    This study aims to determine the variation in most of the teachers who has been certified early childhood educators as the city of Pekanbaru is already certified teachers still use the media that\u27s it, already certified teachers can not solve the problems that occur to the students, teachers already certified still using RKH and RKM has been used in previous years and rarely to renew it, the teacher who has been certified are not able to use materials that are nearby to the learning process and still use existing APEl. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between motivation and creativity of teachers teaching the teacher who has been certified early childhood educators as the city of Pekanbaru. The population of this research is all the teachers who have had early childhood educator certificate as the city of Pekanbaru, amounting to 110 people. Samples used as many as 52 people. The data collection techniques used was a questionnaire that gives a statement to answer the respondent. The data analysis technique used is the analysis of statistical methods Pearson Product Moment Correlation with SPSS 16. From the results obtained are positive and significant relationship between motivation and creativity of teachers teaching in which the teacher has been certified as the city early childhood educators Pekanbaru. It can be seen from r hitung of 0.608, with p = 0.000. Therefore p 2,000, it means that there is a positive and significant relationship between teachers\u27 motivation to teach with creativity. The resulting determinant coefficient is equal to r2 = 0.369, it can be seen that the motivation to teach an impact of 36.9% on the creativity of teachers and 63.1% are more influenced by other factors. Correlation coefficient was found to be 0.608, including the medium category

    Pengaruh Frekuensi Penyiraman Dan Dosis Pupuk Kandang Ayam Terhadap Pertumbuhan Dan Hasil Tanaman Pakchoy (Brassica Rapa L. Var. Chinensis)

    Peningkatan produksi tanaman pakchoy dapat dilakukan melalui pemupukan dan pengairan. Penelitian bertujuan untuk memperoleh frekuensi penyiraman dan dosis pupuk kandang ayam yang tepat terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman pakchoy (Brassica rapa L. var. chinensis). Percobaan dilaksanakan pada bulan Juni sampai Agustus 2014 di Desa Tegalweru, Kecamatan Dau, Malang. Rancangan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Rancangan Acak Kelompok (RAK) dengan 2 faktor yang diulang 3 kali. Faktor 1 frekuensi penyiraman (P), yang terdiri dari : P1 = penyiraman 1 hari sekali, P2 = penyiraman 2 hari sekali, P3 = penyiraman 3 hari sekali. Faktor 2 dosis pupuk kandang ayam (A), yang terdiri dari : A1 = dosis 5 t ha-1, A2 = 10 t ha-1, A3 = 15 t ha-1, A4 = 20 t ha-1. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa tidak terjadi interaksi antara perlakuan frekuensi penyiraman dengan dosis pupuk kandang ayam terhadap tinggi tanaman, jumlah daun, luas daun, bobot kering total tanaman, bobot segar bagian tanaman yang dapat dikonsumsi, bobot segar total tanaman, dan indeks panen. Perlakuan frekuensi penyiraman 3 hari sekali menghasilkan rerata tinggi tanaman, jumlah daun, luas daun, bobot segar bagian tanaman yang dapat dikonsumsi dan bobot segar total tanaman lebih tinggi daripada frekuensi penyiraman 1 hari sekali dan 2 hari sekali. Perlakuan dosis pupuk kandang ayam hanya berpengaruh nyata terhadap luas daun dan bobot kering total tanaman

    Muon spin motion at the crossover regime between Gaussian and Lorentzian distribution of magnetic fields

    The muon spin relaxation method is a powerful microscopic tool for probing the electronic states of materials by observing local magnetic field distributions on the muon. It often happens that a distribution of local magnetic fields shows an intermediate state between Gaussian and Lorentzian shapes. In order to generally describe these intermediate field distributions, we considered the convolution of two isotropic distributions in three dimensions and derived exact muon-spin relaxation functions which can be applied to all crossover regimes between Gaussian and Lorentzian

    Quantum critical behavior of the hyperkagome magnet Mn3CoSi

    β-Mn-type family alloys Mn3TX (T = Co, Rh, and Ir; X = Si and Ge) have a three-dimensional antiferromagnetic (AF) corner-shared triangular network, i.e., the hyperkagome lattice. The antiferromagnet Mn3RhSi shows magnetic short-range order over a wide temperature range of approximately 500 K above the Néel temperature TN of 190 K. In this family of compounds, as the lattice parameter decreases, the long-range magnetic ordering temperature decreases. Mn3CoSi has the smallest lattice parameter and the lowest TN in the family. The quantum critical point (QCP) from AF to the quantum paramagnetic state is expected near a cubic lattice parameter of 6.15 Å. Although the Néel temperature of Mn3CoSi is only 140 K, the emergence of the quantum critical behavior in Mn3CoSi is discussed. We study how the magnetic short-range order appears in Mn3CoSi by using neutron scattering, μSR, and bulk characterization such as specific heat capacity. According to the results, the neutron scattering intensity of the magnetic short-range order in Mn3CoSi does not change much at low temperatures from that of Mn3RhSi, although the μSR short-range order temperature of Mn3CoSi is largely suppressed to 240 K from that of Mn3RhSi. Correspondingly, the volume fraction of the magnetic short-range order regions, as shown by the initial asymmetry drop ratio of μSR above TN, also becomes small. Instead, the electronic-specific heat coefficient γ of Mn3CoSi is the largest in this Mn3T Si system, possibly due to the low-energy spin fluctuation near the quantum critical point

    Examining Frequent Grammatical Errors in Student Theses: A Case Study of A Private University in Sulawesi

    The purpose of this study was to determine the most common grammatical errors found in students' theses at a private university in Southeast Sulawesi, and to consider the possible causes of the students' mistakes. Descriptive qualitative methods were used. Students were recruited through purposive sampling. The theses were analyzed using the Mileys & Huberman's approach. During the data collection process, the writer documented the thesis background and noted any errors that were discovered. 803 errors were found in the background of students' theses. The most common errors were on misformation, which accounted for 547 or 68.12% of all errors, followed by omission errors, which accounted for 128 or 15.94% of all errors. Misordering and addition, on the other hand, accounted for 11.83% and 4.10% of all errors, respectively. The researchers deduced from the error analysis that mother tongue interference and target language causes contributed to these errors (false analogy, misanalysis, incomplete rule application, exploiting redundancy, overlooking co-occurrence restrictions, hypercorrection, overgeneralization, or system-simplification).
