This study aims to examine and determine whether there is an influence of Compensation, Competence, and Work Discipline on Employee Performance at PT Transformasi Security, both partially and simultaneously. The research was conducted using a quantitative descriptive method. The population of this study consisted of employees at PT Transformasi Security. The sample in this study was 42 respondents with data collection techniques using a questionnaire. The results of data processing using SPSS version 25 obtained the linear equation Y = 6.725 + 0.109 X1 + 0.388 X2 + 0.322 X3 + e, which means that when variables X1 (Compensation), X2 (Competence), and X3 (Work Discipline) increase by 1 point, variable Y (Employee Performance) will increase by 0.109, 0.388, and 0.322, respectively. Based on the results of hypothesis testing, the calculated t-value for Compensation is 6.139 > 2.022, for Competence is 8.537 > 2.022, and for Work Discipline is 8.855 > 2.022. Thus, the independent variables have a partial influence on the dependent variable. Based on the F-test, the result is 39.731 > 2.852 with a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05, thus it can be concluded that there is a simultaneous or collective influence of compensation, competence, and work discipline on employee performanc

The purpose of this thesis is to see how far the price, brand, and product quality on purchasing decisions have an influence on the JD.ID marketplace. The sample selection was based on the simple random sampling method. From multiple linear regression of the price variable on purchasing decisions the value is 3.197 > t table 1.985 with a level of sig 0.002 <0.05, the results of the t-count value of the brand variable are t count 1.985 = t table 1.985 and sig 0.050 = 0.05, then the quality variable product on purchasing decisions t count 2.306 > t table 1.985 and sig 0.023 <0.05, which means this test statistically proves that the independent variable has a positive effect on purchasing decisions. From the coefficient table, the linear equation Y= 8.057 + 0.350 X1 + 0.241 X2 + 0.239X3+ e means that for every 1 point increase or decrease in price, brand, and quality, the purchasing decision will increase or decrease by the number of independent variables. R Square of 0.570 or 57%, meaning that the magnitude of the influence of price, brand, and product quality on purchasing decisions is 57% and the rest is influenced by other factors. Based on the ANOVA table, the F value is 42,339 with a sig level of 0.000 <0.05. The results of the F test show that all independent variables have a simultaneous influence on purchasing decisions (Y)

The purpose of this study was to determine how much influence the independent variables (price, location, promotion, and service) had on the dependent variable (product purchasing decisions), either partially or simultaneously. This research was conducted at the Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) of Kampung Sejahtera Mandiri, Teras Pancasila, Tangerang City, Banten. The sample used was taken by simple random sampling method as many as 100 consumers. Collecting data through field studies by distributing questionnaires to 100 consumers, as well as observations and interviews with SMEs in Kampung Sejahtera Mandiri Teras Pancasila, Tangerang City, Banten. Statistical data analysis used validity, reliability, normality, heteroscedasticity, multicollinearity, coefficient of determination, t test (partial test), and F test (simultaneous test), with the SPSS 25 statistical tool. significant on the dependent variable with the results obtained that the value of tcount price is 2,602 > ttable 1.65 and probability 0.0011 < 0.05, t-count value for location is 2.111 > ttable 1.65 and probability 0.0037 < 0.05, t-count promotion value is 6.101 > ttable 1.65 and probability of 0.0000 < 0.05, and the value of t count service is 6.648 > t table 1.65 and probability 0.000 < 0.05. The F test shows that the independent variable simultaneously has a positive and significant effect on the dependent variable with the results obtained that the Fcount value is 128.419 > Ftable 3.87 and the probability value is 0.000 <0.05. The value of the coefficient of determination (R2) is 56.3%, meaning that the independent variables (price, location, promotion, and service) have a simultaneous influence of 56.3% on the dependent variable (product purchasing decisions), and the remaining 100% - 56.3% = 43.7% influenced by other factors

The purpose of this research is to identify the extent to which PT Hemada Wira Dharma's work environment, employee motivation, and interdepartmental communication all contribute to the productivity of the company's workforce. Fifty individuals made up the sample size for this investigation. Distributed questionnaires were used for data collection, while SPSS 23 was used for data administration. The method used is descriptive method, where this method describes systematically, factually, and accurately regarding the factors studied. A statistical model was used to analyze the data; this model included the Frequency Test, Descriptive Test, Validity Test, Reliability Test, Determination Test (R2), T Test, and F Test. According to some of the data collected, the work environment variable (X1) did not have a positive and significant influence (tcount ttable -0.141 1,677), the motivating variable (X2) did (tcount > ttable 2.433 > 1,677), and the communication variable (X3) does (tcount > ttable 3.587 > 1,677). Conclusively, the independent variables work environment, motivation, and communication impact employee performance because fcount > ftable 34.425 > 2,5

The results of the multiple regression equation Y= -5.057+0.467 +0.407+0.270, meaning that every increase or decrease in the work environment (X1), Communication (X2), and Organizational Culture (X3) is 1 point, then satisfaction work (Y) at PT. Success Forward will increase or decrease by 0.467, 0.407, and 0.207. Based on the hypothesis test, t value for the working environment (X1) is 4.629, communication (X2) is 3.258, and organizational culture (X3) is 2.443. The value of the t table is 1.68488. So it can be concluded that Ho is denied and Ha is accepted, because t count > t table. While the results of the F test obtained the calculated F value of 81.112 with a significant level of 0.000 where the calculated F is greater than the F table of 2.85. Thus Ho is denied and Ha is accepted, because F count > F table and is significantly smaller than 0.05

Data was collected by distributing questionnaires with sample of 54 respondents and data processing carried out using the SPSS 25 program. From the results analysis obtained multiple linear equation Y = 0.300 + 0.330X1 + 0.297X2 + 0.450X3. From the analysis coefficient of determination obtained relationship between independent variable and dependent variable, determination value promotion is 22.2% and remaining 77.8% is influenced by other factors. The value of determining workload is 27.3% and remaining 72.7% is influenced by other factors. The work environment determination value is 32.8% and remaining 67.2% is influenced by other factors. Based on hypothesis test, it obtained that tcount for promotion is 1,719, tcount for workload is 2.413, and tcount for work environment is 2.276 with ttable of 2. So it can be conclud for the workload and work environment variables H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted, while for the promotion variable H0 is accepted and Ha is rejected. From the results of the F test, it is obtained that Fcount for promotion is 16.131 with significance level of 0.000, Fcount for workload is 10,945 with a significance level of 0.000, and Fcount for the work environment is 9.622 with a significance level of 0.000 where the value is greater than Ftable of 2.79. Thus, H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted because Fcount > Ftable and significant level is less than 0.05
