    This study attempts to analyze 1) to know influence intellect intellectual on performanceemployees of PT. PLN Klaten area. 2) to know the influence of emotional intelligence onperformance employees of PT. PLN Klaten area. 3) to know the influence of the workplace onperformance employees of PT. PLN Klaten area. 4) to know influence intellect intellectual,emotional intelligence, and workplace simultaneously on performance employees of PT. PLNKlaten area.Methods used in research is cuantitative method, with the data collected based on the answerquesioner. In this casethe writer used Likert scale. Populations in this research are employeeof PT. PLN Klaten area amounting to 69 people, in this research called the populationresearch. Analysis techniques data in this research using multiple linear regression, t test , Ftest , the coeffiecient determination.The analysis shows that the: 1) due to tcount > ttable (3.230 > 1,996) with standard significant0,05 so Ho rejected and accepetd Ha, it means intellect intellectual have leverage toperformance employees of PT. PLN Klaten area. 2) due to tcount > ttable (4.167 > 1,996) itmeans Ho rejected and receive Ha means intelligence intelectual have leverage toperformance employees of PT. PLN Klaten area. 3) due to tcount > ttable (2.362 > 1,996),means Ho rejected and receive Ha means the workplace have leverage to performanceemployees of PT. PLN Klaten area. 4) the results of the hypothesis simultaneously in thisresearch, it can be locations that the fcount > f table (56,176 > 2,75 ) it means Ho rejected, itmeans intellect intellectual, emotional intelligence, and workplace simultaneously haveleverage to performance employees of PT. PLN Klaten area. 5) results linear regressionanalysis double Y = -5.636 + 0,397X1 + 0,501X2 + 0,353X3 value adjusted R square = 0,725shows that the contribution of all the variables independent is worth 72,5% the rest of 27.5 %influenced by other variables that is not described in this research

    INDONESIAN BREASTFEED-SUPPORTING FATHER: INTERVENTIONS FOR FORMING THE CHARACTER OF BREASTFEEDING FATHER IN PALEMBANG. Exclusive breastfeeding is the most effective and beneficial method for the health of mother and baby. Many factors influence the success of exclusive breastfeeding. Fathers can play a role in this but most fathers do not know the concept of exclusive breastfeeding. Some of this is due to the promotion of the health of fathers who tend not to be involved. So that this service aims to provide intervention to young fathers in order to know the concept of exclusive breastfeeding and know its role in the success of exclusive breastfeeding. Dedication was carried out in the city of Palembang in the District of Alang-alang Lebar on as many as 25 fathers. Dedication is carried out using leaflets with interesting illustrations along with explanations from enumerators. This dedication is useful to give an understanding to fathers that the wife who has just given birth does not only need material support but is also important to provide emotional support

    The purpose of this study is to express the role of the community in the psychological recovery of children after the earthquake in SouthSolok. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative research, with the sampling technique is purposive sampling. Data collection techniques used were interviews and documentation, then the data obtained were analyzed descriptively to present the facts encountered in the field. The results of the study are 1) The government's role in the psychological recovery of children after the earthquake in South Solok was very important where the government can reduce psychologists or volunteers who have the experience to help psychologically recover post-disaster children, 2) The role of NGOs in post-child psychological recovery earthquake disaster in SouthSolok Regency namely assisting experts in the process of psychological recovery of children after an earthquake, 3) The role of custom in the psychological recovery of children after the earthquake in south Solok Regency, 4) the role of universities in children's psychological recovery after the earthquake in SouthSolok Regency that is helping the government, NGOs and the community in psychological recovery of children by providing entertainment, such as reading stories, playing or watching together, and 5) the role of the community in the psychological recovery of children after the earthquake in South Solok Regency by sending assistance in the form of toys, clothes, foods and funds for these children. So, these five elements have a very important role and work together to be able to help the psychological recovery of children after the earthquake in south Solok

    Pembelajaran IPS dan PKn memiliki peran yang penting dalam praktik kehidupan sehari-hari dan harus didesain secara baik serta menyesuaikan dengan perkembangan teknologi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis desain pembelajaran IPS dan PKn berbasis Literasi ICT (Information and Communication Technology) pada tingkat sekolah dasar. Desain pembelajaran berbasis Literasi ICT berpusat pada siswa dengan kombinasi teknologi digital. Literasi ICT (Information and Communication Technology) dapat memberikan pengalaman belajar menyenangkan bagi siswa dan dapat meningkatkan inovasi serta kreatifitas pada siswa. Metode penelitian yang digunakan ialah metode deskriptif-kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi pustaka, sumber data diproleh dari hasil analisis dan pengumpulan data dilakukan secara online serta simpulan yang diperoleh dari jurnal yang relevan. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa desain pembelajaran IPS dan PKn berbasis Literasi ICT (Information and Communication Technology) di sekolah dasar perlu dikembangkan oleh guru dalam proses pembelajaran seperti pemanfaatan media digital dalam mengembangkan media, mengembangkan sumber belajar dan mengembangkan evaluasi agar memberikan pembelajaran yang bermakna dan menyenangkan bagi setiap siswa

    Pendidikan moral akan berhasil, apabila pendidikan itu dilakukan sesuai dengan tahapan perkembangan moral anak. Dengan kata lain kedua ahli ini mencitacitakan adanya strategi pendidikan moral yang disesuaikan dengan tahap-tahap perkembangan moral anak. Dalam perkembangan moral itu titik heterotomi dan autonomi lebih menggambarkan proses perkembangan dari pada totalitas mental individu. Melalui pergaulannya anak mengembangkan pemahamannya mengenai tujuan dan sumber aturan. Sampai usia tujuh atau delapan tahun anak dikendalikan oleh seluruh aturan. Terhadap aturan yang berasal dari luar,anak belum memiliki pengertian dan motivasi untuk konsisten. Pada tahap autonomi anak menyadari akan aturan dan menghubungkannya dengan pelaksanaannya.tahap berikutnya adalah pelaksanaan autonomi. Pertama-tama moral berkembang melalui adopsi terhadap norma-norma sosial. Dalam pengertian ini anak mengambil norma yang dipakai oleh orang-orang dengan cara mencontoh. Oleh karena itu sebagai seorang guru hendaknya memberi contoh pada muridnya untuk menanamkan norma yang sesuai. Perkembangan moral dapat juga melalui pemahaman terhadap norma. Pengalaman sosial ini didapat melalui interaksi dengan institusi sosial,sistem hukum yang berlaku dan hubungan interpersonal. Agama yang dianut Orang tua berkewajiban menanamkan ajaran-ajaran agama yang dianutnya kepada anak, baik berupa bimbingan-bimbingan maupun contoh implementasinya dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Keteladanan orang tua dalam menjalankan moral keagamaan merupakan cara yang paling baik dalam menanamkan moral keagamaan anak. Dengan perkembangan moral keagamaan yang baik pada anak sudah barang tentu akan dipengaruhi terhadap budi pekerti atau tingkah laku anak pada masa yang akan datang. Disamping faktor pengaruh keluarga, faktor lingkungan masyarakat dan pergaulan anak juga mempengaruhi perkembangan moral keagamaan anak, pada perkembangannya terkadang anak lebih percaya kepada teman dekatnya dari pada pada orang tuanya,terkadang juga lebih mematuhi orang-orang yang dikaguminya seperti; gurunya,artis favoritnya, dan sebagainya. Keluarga dengan moral keagamaan yang baik dan lingkungan masyarakat yang baik, secara teoritis akan berpengaruh positif terhadap perkembangan moral keagamaan yang baik pada anak
