Pengaruh Komposisi Warna Pada Ruang Kerja Terhadap Stres Kerja

His study is the result of an investigation of the influence of physical work environmenttoward stress at work place, particularly the color composition used. The research subjectswere thirty students of ASMI (Secretary and Management Academy) who were divided intothree groups, namely the Harmonious group, The Disharmonious group, and the Controlledgroup. The Work Stress Scale was used in the measurement process. The measurement wasdone three times: before the experiment, in the middle of the experiment (first 2 hours), and afterthe experiment (last 2 hours). The result was analysed using the Analysis of Variance (ANAVA)A-Mix-B model of SPS-2000 software application. The result of this study illustrated that therewas a significant difference on work stress level impacted by color composition applied at workspace (F = 4.149, p = 0.026). The graphic of work stress average of the Harmonious groupshowed that Harmonious color composition did not affect the work stress significantly (t =0.520, p = 0.306). The dominantly white color composition that played a role as the Controlledgroup was in fact able to reduce the work stress. The graphic showed that the Controlled grouptended to decrease significantly with these values t = 1.825, p = 0.035, and the initial work stressaverage was (0.000) higher than the final one (- 22.800). The Disharmonious group showed thatthe color composition increased the work stress level (t = 3.177, p = 0.001). It was concluded thatHarmonious color composition at work space did not influence the work stress level, dominantlywhite color composition could reduce the work stress level, and inharmonious (Disharmonious)color composition application had chances to elevate the work stress level.keywords: color composition, work space, work stresKeyword

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Kecakapan Profesional, Pendidikan Berkelanjutan dan Independensi Pemeriksa terhadap Kualitas Hasil Pemeriksaan.Jenis penelitian yang dilakukan adalah penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif yang digunakan berupa data primer yang dikumpulkan dari hasil penyebaran kuesioner kepada 45 responden auditor di Lembaga Badan Pengkajian dan Penerapan Teknologi (BPPT) di Tangerang - Serpong. Dengan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik quota sampling. Reformasi lembaga kepolisian merupakan agenda yang penting untuk membangun masyarakat yang aman, tertib, dan damai. Lalat mempunyai peran penting dalam kesehatan masyarakat, terutama dalam permasalahan sampah. Spesies lalat yangmampu berkembangbiak dengan cepat adalah lalat rumah Musca domestica. Lalat mempunyai sistem penglihatan yangsangat baik, dapat mengenal dan membedakan jenis warna. Letak tempat pemotongan ayam Sayap Mekar berdekatandengan pemukiman penduduk, kondisinya terbuka dan kurang bersih. Kepadatan lalat di tempat tersebut tinggi. Tujuanpenelitian mengetahui pengaruh variasi warna lampu pada alat perekat lalat terhadap jumlah lalat rumah yang terperangkap,dan warna lampu yang paling efektif untuk memerangkap lalat rumah. Penelitian eksperimen semu dengan desain post testonly with control group. Lokasi penelitian di tempat pemotongan ayam Desa Margoagung, Kecamatan Seyegan, KabupatenSleman. Variabel bebas adalah variasi warna lampu pada alat perekat lalat, variabel terikatnya jumlah lalat yangterperangkap. Analisis data secara deskriptif dan analitik menggunakan uji Kolmogorov Smirnov dan one-way ANOVAdengan taraf signifikan 0,05 dilanjutkan uji Post Hoc Test. Jumlah lalat terperangkap lebih banyak pada perangkap denganpenambahan lampu warna biru rata-rata sebanyak 30 ekor. Hasil analisis menunjukkan ada pengaruh variasi warna lampubiru, ungu dan hijau pada alat perekat lalat terhadap jumlah lalat yang terperangkap (p= 0,000). Kesimpulan hasil penelitianini yaitu alat perekat lalat dengan lampu biru paling efektif untuk memerangkap lalat

This study describes the cross-cultural leadership style is about the culture expats applied expats, expats leadership style applied to the company, and the problems faced by expatriates in leading local employees at PT. Krakatau Daedong Machinery. lThe research type was descriptive research with a qualitative approach. The location of this research was conducted at PT. Krakatau Daedong Machinery, PT. Krakatau Daedong Machinery is a subsidiary company of PT. Krakatau Posco from South Korea engaged in the steel industry. Methods of data collection used were used that documentation, triangulation and linterviews were conducted in three South Korean expatriates and four local employees. The results showed cross-cultural leadership style adopted by the third South Korean expatriates in PT. Krakatau Daedong Machinery is centered leadership lstyle subordinate (democratic). South Korean culture has a character that has a high collectivity and emphasis on relationships, so that cross-cultural leadership style applied democratic style. Democratic style seen in corporate decision-making is done in consultation with local employees, expatriates role for employees, and the delegation of authority to employees. Problems faced by expats lies in the lcultural barrier which consists of differences in language, nonverbal misunderstandings, prejudices /lstereotypes of the local employees
