    Pada usia anak umur 8-9 tahun tentunya anak-anak akan diberikan pengarahan dan bimbingan pada saat pembelajaran, agar anak-anak bisa mengerti dan mengenal nilai-nilai karakter Kristiani dalam kehidupan mereka terkhususnya di Sekolah Dasar Teologi Kristen Sahabat Batam. Anak-anak yang berusia 8-9 tahun ini perlu adanya bimbingan dari pihak guru supaya mereka bisa menerapkan nilai-nilai karakter Kristiani di sekolah. Kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat ini dilakukan sebagai bentuk kepedulian kepada anak-anak usia 8-9 tahun di Sekolah Dasar Teologi Kristen Sahabat Batam yang memberikan penguatan bagi Kognitif mereka melalui Kreativitas Pajangan Bingkai dengan  Pemberdayaan kardus bekas serta memberikan alat-alat untuk membuat pajangan bingkai supaya mereka semangat untuk mengerjakan kreativitas tersebut. Kegiatan yang dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode kardus bekas dan memberikan cara-cara bagaimana anak-anak bisa membuat pajangan bingkai dari kardus bekas. Melalui kreativitas pajangan bingkai ini bisa memberikan anak-anak lebih mudah untuk membuat kreativitas dan bisa lebih semangat ketika belajar. Dari pengamatan yang dilakukan oleh tim PKM ditemukan bahwa anak-anak sangat antusias dalam mengikuti pembelajaran dari awal sampai akhir. Setelah melakukan kegiatan ini anak-anak bisa menunjukkan hasil dari kreativitas pajangan bingkai mereka dan bisa lebih mengerti dalam hal nilai-nilai Karakter Kristiani

    The purpose of this research is to investigate the efficacy of teacher-led online teaching practices during pandemics. In this digital era, all teachers are required to adapt quickly to technological developments. But in reality, some Christian Education teachers are still not ready to transform in utilizing the application of technology as described in this article. Based on that question, the authors reviewed this topic to explain the essential steps teachers should take in implementing online-based learning strategies during pandemics. A descriptive qualitative research method was adopted in this work. The researchers gathered information through reading academic articles and books. The author analyses the data through analytical techniques by reducing, classifying, and verifying the study of this article. The results obtained in this study are very effective if Christian Education teachers apply online-based learning strategies in a way that teachers learn to provide features that are easily accessible to students. Teachers learn to design learning online, and teachers get used to providing stimulus to learners. Thus, online learning requires every teacher to adapt, innovate, and utilize digital media to facilitate the learning process during the pandemic

    Technology has significantly brought changes in all aspects of human life, the changes that occur require everyone to change from old habits to new habits that are not used to be done. Changes in general in face-to-face classes began to shift to virtual classes. Even the elements of education have undergone many changes both parents, students and teachers. They experience new teaching patterns and ways of teaching. Learning places are transformed and can be done at home, public places, and so on. Time and place are no longer a barrier to teaching and learning activities because they can be done online. Online learning is carried out by utilizing existing technology through media that uses the internet to carry out teaching and learning processes such as cellphones and laptops. This media will support the teaching and learning process through available applications such as whatsApp, google classroom and so on. Learning brings many challenges and obstacles faced by parents in particular. Of course this is a challenge in itself for parents in monitoring children's learning activities, especially in the application of technology as a learning medium for children

    The development of the times was followed by technological developments as well as the consumptive behavior of electronic devices such as smartphones. This technological progress has two impacts, namely positive and negative impacts. The positive impact is that humans get ease in accessing information, connecting with others quickly through social networks. The negative impact of smartphone usage on elementary school children is excessive use, plus there is no healthy control mechanism both at school and at home. The purpose of this paper is to focus on relevant Christian religious education without having to reject the progress of the times for students so that the problem of smartphone addiction can be anticipated early on.
