Career Management Dan Subjective Career Success: Dapatkah Meningkatkan Kepuasan Kerja Wanita Karir?

This study aims to examine the effects of work-life balance and subjectivecareer success in career management influence on job satisfaction in female workers.Data were collected with convinience sampling technique in 91 women employees insome of the Bank in Jakarta. Using the data have proven the validity and realibilty,Hypotheses test by using SPSS V.22 software and macros inderect Hayes 2013. Thetest results prove work-life balance and subjective career success significant asintervening variable on effect of career management toward job satisfaction. While adirect influence of career management on job satisfaction is not significant, so thatmediation be a perfect mediation
Pengaruh Career Development Terhadap Succession Dengan Efek Mediasi Organizational Justice Pada PT Sumberdaya Sewatama
This research was conducted in order to determine whether the Organizational Justice has a mediating effect in the influence of Career Development to Succession in a family enterprise in the research, namely PT SumberdayaSewatama. The sampling method used is convenience sampling. This research took a sample of 38 employees at managerial level. Methods of data analysis used in this research is the analysis of the effect of mediation (OJ) and test effect of independent variables (CD) to the dependent variable (S). The results of data processing using SPSS 22 for windows with macros and hayes 2013. The result shows that managerial level employees at PT Sumberdaya Sewatama have career development, organizational justice, and succession were already good, but organizational justice can not mediate the effect of career development to succession
Tuntutan Pekerjaan dan Stres Kerja sebagai Variabel Penentu Turnover Intention
This study aims to explore the effect of job demands on turnover intention with job stress as mediating variable on employees that have been working less than sixth years. Sampling method used is the purposive-non probability sampling, where 100 employees of head office PT. Adhi Karya (Persero) Tbk were taken as respondents. Method of data analysis used is path analysis, the simple mediation model. Data were processed with macro and syntax from Preacher-Hayes 2013. The results of this study indicates that the effect of job demands on turnover intention was not mediated by job stress. Job demands and job stress influence significantly toward turnover intention, but job demands have no significant impact on job stress
