    Pengaruh Pemberian Formula Enteral Berbahan Dasar Labu Kuning (Curcubita Moschata) Terhadap Albumin Serum Pada Tikus Diabetes Melitus

    Latar Belakang : Pemberian formula enteral bertujuan untuk mencukupi kebutuhan zat gizi dan suplemen untuk pasien diabetes malnutrisi. Formula enteral pada penelitian ini terbuat dari labu kuning, tempe, tepung beras, dan minyak kedelai. Labu kuning memiliki efek antidiabetes sedangkan tempe merupakan sumber protein nabati. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemberian formula enteral berbahan dasar labu kuning terhadap albumin serum pada tikus diabetes melitus.Metode : Penelitian ini termasuk dalam ruang lingkup penelitian gizi biomedik dengan rancangan penelitian true experimental, pre-post test group with control group design. Empat belas ekor tikus jantan Sprague Dawley umur 9 minggu dengan berat badan 160-260 gram diinduksi 65 mg/kgBB streptozotocin dan 230 mg/kgBB nicotinamide. Tikus dibagi kedalam dua kelompok yakni kelompok kontrol dan kelompok perlakuan. Dosis yang diberikan sebanyak 20gr/kgBB/hari selama 14 hari. Pengambilan data albumin serum dilakukan sebanyak 2 kali yakni setelah diinduksi STZ dan setelah perlakuan selesai.Hasil : Rerata kadar albumin serum kelompok perlakuan mengalami peningkatan bermakna sebesar 1,62±0,16 g/dL (p< 0,05), sedangkan pada kelompok kontrol juga mengalami peningkatan bermakna sebesar 1,60±0,19 (p<0,05). Tidak ada perbedaan peningkatan yang bermakna antara kelompok perlakuan dengan kontrol setelah perlakuan formula enteral berbahan dasar labu kuning (p> 0.05).Simpulan : Pemberian formula enteral berbahan dasar labu kuning dapat meningkatkan albumin serum pada tikus diabetes

    Pengaruh Model Flipped Classroom Terhadap Self-confidence Dan Hasil Belajar Siswa Sman 8 Pontianak

    Self-confidence and learning achievement of XI MIPA students at SMAN 8 Pontianak were still unsatisfactory. This research was conducted to determine whether there was a significant difference between self-confidence of students taught using flipped classroom and conventional learning model, and whether there was a significant difference between learning achievement of students taught using flipped classroom and conventional learning model, and to determine effect size of flipped classroom learning model toward student self-confidence and learning achievement on solubility and solubility product. This research used quasi experimental with Nonequivalent Control Group Design. The research sample consisted of XI MIPA 1 class as the control group and XI MIPA 4 class as the experimental group selected by purposive sampling technique. Learning achievement test, self-confidence questionnaire, observation sheet and interview guidelines were used to collect data. Based on final questionnaire and posttest data analysis using the Mann-Whitney U-test (α = 5%), Asymp.Sig (2-tailed) were 0.000 and 0.017 respectively. This indicated that there were a significant difference between self-confidence and learning achievement of students taught using flipped classroom and conventional learning model. Flipped classroom learning model gave 29.96% effect toward self-confidence and 27.04% toward student learning achievement

    The Effect of Service Quality and Academic Information Systems Quality on Student's Satisfaction

    The research was conducted on Riau University Pekanbaru. This aims of study to determine the effect of service quality dimensions as seen from 5 dimensions of responsiveness, reliabilty, empathy, assurance, and tangible, then this study aims to determine the effect of quality of academic information systems dimensions as seen from 2 dimensions of system quality and quality of information towords college student satisfaction is following Riau University Pekanbaru. In this study, data were collected by using questonnaire to 400 respondents, which aims is used, include validity test, reliability test, classic assumptions test (normality, heteroscedasticity and multicolinearity), multiple linear regression analysis, goodness of fitest (F test, t test, the coefficient of determination). Data obtained then processed using SPSS program version 19.0, where the value of determination coefficient obtained by 40,6% which means that independent variables is responsiveness, reliability, empathy, assurance, tangible, system quality and quality of information have an effect of the dependent the remaining 59,4% is influenced by other variables not observed in this research.
