    Overview of the Production Results of All Blood Components at UDD PMI Semarang City in 2020

    All components in the blood have their respective duties and functions that support the work of blood in the body. Blood has many important roles, such as supplying oxygen and nutrients to cells and tissues, helping to get rid of waste or metabolic waste substances to protecting the body from infections and foreign substances that can harm health. This study aims to determine the results of the production of all blood components at UDD PMI Semarang City in January - December 2020, so that the production amount of each type of blood component can be seen. This type of research is a quantitative study with a descriptive research design consisting of one variable of the production of blood components at UDD PMI Semarang City. The research sample used a total sampling of 102,635 samples, the data collection method was in the form of medical record data for UDD PMI Semarang City in the form of the production of blood components from January to December 2020. From 102,635 samples, it was found that the production of Whole Blood (WB) was 6197 kolf/year, Packed Red Cell (PRC) as much as 48802 kolf/year, Thrombocyte Concentrate (TC) as much as 40578 kolf/year, Fresh Frozen Plasma (FFP) as much as 3551 kolf/year, Cryoprecipitate/AHF as much as 396 kolf/year, PRC-Leukodepleted as much as 2518 kolf/year years, and PRC-Leukoreduced as much as 593 kolf/year. In a row, the highest production of blood components at UDD PMI Semarang City in 2020 was PRC 48802 colf/year, TC 40578 colf/year, WB 6197 colf/year, FFP 3551 colf/year, PRC-Leukodepleted 2518 kolf/year, PRC-Leukoreduced 593 colf/year, and AHF396 colf/year

    School age is a productive age, an asset for the future, as a channel for promoting blood donation in the community, SMK Negeri 1 Jepara has never had any outreach activities about blood donation. It is the closest school to UDD PMI Jepara Regency. The results of interviews with PMR teachers at SMK Negeri 1 Jepara are known to have reported that on average students are afraid to donate blood, are afraid of needles, do not meet the criteria for blood donation, their blood will decrease or run out, do not know the benefits of donating blood, sell their blood, are afraid of contracting disease, become sick, there are systemic diseases and so on. This study aims to determine the exposure to blood donor counseling in class XI students of SMK Negeri 1 Jepara. This type of research is an analytic survey with a cross sectional design. The research population was all students of class XI SMK Negeri 1 Jepara. The sampling technique used purposive sampling as many as 84 students. The data includes regression analysis and coefficient of determination. The regression analysis test after being given blood donation counseling showed a significant effect on blood donor knowledge in students, P Value was 0.024 < 0.05 (P Value < 0.05). The conclusion obtained is that there is counseling exposure to blood donor knowledge in class XI students of SMK Negeri 1 Jepara

    Pengaruh Struktur Kepemilikan dan Tax Deduction Terhadap Tax Avoidance

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji faktor-faktor potensial yang diduga mempengaruhi tindakan tax avoidance. Adapun variabel independen dalam penelitian ini adalah struktur kepemilikan dengan proksi (kepemilikan terkosentrasi, kepemilikan asing dan kepemilikan publik) dan tax deductions dengan proksi (beban pajak tangguhan, beban pajak kini, dan presntase jumlah saham disetor), sementara variabel dependentnya adalah tax avoidance. Populasi&nbsp; dalam penelitian ini adalah perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI) pada tahun 2017-2021. Sampel penelitian ini menggunakan metode puposive sampling dan di peroleh 140 perusahaan. Metode analisis menggunkan analisis statistik deskriptif dan Generalized Method of moments. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa kepemilikan terkosentrasi, kepemilikan public dan beban pajak kini tidak berpengaruh terhadap tax avoidance, sedangkan kepemilikan asing, beban pajak tangguhan, dan presentase jumlah saham disetor berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap tax avoidance. Dengan demikian&nbsp; untuk mencegah terjadinya tax avoidance, pemerintah harus memperkuat pengawasan serta memperkuat peraturan dan harus benar-benar dipatuhi oleh phak manajemne perusahaan dan jajarannya, untuk mengurangi aktivitas tax avoidance yang dilakukan oleh phak terkaitl agar dapat memberikan keuntungan kepada pihak tertentu

    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Kualitas Pelayanan Statistik Terpadu di BPS Provinsi Sumatera Selatan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif kualitatif dan data diperoleh melalui observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi, dan audio visual. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Pelayanan Statistik Terpadu di BPS Provinsi Sumatera Selatan telah memenuhi harapan pengunjung walaupun masih ada yang belum memenuhi harapan pengunjung. Hal ini ditunjukkan dengan sarana dan Fasilitas secara keseluruhan dalam kondisi baik namun ketersediaan publikasi tercetak dan timeseries merupakan hal yang penting dan substansial belum memenuhi harapan pengunjung, kebersihan dan Kenyamanan ruang pelayanan terjaga dan terpelihara, penampilan petugas sudah rapi, bersih dan sopan, dan komputerisasi administrasi yang didukung dengan Sistem Aplikasi Pelayanan Statistisk Terpadu memberikan kemudahan bagi pengunjung. Kemampuan petugas sudah bagus dalam mengarahkan dan menjelaskan, kecepatan dan ketepatan waktu pelayanan belum memenuhi harapan pengunjung karena masih ada beberapa publikasi yang rilis tidak ontime, standar pelayanan sudah dipahami dan ditaati oleh petugas dan pengunjung. Respon cepat akan kebutuhan pengunjung telah diakukan tanpa membeda-bedakan dan respon petugas terhadap keluhan pengunjung telah ditindaklanjuti dengan baik

    Allometric Model to Estimate Biomass and Carbon of Seedling in Pangarengan Mangrove Forest, Cirebon, West Java

    The mangrove ecosystem in Pangarengan Village, Cirebon District, provides benefits for environmental services, including as carbon sinks and stores. In estimating the carbon storage of mangrove forests, in general, allometric equations are used. Unfortunately, the allometric equations currently available are still composed of the stages of growth of saplings, poles, and trees. Thus, the purpose of this study was to develop an allometric model for seedlings in mangrove forests. The research was conducted in June 2021 in the mangrove forest of Pangarengan Village, Cirebon District. The equipment that used in the study were calipers, measuring tape, digital scales, and crop shears. Research materials were mangrove seedlings of Rhizophora mucronata, Avicennia marina, and Sonneratia caseolaris. The best allometric model in estimating dried weight biomass with base diameter predictor is Y = 35,013 Dp1,860 (R2adj = 0,873; SEE = 0,472) using tip diameter predictor is Y = 249.573 Du2,276 (R2adj = 0,524; SEE = 0,710). While the allometrics for estimating the carbon content of seedlings were Y = 5,835 Dp1,804 (R2adj = 0,831; SEE = 0,528) and Y = 35,750 Du2,107 (R2adj = 0,607; SEE = 0,805). Thus, the power allometric model with base diameter predictor was quite good in estimating dried weight biomass and seedling carbon content in the mangrove forest of Pangarengan Village
