lay a nest. The tree is a towering trees compared to other tree with a height of about 30 meters. Java Eagle nest situated at an altitude 16 meters above the ground on the second branch. Nest trees grow at an altitude of 1,100 meters above sea level and on a fairly steep slope topography, close to the creeks and within 500 meters of open wilayan limit

Ergonomics Analysis and Social Demographic Factors Associated with Welder in Small-scale Workshops in Makassar, Indonesia

Welding is an important process of steel fabrication. Even though welder is associated with various occupational hazards, there is limited information of work-related health problems within this occupational group. This study aimed to gather information about occupational hazards, use of personal protective equipment, and demographics among small-scale welding workshops. A work site-based cross-sectional studywas conducted at 34 small-scale welding workshops in Makassar, Indonesia. Interviews, questionnaire, and direct observation used to collect data on demographic characteristics, occupational hazards, and musculoskeletal disorder experience. The demographic factors that were collected were age, work duration, educational status, work experience, technical training, safety tools, also smoking and drinking habit. Working posture assessed using OWAS and level of musculoskeletal disorder using Nordic body map. Descriptive statistics and bivariate logistic regression was used for correlations analysis. In general, result indicated that workers were 34 ± 11 years old, 66 percent married, 78 percent smoking, 22 percent had drinking habit, 56 percent had grade school education or less, 66 percent were employed for more than 4 years, 73 percent worked less than 8 hours a day, 95 and 84 percent, respectively, did not take safety training and safety awareness. Work condition assessed concludes that 36 percent of participants perceived the temperature was hot, 47 percent noisy, 66 percent illuminations were good enough, and 44 percent did not use chair to supportthem. Nordic body map and OWAS posture analysis indicated that 51 percent welders were experiencing moderate level of musculoskeletal complaint and 55 percent welders were category 3. Nevertheless, the only factor having a significant value associated with musculoskeletal symptoms was working posture (p-value = 0.030). Welders in this study were experiencing musculoskeletal complaint of back pain, hip, forearm, buttock, and shoulder; which OWAS suggest need improvement immediately. Further research needed within this occupational group to improve working posture, safety, and protective equipment awareness, also avoiding musculoskeletal disorder. Sistem Rekapitulasi Dokumen Perundang-Undangan Indonesia

Dalam sistem Perundang-undangan di Indonesia, isi suatu dokumen Undang-undang (UU) dapat diubah oleh dokumen UU lainnya, baik secara keseluruhan ataupun sebagian (misal, per ayat, per pasal atau per bab). Hal ini menyebabkan untuk mengetahui versi terakhir dari suatu dokumen UU menjadi sulit. Sistem rekapitulasi dokumen Perundang-undangan Indonesia dapat menjadi solusi untuk mengetahui apakah suatu dokumen UU merupakan versi terakhir atau bukan. Selain itu, sistem dapat memperlihatkan sejarah Perubahan UU. Sistem ini dikembangkan dengan menggunakan pendekatan knowledge engineering, yaitu dengan membuat aturan-aturan berdasarkan informasi kontekstual yang terdapat dalam dokumen UU. Sistem ini diujicobakan pada 472 dokumen UU dengan 784 pasal. Hasil uji coba menunjukkan bahwa sistem dapat menampilkan sejarah Perubahan undang-undang dengan ketepatan sebesar 99.6% untuk pada level dokumen undang-undang dan 99.2% pada level pasal
