Improvement of Service Quality in the Indian Automobile Service Sector-An Empirical Study
In the post liberalized industrial scenario due to the fierce competition in the global market, Indian service organizations have started implementing quality management programmes in their organizations to improve their systems and procedures. In this context, Indian service firms are interested to know about their improvement in service quality delivery after implementing the quality management programmes in their organizations. After a careful analysis of various research studies so far it seems that there is an insufficiency of literature in developing economies than developed economies especially in automobile service sector in India. Hence the present study attempts to fill the void by studying the previous level of service quality delivery and current level of service quality delivery in the Indian automobile service stations. The present study found that Indian automobile service stations have improved their service quality delivery level with respect to all service quality factors
Origins of the midlatitude Pacific decadal variability
Analysis of multiple climate simulations shows much of the midlatitude Pacific decadal variability to be composed of two simultaneously occurring elements: One is a stochastically driven, passive ocean response to the atmosphere while the other is oscillatory and represents a coupled mode of the oceanâatmosphere system. ENSO processes are not required to explain the origins of the decadal variability. The stochastic variability is driven by random variations in wind stress and heat flux associated with internal atmospheric variability but amplified by a factor of 2 by interactions with the ocean. We also found a coupled mode of the oceanâatmosphere system, characterized by a significant power spectral peak near 1 cycle/20 years in the region of the midlatitude North Pacific and Kuroshio Extension. Ocean dynamics appear to play a critical role in this coupled air/sea mode
Generosity and Kindness of Vaelpaari in Sangam Literature
It is said that one who born in a clan which has a practice of giving gifts to others and helping others; will offer their hands to the sufferers even before the sufferers tells them they are in need. This article is about the merits of Vaelpaari, the king of Parampu Mountain. He had a humble nature and a kind heart. Sangam literary books such as Puranaanuru, pathitrupathu, Sirupaanatrupadai, Thirukkural, Nikandul, Devaram, Tirupukazh have been analyzed in this article to know about Vaelpaari's generosity and kindness
Password Authentication for multicast host using zero knowledge Proof
The password which is a more secure and valuable data should be highly protected from eavesdropper. This paper presents how password required for authentication of members of group communication is securely delivered by the source or initiator of the group. The password delivery uses zero knowledge proof and sent to the group member in an encrypted format using cipher block mode encryption. The password delivered is a One Time Password which can be used for certain amount of time in order to ensure a highly secure communication environment among the group
Study on Bond Strength of Alccofine Based Normal and High Strength Concrete
Plenty of research works in India and abroad focusing on the reuse or recycling of waste materials from many industries. Among that finding out suitable cementitious material for the replacement of cement is significant. Many waste materials such as fly ash, silica fume, GGBS, metakaoline, micro materials, quartz power, etc. are tried out for replacing partially or full of cement in concrete. A new ultrafine material called Alccofine is tried out for replacing partially in this research. M20 and M60 grade of concrete is intended to study the performance of normal and high strength concrete by replacing the cement with alccofine of different dosages. Previous researches showed that the replacement of alccofine increases the strength. Design mix made for M20 and M60 grade and cubes casted with various percentage of alccofine with cement. Hence the study is aimed to assess the bond behavior of M20 and M60 grade of concrete structures as an alternate to the conventional materials. The cubes are prepared initially for the design mix and determined the strength of concrete. Then specimens are prepared for the bond test and tested using pullout test methods. The results are analyzed and observed that the bond strength is increased with increase of alccofine replacement to certain dosage.
A NOVEL APPROACH OPTIMIZATION RANKED SYMMETRIC SEARCH ENCRYPTION USING CLOUD SECURITY SERVERS
In the track of recent decades there is an especially extensive change in the PC innovation which prompts to an uncountable number of information and data rising in and everywhere throughout the world. Because of this gigantic and colossal dump of information and in addition web information most well known web indexes are encountering a considerable measure of unimportant recovery of information. The major try of this proposed Improved Weis to distinguish a precise information pursuit furthermore to produce information that originates from anyplace. Moreover, the information itself might be too expensive to store on a solitary machine to such an extent that the PCs are entomb associated with each other by the enormous web stockpiling advances. This approach for the most part spotlights on plan of web crawlers and its foundation grave. Enhanced Micro apportioning is a modularized approach of distributed computing for the most part encircled to conquer the pitfalls in the conventional web index furthermore in control of vast data put away in a solitary PC. Optimization Ranked Symmetric Search Encryption is efficiency. From this time forward, the Search motor in cloud creates low-inactivity and the information emergence will expand the productivity in its enhanced pursuit and along these lines beats the customary methodologies
