ТЕХНОЛОГИЯ ВНЕДРЕНИЯ В СИСТЕМУ ОБРАЗОВАНИЯ СПОРТИВНОГО КОМПЛЕКСА ГТО

This article focuses on the existing problems of implementation of the All-Russian sports complex "Ready for Labor and Defense" (TRP) in the general education system. The author raises the question of the need to review the regulatory framework VFSK TRP, taking into account age and anatomical and physiological characteristics, the students referred for reasons of health, as the preparatory and the special medical groups. The question of amending the federal state educational standard оf general education in the framework of the organization ofpreparation for delivery VFSK TRP standards.Данная статья посвящена существующим проблемам реализации Всероссийского физкультурно­- спортивного комплекса «Готов к труду и обороне» (ГТО) в систему общего образования. Technology of Introduction to the Education System SPO Sport Complex

Данная статья посвящена существующим проблемам реализации Всероссийского физкультурно­- спортивного комплекса «Готов к труду и обороне» (ГТО) в систему общего образования. Experimental study of injector based on the spark source with titanium cathode saturated with hydrogen

The results of experimental study of short-pulse proton injector for various variants of construction of pulse spark ion source are considered. The experimental results of study of regimes of both ignition and discharge support within the source with stabilized pulse feeding (~10 μs, 5 Hz). Of special concern the increasing of the cathode electrode lifetime. The results ofmeasurements ofboth absolute and partial (in spices) density ofion beam are presented.Представлені результати іспитів короткоімпульсного інжектора протонів для різних варіантів виконання конструкції імпульсного іскрового джерела. Приводяться експериментальні результати відпрацьовування оптимальних режимів порушення і підтримки розряду в джерелі зі стабілізованим імпульсним живлення (~ 10 мкс, 5 Гц).Представлены результаты испытаний короткоимпульсного инжектора протонов для различных вариантов выполне- ния конструкции импульсного искрового источника. Приводятся экспериментальные результаты отработки оптимальных режимов возбуждения и поддержания разряда в источнике со стабилизированным импульсным питанием (~ 10 мкс, 5 Гц)

Infiltration of photonic crystal fiber with liquid crystals

Photonic crystal fiber is glass or polymer fiber with array of microscopic air holes running along length of the fiber. Waveguide properties of such fiber can be controlled by introducing additional materials into the air holes. Liquid crystals (LC) are very suitable for that purpose because its refractive index can be easily tuned by electric field or temperature. Alignment of LC in photonic holes determines mostly the optical properties of the fiber. In this paper, we have developed the technique of photo-configurable alignment of LC in glass micro-tubes and in photonic crystal fiber. The order parameter of LC has been obtained from FTIR spectroscopy data and has demonstrated good alignment quality. Presented technique can be used as non-contact method of LC alignment in complex photonic crystal structure

Isomorphism of the models of the equivalence and difunctionality during the comparator identification

Рассматриваются две модели компараторной идентификации, модель эквивалентности и модель дифункциональности. Доказано, что идентифицируемый оператор может обладать свойством внутренней нелинейности взаимно однозначного характера. Показано, что расширение моделей на случай операторов от двух аргументов, приводит к отсутствию изоморфизма.Розглядаються дві моделі компараторної ідентифікації: модель еквівалентності та модель діфункціональності. Доведено, що оператор, який ідентифікується, може мати внутрішню не лінійність взаємнооднозначного типу. Показано, що при поширенні моделей на випадок операторів від двох змінних, умови ізоморфізму не виконуються.Are examined two models of comparator identification, models of equivalence and models of difunctionality. It is proven that the identified operator can possess the property of the internal nonlinearity of one-to-one nature. It is shown that the expansion of models in the case of operators from two arguments, leads to the absence of isomorphism
