    Hubungan Perilaku Mencuci Tangan terhadap Angka Koloni Kuman pada Penjamah Makanan di Seluruh Kantin Universitas Tanjungpura Pontianak Tahun 2014

    Latar Belakang: Penyakit bawaan makanan merupakan masalah kesehatan masyarakat yang berkembang di seluruh dunia, salah satunya di Indonesia. Mencuci tangan merupakan hal utama yang harus dilakukan oleh pekerja yang terlibat dalam penanganan makanan. Tujuan: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan perilaku mencuci tangan terhadap angka koloni kuman pada penjamah makanan di seluruh kantin Universitas Tanjungpura Pontianak. Metodologi: Desain penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini bersifat analitik dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Lima puluh satu orang penjamah makanan bersedia berpartisipasi dalam penelitian ini. Perilaku mencuci tangan dinilai dengan kuesioner dan observasi langsung. Usap tangan diambil untuk menilai angka koloni kuman. Analisa data menggunakan uji Chi-square. Hasil: Hasil penelitian menunjukkan 32 orang (62,7%) penjamah makanan melakukan perilaku mencuci tangan yang baik dan 19 orang (37,3%) berperilaku mencuci tangan kurang baik, akan tetapi semua penjamah makanan tidak melakukan keenam langkah mencuci tangan dengan baik dan benar. Sampel USAp tangan menunjukkan angka koloni kuman sebanyak 17 orang (33,3%) dalam kategori bersih dan 34 orang (66,7%) dalam kategori kontaminasi. Kesimpulan: Terdapat hubungan perilaku mencuci tangan terhadap angka koloni kuman pada penjamah makanan. Penelitian ini menyarankan perlu diberikan pendidikan/penyuluhan higiene sanitasi makanan, tersedianya fasilitas cuci tangan yang memadai dan dukungan/dorongan dari pemilik USAha

    This research aims to gain information about the influence of self-control on the students\u27 academic procrastination grade X SMAN 1 Sungai Ambawang in 2016. The method of this research is descriptive method with quantitative approach is the troubleshooting procedure by means of descriptive statistics and described. Samples are 53 learners class X. The data collection technique is a technique of indirect communication with a data collection tool that inventory. Data analysis technique used is the analysis of product moment and continued with the coefficient of determination. Self-control among students grade X SMAN 1 Sungai Ambawang reached 72%. The results of the analysis of these two variables is the product moment r count = -0.708 means that there are significant negative and significant correlation between self-control with academic procrastination students of class X SMA 1 Sungai Ambawang.     This study aims to obtain information about the adjustment in terms of personality type of students grade X SMAN 1 Pontianak. The method used is descriptive method, using Causal-Comparative Studies. The sample in this research is 87 students of class X IPS SMAN 1 Pontianak. Data collection techniques are indirect communication techniques and direct communication, data collection tool that is inventory and interview guide. Data analysis technique is descriptive statistical technique. The results of data analysis, indicating that the students' self-adjustment of each personality type corresponds to the characteristic personality type by Littauer. The quality of self-adjustment of Choleris personality type reached 81% with good category, Phlegmatis reached 78% good category, Sanguinis reached 75% good category, and Melancholy reached 74% good category. In this case, the counselor teacher has not been instrumental in helping learners understand personality types, but has made curative efforts in the problem of self-adjustment of learners

    The purpose of this research to give a description abaut the capacity to think criticall students class seed X MAN 2 Model Pekanbaru the academic year 2015 and 2016 .This study was conducted for the month of may-june 2016 .Samples to this research was superior a class X as many as 24 students . Instruments used to gather the data was the competence daily basis , the raport biology at first semester , the survey covered , the survey open , and the test think criticall .The survey covered consisting of 30 items wich consists of 5 indicators , the ability to analyze , synthesizing , solving the problem , concluding , evaluate and assess. After undergone a validity and reabilitas at the two all items chief closed expressed valid and reliabel .But should tests the ability of think critically consists of cognitive domain C4 C5 and C6 , the data collected analyzed a sort of descriptive set . But the ability to think critically students man 2 model pekanbaru chief obtained through closed as follows: ability to analyze 3.4 , synthesizing 3.5 , know and solve problems 3.4 , concluded 3.4 , evaluate or judging from the five 3.4 the indicators students have good showed criteria . To test the capacity to think about critical of the cognitive C4 70.8 %, C5 62.9 % and C5 53.3 % the percentage shows students have increased is think critically. While relations academic ability to the ability of think critically students received a value of rhitung > rtabel namely by rhitung 0.5456 and rtabel 0.404 showed that there is a relationship with criteria and between the ability academic students and the capacity to think critical students in learning biology

    Physical and Sensory Quality of Broiler Meat as Influenced by Dietary Supplementation of Turmeric (Curcuma Longa), Garlic (Allium Sativum) and in Combinations as a Feed Additive

    This research was conducted to evaluate the effect of turmeric water extract, garlic and combinations of turmeric and garlic as feed additives in broiler diets on the physical and sensory quality of broiler meat. During the study, the chicken were given 5 feeding treatments, i.e. R0 (basal ration without phytobiotic and antibiotics) , R1 (basal diet + 0.015% zinc bacitracin + 2.485% filler), R2 (basal ration + 2.50% TE), R4 (basal ration + 2.00% GE + 0.50% filler), and R5 (basal ration + 2.50% TGE). The base diet was composed of: yellow corn, meat and bone meal, poultry meat meal, soybean meal, oil, mineral mix, calcium carbonate, dicalcium phosphate, salt, L-lysine-HCl, and DL-methionine. Variables observed were physical quality (pH, water holding capacity, cooking lose, and tenderness) and sensory quality. Data regarding physical quality were statistically analyzed by one-way ANOVA followed by the orthogonal contrast for significant results, and data of sensory quality by non-parametric methods such as the Hedonic Kruskal-Wallis test. The results showed that the physical quality of meat had no effect (P>0.05), except the significant water holding capacity (P0.05) following phytobiotic extract supplementation, except for the color and acceptability (P <0.05) in fresh broiler meat. The conclusion of the research was that 2.5% TE, 2.0% GE and 2.5% TGE is capable of acting as a feed additive to increase the physical and sensory quality of broiler meat
