    Analisis dan Simulasi Parameter Akustik Ruang pada Gedung Kesenian Cak Durasim Surabaya

    Dalam penelitian ini dibahas analisis parameter akustik ruang hasil pengukuran serta simulasi tata letak loudspeaker pada gedung kesenian Cak Durasim Surabaya. Gedung Cak Durasim memiliki fungsi ruang sebagai ruang pagelaran kesenian daerah dan musik modern. Dalam mengevaluasi ruang tersebut parameter yang perlu diukur berdasarkan ISO-3382-1 adalah persebaran SPL, waktu dengung, C50, dan C80. Metode yang dilakukan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode Impulse Response yang berasal dari suara letusan balon berkekuatan ±125 dB. Pengambilan data dilakukan dalam keadaan tanpa penonton (audience). Berdasarkan hasil pengukuran diperoleh persebaran SPL yang kurang merata dengan selisih antara titik terdekat dengan titik terjauh dari sumber mencapai 14 dBA. Nilai waktu dengung yang dihasilkan sebesar 1,1 s yang menggambarkan kesan suara yang kurang “hidup”. Nilai C50 berada dalam rentang -4 – 5 dB sedangkan C80 berada dalam rentang 0 – 10 dB. Nilai C50 dan C80 yang dihasilkan tidak terdapat nilai yang mendominasi sehingga bisa dikatakan C50 dan C80 di dalam ruangan belum merata di tiap titik. Dari hasil pengambilan data tersebut maka perlu adanya penambahan loudspeaker untuk memperbaiki permasalahan akustik ruang yang terjadi. Simulasi yang dilakukan adalah simulasi parameter akustik ruang pada kondisi eksisting dengan sistem tata suara dan simulasi alternatif perbaikan sistem tata suara. Berdasarkan hasil simulasi, nilai terbaik diperoleh dari simulasi alternatif perbaikan sistem tata suara dengan hasil persebaran SPL yang merata dengan selisih antara titik terdekat dan terjauh dari sumber adalah 6 dBA, C50 sebesar 4,5 dB, dan C80 sebesar 8,2 dB. Untuk waktu dengung tidak didapatkan perubahan yang signifikan yaitu 0,68 s atau dengan kata lain kesan suara yang dihasilkan di ruangan tersebut masih kurang “hidup”. Permasalahan rendahnya waktu dengung yang terjadi di dalam ruang Gedung Cak Durasim dapat diatasi dengan pemberian efek-efek tertentu dari sound system agar tidak perlu mengubah material penyusun ruang. ============================================================ In this study discussed the analysis of acoustic parameters of measurement and simulation of loudspeaker layout at Cak Durasim Surabaya. Cak Durasim Building has the function of space as a regional art performances and modern music. In evaluating the space, the parameters that need to be measured according to ISO-3382-1 are SPL distribution, reverberation time, C50, and C80. The method that used in this research is Impulse Response method that comes from the sound of a powerful ± 125 dB balloon eruption. Measurements are made in a condition without audiences. Based on the measurement results, SPL distribution was less evenly with the difference between the closest point and the furthest point from the source reached 14 dBA. In addition, the value of reverberation time produced by 1.1 s which showed the impression of a sound that was less "alive". The value of C50 is in the range of -4 - 5 dB while C80 is in the range 0 - 10 dB. The resulting C50 and C80 values do not have dominating values so that it can be said that C50 and C80 in the room are not evenly distributed at each point. From these measurements, it was necessary to add loudspeaker to improve the parameter’s problems. The simulation that was carried out was the simulation of the room acoustic parameters on the existing conditions with the sound system and the alternative simulation of the improvement of the sound system. Based on the simulation result, the best value was obtained from the alternative simulation of the improvement of the sound system with the result of the SPL distribution evenly with the difference between the closest point and the furthest point from the source was 6 dBA, C50 was 4.5 dB, and C80 was 8.2 dB. For reverberation time there were no significant change that were 0.68 s or in other words the sound impression generated in the room was still less "alive". The problem of low reverberation time that was occurred in the building space of Cak Durasim can be overcome by giving certain effects of the sound system so it was no need to change the spatial material

    THE EFFECT OF THE BRAND IMAGE AND LIFESTYLE TOWARD THE INTEREST OF BUYING MAKEOVERS PRODUCTS AT THE COUNTER MAKEOVER BUYER AT THE SUN PLAZA

    ABSTRACTThe purpose of this study is to understand how brand image and sexual orientation affect the amount of product purchased during counter makeover transactions at Sun Plaza Medan. This type of analysis is an associative analysis, one that connects two or more variables. 120 people make up the sample size or respondents in this study; hence, the sampling technique that will be used is random sampling. With a population of around 120 people and an error level of less than 0.01, the sample in this study consisted of about 55 people. The analysis method used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. Data collection was carried out using observations and questionnaires during the data collection process, which combined data from the first and second stages.According to the study's findings, Brand Image data on partial tests was positively and significantly correlated with Purchase Intention. Because Brand Image has a variable tcount number of 3,753 and a fixed tcount number of 2,004, the tcount exceeds the ttable. (3.753 > 2.004) and a lower threshold for significance (0.009 0.05). With a positive and significant effect on Lifestyle's relationship to Purchase Interest, the variable Lifestyle's tcount value is 8.540, and the ttable's value is 2.004, meaning that tcount > ttable (8.540 > 2.004), and the significance level is less than 0, 05 (0.004 0.05). In parallel, Brand Image and Goodwill increased positively and significantly with respect to the amount of MakeOver products purchased at the Sun Plaza Medan counter, with an Fcount value of 62,218 and a Sig. value of 0.000b. F count > F table (62.218 > 3.16) or significance (Sig.) 5% (0.000 0.05), as appropriate.Keywords: Brand image, good health, and solid behavior are the key words

    Development of Vibrating Headphones to Help Student with Deaf Disabilities in Android-Based Lectures

    This research is motivated by the issues identified in the field concerning deaf students who face difficulties in obtaining auditory information. This challenge arises due to the communication format during the learning process that predominantly utilizes oral language. Therefore, the researcher developed Vibrating Headphones with the aim of facilitating deaf individuals in acquiring one-way communication through text. This study employed the Research and Development (R&D) method with the 4D development model (Define, Design, Development, and Dissemination). The prototype developed was validated by four experts, including experts in deaf disabilities, electrical engineering, adaptive technology, and IT. Additionally, user testing was conducted to assess the practicality of the prototype among four deaf students in the Special Education Department at UNP. The validation results by the four experts yielded an average score of 88.75%, indicating a very valid criterion. Meanwhile, the practicality test results by the four deaf individuals produced an average score of 76.75%, meeting practical criteria. Based on these validation and practicality tests, valuable feedback and comments were received from both experts and users
