The purpose of this study is to ascertain how the Ngawi Resort Police enforces the law when civil servants engage in illegal drug use, how the civil servant code of ethics is applied to those who do so, and how illegal drug usage is seen from an Islamic perspective. This method of study was applied empirically. The empirical method is a strategy that first analyzes secondary data before using field-collected primary data for analysis to address the issue at hand. Descriptive research was used to write this thesis. In support of this thesis, the author will provide an Islamic explanation of the actions taken by law enforcement against drug-abusing officials in Ngawi Province. Study data comprises information from primary data sources, such as the Ngawi Province Regional Civil Service Agency and the Ngawi Police, which the author got directly and gathered from the study site without the use of any middlemen. According to research, the Ngawi Regency Police made a concerted effort to prohibit state officials from abusing drugs. In addition to raids and urine testing, there are other measures used to prevent drug use, such as education about their risks, social rehabilitation, and treatment. Drug abusers who hold a position of public trust (PNS) in Ngawi may be subject to harsh penalties including suspension or dismissal. A term of at least two years in jail is imposed for crimes committed without intent. The plaintiff only received half or fifty percent of their previous Civil Servant (PNS) position's pay since they were accused and imprisoned. Since narcotics like khamr have intoxicating characteristics, they are prohibited according to the verses in Surah Al-Maidah 90–91 of the Al-Qur'an
