Web Based Application Customer Relationship Management for Helping Sales Analysis on Bike Manufacturer
Using the manual method makes the salespersons’ productivity inefficient and late in delivering their report, besides that they cannot manage their loyal customers. This problem is in contradiction with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) concept. With that analysis, a company needs to have CRM to manage its customer relationship and get the right information of its customers so it can manage its loyal customers and help its customers to get the best sales. This application helps the company to monitor its customers in real time and help its customers to analyze the best-selling product on its shop. This application used Pareto’s Law, made with Laravel Framework, and incorporated Google Maps and Google API Calendar. The results show that this application can run smoothly and have good user interface. This application can help customers in shopping and help the company manage its customers
Chinese Character Translator on Mobile Phone using Optical Character Recognition and Bing Translator API
Chinese language is one of the international languages whose have users almost 35% of the worlds population. Nonetheless the Chinese language has problems in learning how to write and how to read because it is in the form of characters or symbols so that it is more difficult to learn it. Chinese characters that used today is simplified Chinese character with approximately 3000 common characters that daily used. This character / symbol can also be written in Latin alphabet form called hanzi / hanyu pinyin. Some application developers such as Yellow Bridge, Google, Qhanzi, and Bing have provided translator applications from the Chinese characters to the Latin alphabet and vice versa. The application provided is generally still web-based and does not involve the ability to input the shape of a Chinese character in the form of an image, for example image input either from a file or directly from a camera input. This research try to build a Chinese character translator application using Tesseract Optical Character Recognition (OCR) Engine to retrieve the Chinese characters from the image, then translate it using a translator on the Bing API. This application will running on mobile phone. So the user could use image or mobile phone camera as an input. The test results show that the application can operate on various Android devices. OCR Engine has been able to perform the translation function with 74% success rate. The input image could have tolerance angle of approximately 15 degrees

Group Buying Application Mobile Based with Na�ve Bayes Methods
Shopping is an activity that must be done by everyone, starting from shopping for primary, secondary, and tertiary needs. In shopping, it is better to get the cheapest price if possible. Sometimes this can be happened by buying in a large quantity, and then the price will be count as wholesale price. With the development of technology nowadays, shopping can be done online, no need to come to the store. However, by buying things online it is hard to find seller that gives wholesale price. Because of that, an application for helping user to find wholesale price is needed then, a Mobile-based Group Buying application was designed with Na�ve Bayes Methods. This application has features such as notifications, reviews and discussions, wish list, search, and join group buying to get wholesale prices for the user. The result of this application indicated that 82,5% of users considered that the application has a complete feature, 89,8% of users considered that the application has a very good design, and users considered that the application very easy to use

experience a health decline such as becomes weak, susceptible to
disease, decreased vision ability, etc. Therefore, special health
attention is needed for the elderly people, especially from the
family member or personal doctors / nurses. On the other hand,
the number of elderly people in the world is rapidly increase so
there’s more people will need special attention. Therefore, this
research try to develop an application on mobile phone that
could help elderly people and their family member to supervise
and monitor the health of the elderly. This application has
feature to monitor the location of the elderly, remainder to take
the medication, doctor appointment remainder, medical record
records, emergency phone to family number or personal doctor,
etc. From the experimental results of the application to the
participant and the test with the questionnaire on the prospective
users, 94% of respondents feel the application is very useful and
can run well as needed

Predicting Potential Blood Donors Who Can Attend Blood Donation Activities using a Support Vector Machine
Lack of blood will be fatal for the human
body. Current technology has not been able to produce
human blood, therefore blood donors from other people
are needed. Because of this need, the Red Cross
organized blood donation activities to obtain blood
supplies. Blood donation is given by people voluntarily,
therefore it is difficult to predict how much blood
supply will be obtained in an organized blood donation
activity. A system is needed to predict the number of
potential donors so that the supply is sufficient. This
study will classify potential blood donors and predict
the number of blood donors who have the possibility to
attend a blood donation activity held certain location at
a certain time by using a support vector machine. With
this prediction, the Red Cross can predict in advance
how many bags of blood can be obtained before
carrying out blood donation activities at a certain
location at a certain time. In this way, the Red Cross
will be able to find the right place and date to obtain
maximum blood donation. The dataset used is data on
blood donations carried out by donors at the Indonesian
Red Cross in 2015 - 2019 with a total data of 53708
donors. From this study, it was found that the
application made was able to classify potential donors
and predict donors who could be present to give donors
at a certain location and at a certain time with an F1
Score of 85%
Android Based Chatbot and Mobile Application for Tour and Travel Company
Mobile Applications are rapidly growing segment of global mobile market. This paper involves an application for the android base operating system for a travel agent which will conduct booking transactions for train tickets, airline tickets, hotel, theme park, and tour. This application is integrated with a chatbot, an instant messaging applications. Chatbot is a computer program that can communicate with users. The purpose of chatbot is to support and scale business teams in their relations with customers. This chatbot can be placed in Facebook Messenger, telegram and own website, so it gives the potential to reach a bigger audience. Customers do not need to install new applications. The customer just simply adds chatbot as a friend and starts transacting with a conversation, without needing to understand the intended user interface in an application. By using chatbot, the company can also shorten sales transactions. Company can also broadcast information directly to customers easily. In this paper, we first discuss about chatbot and mobile application system design. Finally we will discuss about the system implementation
