CONSTRUCTION OF POLITICAL NEWS RATNA SARUMPAET TOWARD PRABOWO-SANDIAGA CAPRES IMAGE ON MEDIA ONLINE (Study : Framing Analysis on Kompas.com and Tempo.co)

ABSTRACTThe construction of political news becomes important especially during the President's 2019 campaign period. Political reality becomes an issue that is always awaited by the public. The purpose of this research is to find out the framing conducted by the online media Kompas.com and Tempo.co in the hoax Ratna Sarumpaet news coverage of the political image of the Prabrowo-Sandiaga pair candidates based on analysis of Zhongdang Pan and Gerald M. Kosicki framing. The theory in this study is the Theory of Social Reality Construction. The research method used in this study is a qualitative method with analysis of Framing Zhongdang and Gerald M. Kosicki. The results of the study explain the online media Kompas.com and Tempo.co construct the reality of negative images of the Prabowo-Sandiaga couple related to the Ratna Sarumpaet hoax case seen from the choice of words, news perspective, language style used by showing the impact of the Prabowo-Sandiaga couple's involvement as negative opinions emerge in the eyes of the public. The implication in this research is that the media should use word selection and language style that is easily understood by the reader while prioritizing the balance of news in the journalistic code of ethics, and the use of layout in reporting and for researchers to conduct further research using Robert N. Entman's framing method to more emphasizing certain aspects of reality in the direction of framing a news. Realitas politik menjadi isu yang selalu ditunggu masyarakat. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui framing yang dilakukan oleh media online Kompas.com dan Tempo.co dalam pemberitaan berita hoax Ratna Sarumpaet terhadap citra politik capres pasangan Prabrowo-Sandiaga berdasarkan analisis framing Zhongdang Pan dan Gerald M. Kosicki. Teori dalam penelitian ini adalah Teori Konstruksi Realitas Sosial. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif dengan analisis Framing Zhongdang dan Gerald M. Kosicki. Hasil penelitian menjelaskan media online Kompas.com dan Tempo.co mengkonstruksi realitas citra negatif terhadap pasangan Prabowo-Sandiaga terkait dengan kasus kabar bohong Ratna Sarumpaet dilihat dari pemilihan kata, sudut pandang berita, gaya bahasa yang digunakan dengan menunjukkan dampak dari keterlibatan pasangan Prabowo-Sandiaga seiring bermunculan opini-opini negatif di mata publik. Implikasi dalam penelitian ini adalah bagi media seharusnya menggunakan pemilihan kata dan gaya bahasa yang mudah dipahami pembaca dengan tetap mengedepankan keberimbangan berita di dalam kode etik jurnalistik, dan penggunaan tata letak dalam pemberitaan dan bagi peneliti agar melakukan penelitian selanjutnya dengan metode framing Robert N. Konsep Relationships Tourism dalam Pariwisata Maluku Berbasis Kearifan Lokal

Tourism is currently the leading sector of the Indonesian government which is packaged in the context of local wisdom. One of the concepts that can raise local wisdom is the concept of relationships tourism. This study aims to identify and analyze the concept of relationships tourism in promoting Maluku tourism based on local wisdom. The method used is a qualitative descriptive approach, in which the researcher conducts involved observations, in-depth interviews, FGDs, and documentation of the object under study. The theory used is the Social Construction of Reality. The results showed that one of the Maluku tourism strategies was to develop the concept of relationships tourism in introducing local wisdom. One of the activities is that tourists are invited directly to live with local communities and carry out activities such as making processed grilled sago with traditional cooking utensils or playing traditional musical instruments on the beach. This is done to encourage Maluku tourism based on local wisdom

PENGARUH IMPLEMENTASI GCG TERHADAP KINERJA BPJS KETENAGAKERJAAN PADA KANTOR CABANG DI WILAYAH DKI JAKARTA

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk memberikan keyakinan pengaruh penerapan GCG BPJS Ketenagakerjaan terhadap kinerja kantor cabang di wilayah DKI Jakarta. Oleh karena itu diajukan model teoritis dengan 15 hipotesis untuk diuji dengan metode SEM, melalui 255 responden yang merupakan karyawan BPJS Ketenagakerjaan di Wilayah DKI Jakarta, sebagai wilayah terbesar penyumbang iuran dibandingkan 10 wilayah lainnya di Indonesia. Berdasarkan penelitian ini diketahui bahwa implementasi GCG berupa Transparansi sangat signifikan, diikuti implementasi prinsip Responsibilitas dan prinsip Fairness terhadap Kinerja Perluasan Kepesertaan, Kepuasan Pelayanan dan Penerimaan Iuran, dan secara umum terdapat hubungan positif atas penerapan GCG terhadap Kinerja Kantor Cabang. Berdasarkan penelitian tersebut disarankan agar Kantor BPJS Ketenagakerjaan dapat mengoptimalkan sosialisasi, monitoring serta evaluasi secara kontinue atas implementasi prinsip-prinsip  GCG atas pengelolaan kinerja Kantor Cabang di wilayahnya, sehingga kinerja yang diharapkan dapat dicapai dan terus ditingkatkan kualitas dan kuantitasny

COVID -19 and The New Normal in Local Governments: The Impact Analysis of Implementation of The New Habits Adaptation Policy on The Usage of ICT in West Java Province, Indonesia

The Provincial Government of West Java, Indonesia implements the New Habit Adaptation Policy-AKB to control the Number of COVID-19 Patients. This article describes a qualitative study in three city in West Java Province, namely Bandung City, Bekasi City, and Depok City, to investigate the impact of implementing the AKB policy on social ICT use. Semi-structured interviews with 30 netizens at the city, district and village levels were conducted by three academician and three well-trained communication masters students. This data is complemented by data from FGDs with Communication master students and discussions with academics and is also complemented by literature studies and documentation related to the implementation of AKB policy. Results show that the COVID-19 pandemic positively impacts the acceleration adaptation use of ICT in society. Various Micro, Small, and Medium Entreprise-MSME activities online, the learning process distance, digital literacy, and digital public services have become the community of a need during the COVID-19 pandemic
