Penegakan Hukum Terhadap Kejahatan Money Laundering: Studi Kasus Binary Option Ds

Abstract: This paper examines the Criminal Act of Money Laundering (TPPU). The author analyzes the legal process carried out by law enforcement officials against the Money Laundering Act of Brother DS in the Realm of Criminal Law in Indonesia. DS's brother was officially named as a suspect in the case of alleged fraud and non-money laundering (TPPU) by the Police Civic Office. The writing methodology in this study generally uses qualitative research with a juridical-normative approach with several literature references obtained in this study that fraud and money laundering are violations of article 3 of the Law. No. 8 of 2010 which can endanger the stability of the life of society, nation and state based on the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia. However, at the end of the trial process, the judge actually ruled that DS's brother was not proven to have committed a criminal act of money laundering based on the results of the judge's analysis related to applicable regulations in Indonesia, so that the charges expected by the public prosecutor were not in accordance with the judge's decision at the final hearing. Abstrak: Tulisan ini mengkaji tentang Tindak Pidana Pencucian Uang (TPPU). Penulis menganalisis proses hukum yang dilakukan oleh aparat penegak hukum terhadap Tindak Pidana Pencucian Uang Saudara DS dalam Ranah Hukum Pidana di Indonesia. Saudara DS resmi ditetapkan sebagai tersangka dalam perkara dugaan penipuan dan tidak pencucian uang (TPPU) oleh Bareskrim Polri. Metodologi penulisan dalam penelitian ini secara umum menggunakan  penelitian kualitatif  dengan pendekatan yuridis-normatif dengan beberapa referensi kepustakaan yang di peroleh dalam penelitian ini bahwa tindakan penipuan dan pencucian uang merupakan pelanggaran terhadap  pasal 3 UU. No. 8 Tahun 2010 yang dapat membahayakan stabilitas kehidupan bersmasyarakat, berbangsa dan bernegara berdasarkan Undang-Undang Dasar Republik Indonesia Tahun 1945. Namun pada akhir proses persidangan, hakim justru memutuskan bahwa saudara DS tidak terbukti melakukan tindak pidana pencucian uang berdasarkan hasil analisis hakim terkait dengan peraturan yang berlaku di Indonesia, sehingga tuntutan yang diharapkan oleh jaksa penuntut umum tidak sesuai dengan putusan hakim pada sidang akhir

Inquiry-based olericulture seed cultivation program to increase industrial agricultural insight and student entrepreneurship spirit

Learning about insights into industrial agriculture and the entrepreneurship spirit should be instilled from an earlier to students so that they develop social interaction skills and a motivation to work in the future. This research aims to improve the understanding of industrial agriculture and the entrepreneurial spirit of Jomerto 02 Patrang Elementary School students through inquiry-based cultivation of olericulture seedlings.  One of the plants that is easy to plant and has an expensive harvest is the olericulture plant. The method of service implementation used by the researchers is the Service Learning (SL) approach. The results of this study show that the teachers' recapitulation results were 97.5% and included in the very good category, and the students' recapitulation results of the three indicators were in the very good category. This is evidenced by the data of the results of the indicator of self-efficacy with 82.45%, the data of the percentage results of the indicator of need for achievement with 90.96% and the percentage result of the Riks Taking Propensity indicator is 92.34%. In other words, the efforts to improve the understanding of industrial agriculture and the entrepreneurial spirit of the students of SDN Jomerto 02 Patrang can be continued by the school

MODEL PJBL DENGAN MEDIA LINKTREE UNTUK MENINGKATKAN HUBUNGAN GAYA BELAJAR DENGAN KEMAMPUAN BERPIKIR KRITIS SISWA

This study aims to describe the relationship between visual, auditory, andkinesthetic learning styles and students' critical thinking skills, accompanied byLinktree learning media, in grade IV students. This research design usesquantitative research with a correlation approach. Data collection is donethrough a questionnaire and a test. Respondents in this study were 80 grade IVelementary school students at Bangsalsari 5 Jember. Hypothesis testing wascarried out using Spearman's rank correlation analysis and simple linearregression with a significance level of 0.05. The results of the study are asfollows: First, there is a significant relationship between visual learning stylesand critical thinking skills accompanied by Linktree learning media. Second,there is a significant relationship between auditory learning styles and criticalthinking skills accompanied by Linktree learning media. Third, there is arelationship between kinesthetic learning styles and critical thinking skills.Fourth, there is a relationship between visual, auditory, and kinesthetic learningstyles and critical thinking skills accompanied by Linktree learning media. Theresults of the significance test and the correlation coefficient for each learningstyle are as follows: The relationship between visual learning style and criticalthinking skills, with a significance of 0.000, has a correlation coefficient of 0.719.The relationship between auditory learning style and critical thinking skills, witha significance of 0.000, has a correlation coefficient of 0.672. The relationshipbetween kinesthetic learning style and critical thinking skills, with a significanceof 0.000, has a correlation coefficient of 0.686. The relationship between visual,auditory, and kinesthetic learning styles together (simultaneously) and criticalthinking skills with a significance of 0.000 has a correlation coefficient of 0.695
