Pengaruh brand awareness somethinc terhadap keputusan pembelian pada folowers instagram @somethincofficial

Somethinc merupakan brand skincare lokal yang berhasil menarik perhatian masyarakat Indonesia. Berdiri sejak 2019, saat ini sudah memiliki 1,3 juta followers pada Instagramnya @somethincofficial. Somethinc memanfaatkan media sosial yang ada dalam memasarkan produknya. Maka dari itu penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana pengaruh brand awareness Somethinc terhadap followers Instagram @somethincofficial. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei. Populasinya ialah followers Instagram @somethincofficial dengan sampel sebanyak 100 responden yang dipilih melalui random sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh antara variabel X (brand awareness) terhadap variabel Y (keputusan pembelian) yang memiliki hubungan keeratan kuat

Asosiasi Media Siber Indonesia (AMSI) terbentuk akibat banyaknya berita hoax yang tersebar di Indonesia. Asosiasi Media Siber Indonesia (AMSI) adalah organisasi yang dibentuk bersama para pemimpin redaksi perusahaan media pemberitaan online di Indonesia. AMSI membangun kebersamaan dan penguatan (empowering) sesama perusahaan media pemberitaan berbasis internet/digital di tengah banyaknya berita bohong, palsu, dan reduplikasi secara massal. Sebagai salah satu bentuk perwujudan keinginan tersebut, AMSI membentuk tim untuk melakukan aktivitas human vetting yang apabila mungkin akan diterapkan di Indonesia. The Influence of leadership style to employee's performance in Golden River Restaurant, family own business

This dissertation is written by the writers as the requirement to finish the writers? study in Management of Petra Christian University, Indonesia and in CHN (Christelijke Hogesschool Noord-nederland). As a whole, this thesis will analyze the influence of leadership style to employee?s performance in Golden River Restaurant, which is a family own business. And in the same time the writers will determine what style of leadership that is applied in Golden River Restaurant. This dissertation is divided into six chapters in which every chapter will have its own content. Chapter one will tell about the research review and the research problem. Research problem can be also considered as the case study that needs to be analyzed. It describes some kinds of problem that will be examined during this research, why it is considered as a problem, and afterwards about the research questions and research objectives. The overview of the company where the research takes place will be placed in chapter two. It will state the historical overview of the company, and the short explanation about the target market of the company and the company?s organization chart. The third chapter will be the literature review that contains the understanding about leadership, family own business, employee?s performance and all factors that are related to it. Chapter four will be the research methodology. It will discuss the method that will be used during the research. The writers will take qualitative approach as a method of the research. This qualitative research begins with interviewing the employees who works as a waiter and waitress in the restaurant, and also supported by the writers? observation to analyze the style of leadership that is applied in Golden River Restaurant. After the writers know what style of the leadership that is applied in the company, the writers try to compare with the theory that the writers have. Through this research, the writers try to analyze how the influence of leadership style to employees? performance. High performance organic solvent nanofiltration membranes: Development and thorough testing of thin film composite membranes made of polymers of intrinsic microporosity (PIMs)

High free volume polymers are characterized by much higher permeability and diffusivity for gases and vapors than commodity polymers. Polymers of intrinsic microporosity (PIMs), an important member of this class of polymers, are only soluble in a few solvents. This gives reason to expect stability in many solvents and an application in organic solvent nanofiltration (OSN) may be feasible. Thin film composite membranes of PIM-1 and PIM copolymers were developed on a polyacrylonitrile (PAN) porous support. For control of swelling, a simple, technically realizable method of cross-linking was produced by blending the PIM with polyethyleneimine, coating to give thin film composites (TFCs) and thermally or chemically cross-linking the separation layer on the supporting membrane. The TFCs were tested in OSN with the solvents n-heptane, toluene, chloroform, tetrahydrofuran, and alcohols, and compared to similarly crosslinked poly(trimethylsilyl propyne) TFCs and state of the art industrial Starmem (TM) 240 membranes. Better retention, a steeper retention curve and much higher fluxes were detected for the newly developed PIM TFC membranes
