    PENGARUH ORIENTASI KEWIRAUSAHAAN MELALUI INOVASI TERHADAP KINERJA PEMASARAN PADA INDUSTRI KERAJINAN PERAK DI DESA WISATA CELUK SUKAWATI GIANYAR BALI

    Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh orientasi kewirausahaan terhadap kinerja pemasaran pada industri kerajinan perak di Desa Celuk Sukawati. Setelah dilakukan uji validitas, reliabilitas, dan statistik deskriptif terhadap jawaban responden pada kuesioner, selanjutnya dilakukan analisis data dengan menggunakan analisis jalur (path analysis). Hasil uji emperik diperoleh taraf signifikansi penelitian untuk variabel orientasi kewirausahaan terhadap inovasi sebesar 0,000<0,05, sehingga H0 ditolak dan H1 diterima, dengan kata lain orientasi kewirausahaan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap inovasi pada industri kerajinan perak di Desa Celuk Sukawati. Hasil uji empiric diperoleh taraf signifikansi penelitian untuk variabel inovasi terhadap kinerja pemasaran sebesar 0,000<0,05, sehingga H0 ditolak dan H2 diterima, dengan kata lain inovasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pemasaran pada industri kerajinan perak di Desa Celuk Sukawati. Hasil uji empiric diperoleh taraf signifikan si penelitian untuk variabel orientasi kewirausahaan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pemasaran sebesar 0,000<0,05, sehingga H0 ditolak dan H3 diterima, dengan kata lain orientasi kewirausahaan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pemasaran pada industri kerajinan perak di Desa Celuk Sukawati. Hasil uji empiric diperolehZhitung (7,051)>Z tabel (1,96) dengan demikian inovasi dapat memediasi hubungan antara orientasi kewirausahaan dengan kinerja pemasaran. Mengingat inovasi dapat memediasi hubungan antara orientasi kewirausahaan dengan kinerja pemasaran pada industri kerajinan perak di Desa Celuk Sukawati, hendaknya industri-industri kerajinan perak dapat lebih mengembangkan kemampuan berinovasi kearah yang lebih baik lagi agar kinerja pemasaran perusahaan menjadi lebih baik

    The spread of Covid-19 not only shook the world of health (health shock) but also provided a shock to the economy (economic shock), namely almost no economic activities carried out by economic actors, be it households and company (firm). With the existence of restrictions on the mobility of the community and economic activities, in an effort to prevent the spread of this virus, which is increasingly widespread, it has an impact on consumption and production and investment activities to decrease (economy contraction). Mrs. Ayu is one of the communities affected by Covid-19. Mrs. Ayu had to be sent home due to the limited activities carried out by the company where Mrs. Ayu previously worked. Mrs Ayu also tries to find alternative businesses that can make money and can be done at home during this pandemic. Mrs Ayu also started a small business (UKM) to make gabin cakes. The problems faced are: 1) Unattractive product packaging and lack of product variation.2) Don't have a marketing system like social media. 3) Do not have a financial books and report or records related to income, expenses, production costs and profit and loss. The solutions offered for this problem are: 1) Training on production and marketing strategies which helps partners in making more attractive packaging so that they can increase marketing and make alternative gabin cakes that are more varied in taste or shape that are more contemporary; 2) Assisting partners in making social media that can assist in the product marketing process and introduce products not only to consumers in Peliatan Ubud but also marketed in the surrounding areas; 3) Assisting in making simple financial books and reports

    Pradnyana Artha Mandiri Money Changer, who amidst the many existing competitions, is still able to survive. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect partially and simultaneously job satisfaction and job stress on employee turnover intention at PT. Pradnyana Artha Mandiri Money Changer in Kuta, Badung. The population in this study was all employees of PT. Pradnyana Artha Mandiri Money Changer in Kuta, Badung, totaling 35 people. Determination of the sample using saturated sampling technique where the entire population is sampled. After the instrument test and classical assumption test were carried out, data analysis was carried out using multiple linear regression analysis, determination, t test, and F test. The results of the analysis showed that job satisfaction had a negative and significant effect on turnover intention. Job stress has a positive and significant effect on turnover intention. Job satisfaction and job stress simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee turnover intention at PT. Pradnyana Artha Mandiri Money Changer in Kuta, Badung.     Service quality plays a very important role for the sustainability of a company, especially service companies such as Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDes) Dana Merta in Karangasem Regency, Bali which is engaged in savings and loan business. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of service quality on customer satisfaction and loyalty of BUMDesa Dana Merta savings and loans unit. The data collection method in this study used a questionnaire aimed at 162 respondents for further analysis using validity tests, reliability tests and path analysis. From the results of data analysis, the answers to the problems posed were obtained, namely (1) service quality has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty, (2) service quality has a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, (3) customer satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty. , and (4) satisfaction mediates the effect of service quality on the loyalty of BUMDes Dana Merta savings and loan customers

    The Village Credit Institution (LPD) is a financial institution belonging to the Pakraman village that has developed, providing social, economic and cultural benefits to its citizens, so it needs to be fostered, improved performance and preserved. The purpose of this study was to determine the level of LPD health using the method of capital, assets, management, earning and liquidity in the LPD at Baluk Village, Negara District for the period 2016-2018. The object of research is the LPD financial statements, especially the balance sheet and income statement at the Pakraman Baluk Village LPD. The population in this study is the financial statements of the LPD Desa Baluk from 2016 to 2018. The sample used in this study is the financial statements which include balance sheets and income statements for the last 3 years, namely 2016, 2017, and 2018. The results of this study indicate that the CAMEL value of the Pakraman Baluk Village LPD in 2016, 2017 and 2018 the health level of the Pakraman Baluk Village LPD is in good health. The suggestion in this research is to create new innovations, for example by making a lucky draw for customers

It is known that in the implementation of the development of tourist destinations in Serangan, the government and tourism awareness groups in Serangan Village take a role as a facilitator in preparing tourism facilities and infrastructure in Serangan and also as a dynamisator which provides skills training and governance of tourist villages so that the management of Serangan tourist destinations becomes more professional

This study was conducted to determine the effect of reward and punishment on employee performance by mediating work discipline at the village credit institution in the village of Pekraman Ketewel. This study is a census study because the total population of 32 people will be used as a sample. The data analysis process will be carried out using the path analysis method. The results of the analysis show that reward and punishment have direct and indirect effects on employee performance by mediating work discipline at village credit institutions in Pekraman Ketewel village. The suggestion of this research is for LPD to optimize performance by looking at the factors of reward, punishment, and work discipline

    This study aims to describe the decrease factor of tourist visits to the Museum Buleleng, marketing strategies used to increase the number of tourist visits to the Museum Buleleng. This study used a SWOT analysis to identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats in Buleleng Museum, and discussed using qualitative descriptive analysis. This research subject is the manager of the Buleleng Museum. Then the object of this study is data on the number of tourists. Data on the number of tourist arrivals was obtained through interviews with related parties. Data were analyzed descriptively. These results indicate that factors causing the decline in the number of tourist visits to the Museum Buleleng namely internal factors and external factors do not Buleleng Museum marketing strategy, which is due to funding constraints. Results of the analysis of the data showed that important to know the potential, weaknesses that should be corrected, an opportunity that must be exploited to the maximum, and a threat to be faced so that it can be known from the marketing strategy to be followed

    The formulation of the problem and the purpose of this study was to determine the effect of job satisfaction, human relation and organizational climate on employee performance at CV. Continue Mengwi, Badung. The sample used was 74 respondents. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression model. Based on the results of hypothesis testing, it was found that: (1) job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance; (2) human relation have a positive and significant effect on employee performance; (3) organizational climate has a positive and significant effect on employee performance; (4) job satisfaction, human relation and organizational climate have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Suggestions that can be given are CV. Mengwi continues, Badung is expected to always set specific employee performance targets, provide promotions to competent employees, provide opportunities for each employee to provide constructive input and improve communication and cooperation between employees and superiors
