Virulensi Beberapa Isolat Metarhizium Anisopliae terhadap Ulat Grayak (Spodoptera Litura F.) di Laboratorium

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mempelajari pertumbuhan koloni, viabilitas spora serta kerapatan spora dari lima isolatMetarhizium anisopliae dan mempelajari pengaruh aplikasi Metarhizium anisopliae terhadap mortalitas Spodoptera litura F. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Laboratorium Hama Tumbuhan dan Laboratorium Penyakit Tumbuhan, Bidang Proteksi Tanaman Jurusan Agroteknologi, Fakultas Pertanian Universitas Lampung pada akhir tahun 2013 (Tahap I) dan dilanjutkan pada awal tahun 2016 (Tahap II). Hasil Penelitian menunjukkan bahwa : Tidak terdapat perbedaan viabilitas spora M. anisopliae yang nyata antar 5 isolat asal Tegineneng, Trimurjo, Gadingrejo, Bantul dan UGM; Kerapatan isolat asal UGM adalah 2,25 x 10 9 spora/ml, lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan isolat asal Gadingrejo, Bantul, Tegineneng dan Trimurjo; Isolat M. anisopliae asal UGM mampu membunuh ulat grayak (S. litura) hingga86,67%, isolat lain memiliki kemampuan lebih rendah dibandingkan isolat asal UGM

Pengembangan Aplikasi E-learning dengan Menggunakan PHP Framework Prado

Electronic-learning or e-learning as a tool to make teaching process to be more effective and efficient in Blended learning system. One of the technology that suitable to make effective and efficient learing system come true is using web site. But in order to make the web site easy to maintain, a suitable framework is needed. Prado framework, as a combonent-based and event-driven framework, can be the solution to create a web site hich is easy to maintain. These framework is can be run on PHP framework and can used in this e-learning web application to create web site which is easy to maintain and complete on teaching’s feature that needed. The features which is provided on this application are manage user, manage institution, manage course, manage exam, manage exercise, manage assignment, and communication features such as messaging, forum and disscussion board to enrich interaction between users in the e-learning application

Length-girth relationships of Barbodes gonionotus and Hampala macrolepidota in the Jatiluhur reservoir, Indonesia

The length-girth relationships of Javanese carp (Barbodes gonionotus) and hampal carp (Hampala macrolepidota) in the Jatilujur Reservoir, Indonesia were examined. The equations derived from estimating the maximum girth of Javanese carp are G sub(m) = -1.19 + 0.80L, and for the hampal carp, G super(m) = -0.47 + 0.62L. Models relating head girth to total length are also given. The relationship between G sub(m) (maximum girth) of fish caught and gillnet mesh size is also briefly discussed

Segmentation of Identical and Simultaneously Played Traditional Music Instruments using Adaptive

Nowadays, mining of the musical ensemble has become very crucial since the information inside a musical ensemble is required by any musical contents services. In this research, we introduce Gamelan as one of the Indonesian traditional music instruments as our research objective. To indicate the changes of Gamelan features (i.e. tempo also the hammer struck styles) the segmentation of Gamelan music instruments is required as the music tagging tools. Adaptive LMS is employed for segmenting identical instruments that are played in the concurrent fashion. The target is to find how many instruments are played at the same time or separated by very short time (≤ 1 ms). The experiment results demonstrate robust detection with 0.02 ms accuracy for segmenting identical and simultaneously played Gamelan instruments. These results are employed for indicating the changes of Gamelan features, such as tempo also the hammer struck styles
